This document describes the development of a "TWICYCLE", a bicycle that can be powered by both the rider's arms and legs. It is intended to provide a full-body workout and make cycling easier. The TWICYCLE works by connecting hand cranks to the bicycle's chain and sprocket system, allowing the rider to pedal with their feet and crank with their arms simultaneously. This doubles the power output compared to a standard bicycle. Benefits listed include a full-body workout, easier uphill climbs, longer ride durations, better traction, and extra power for sprints. The TWICYCLE aims to combine the benefits of both cycling and upper body exercise into a single machine.
