Detailed analysis has been done to investigate the benefits of Multi device Interleaved boost converter by comparing it with the conventional Interleaved boost converter topology. Moreover, in this paper, power loss analysis (switching loss, conduction loss, inductor loss) of the proposed converter has been performed. Simulation study of Multi device interleaved converter has been studied using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Hardware prototype is built to validate the results.

The GaN HEMTs are well suited for receiver applications. But non linearities, such as third order inter modulation products can lead to signal distortion. Such non linearities are dominated by transconductance and its derivatives. A modified device structure of N polar GaN MIS HEMTs designed for high gain, have excellent linearity performance for low power receiver applications at 30 GHz. An OIP3 PDC of up to 15dB is demonstrated at 30 GHz using a vector receiver load pull system. Reach and Operating Time Correction of Digital Distance Relay Yayah Zakaria
Current and voltage signals recieved from conventional iron core Current Transformer (CT) and Voltage Transformer plays very important role for correct operation of Distance Distance Relay (DDR). Increase in secondary burden connected to CT causes it to saturate at earlier stage. The saturated CT produces distorted secondary current, causing DDR to under reach and to operate by certain time delay. Rogowski Coils (RCs) are attaining increased acceptance and use in electrical power system due to their inherent linearity, greater accuracy and wide operating current range. This paper presents use of RC as an advanced measurement device suitable for DDR. Case study for validation of use of RC is carried out on low voltage system. The simulation results of Distance protection scheme used for protection of part of 220kV AC system shows excellent performance of RC over CT under abnormal conditions.

VLSI are area, power, delay and speed. Hence, we have used a MOSFET in triode region in the proposed
architecture for voltage to current conversion instead of a resistor being used in previously proposed circuit. The
proposed circuit achieves high sampling frequency and with more accuracy than the previous one. The
performance of the proposed circuit is depicted in the form of simulation results.

Dynamic Performance of Distance Relayson Series Compensated Transmission Line...Premier Publishers
Series compensation is installed in power system networks to increase power transfer capacity, improve the system stability, reduce system losses, improve voltage regulation and for achieving flexible power flow control. Distance relays are widely used as main or backup protection of transmission lines including series-compensated transmission lines. The performance of conventional distance relays is affected by series capacitors and cause certain protection issues. This paper briefly discusses the problems like voltage inversion, current inversion, overreach and under reach during the fault conditions specific to series compensated lines. The behavior of capacitor protection techniques is discussed with simulations performed using Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) simulator for a typical 400 kV system having series compensation. The analysis is based on Transmission Line fault simulations, internal and external to the 400-transmission line where the Fixed Series Compensation (FSC)is installed.
Ultrasonic transducers are a key element that governs the performances of both generating and receiving ultrasound in an ultrasonic measurement system. Electrical impedance is a parameter sensitive to the environment of the transducer; it contains information about the transducer but also on the medium in which it is immersed. Several practical applications exploit this property. For this study, the model is implemented with the VHDL-AMS behavioral language. The simulations approaches presented in this work are based on the electrical Redwood model and its parameters are deduced from the transducer electroacoustic characteristics.
A LOW POWER, LOW PHASE NOISE CMOS LC OSCILLATORIJEEE
In this paper a Double Cross Coupled Inductor capacitor based Voltage Control Oscillator (LC-VCO) is designed. In the proposed circuit the phase noise, tuning range with respect to control voltage, output power and the power dissipation of the circuit is analysed. Phase noise of approximate -96 dBc/Hz at frequency of 1MHz, frequency tuning range of 4.8 to 8.3 GHz (corresponding to 53.0% tuning range) obtained by varying the control voltage from 0 to 2.0 V, Output power of circuit -8.92 dBm at 50 Ohm resistance terminal and the power consumption of Circuit is 3.8 mW. This VCO are designed for 5.5 GHz. The circuit is designed on the UMC 180nm CMOS technology and all the simulation results are obtained using cadence SPECTRE Simulator.
A High-Swing OTA with wide Linearity for design of self-tunable linear resistorVLSICS Design
Low power consumption, long battery life and portability are essential requirements of modern health monitoring products. Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) operating in subthreshold region is an basic building block for low power health monitoring products design. An modified design of OTA which incorporates better linearity and increased output impedance has been discussed in this paper. The proposed OTA uses High-swing improved-Wilson current mirror for low power and low-frequency applications. The achieved linearity is about ± 1.9 volt and unity gain bandwidth (UGB) of 342.30 KHz at power supply of 0.9 volt which makes OTA to consume power in range of nanowatts. The proposed low voltage OTA implementation in design of self- tunable linear resistor has been presented in this paper. The circuit implementation has been done using standard 0.18 micron technology provided by TSMC on BSIM 3v3 level-53 model parameter and verified results through use of ELDO Simulator.

A Study of SVC’s Impact Simulation and Analysis for Distance Protection Relay...IJECEIAES
This paper focuses on analyzing and evaluating impact of a Static Var Compensator (SVC) on the measured impedance at distance protection relay location on power transmission lines. The measured impedance at the relay location when a fault occurs on the line is determined by using voltage and current signals from voltage and current transformers at the relay and the type of fault occurred on the line. The MHO characteristic is applied to analyze impact of SVC on the distance protection relay. Based on the theory, the authors in this paper develop a simulation program on Matlab/Simulink software to analyze impact of SVC on the distance protection relay. In the power system model, it is supposed that the SVC is located at mid-point of the transmission line to study impact of SVC on the distance relay. The simulation results show that SVC will impact on the measured impedance at the relay when the fault occurs after the location of the SVC on the power transmission line.

This work presents investigation of passive filter performance on three-phase inverter with 180° conduction mode. The simulation model of the inverter is developed by using MATLAB/Simulink. The power circuit used Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) as switching device. The inverter is controlled by using bipolar Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) technique. The IGBT was set to 25 kHz for switching frequency (fs). Three types of passive filters which are LC, RC and PI filters are used to investigate the ability to remove the unwanted signal that occurred on the inverter. The result is analyzed based on the performances of output filter in term of Total Harmonic Distortion in voltage (THDv), current (THDi), shape of output voltage and current. The THD must be less than 5% at rated inverter output voltage or current by referring to IEC 61727 Standard. The passive filter is modeled in MATLAB/Simulink environment to study the characteristics and performance of the filters.
This paper relates the new topology and simulations of a fully differential CMOS active filter for mm wave band applications. The advantages of the differential topology over the single ended one are discussed and the quality factor is tuned to insure application requirements, including narrow bandwidth and high selectivity due to a differential negative resistance that reuses the filter’s current. Using this topology enables independent tuning of the quality factor and low power consumption while compensating the resistive loss of the filter. Very high filter performance was obtained with the simulated active inductor based active filter that was designed using CMOS 0.35 µm technology from AMS foundry and that resonates at 30 GHz with a high quality factor of Q > 500.
Efficient Design of Differential Trans- Conductance Amplifier with Sub-Thresh...IJEEE
In this paper, a low voltage differential CMOS trans-conductance amplifier using 180nm on cadence is presented. This design operates in sub threshold region of ±0.5V-1.5V and biasing stabilization has been checked by observing relationship between differential voltage and biasing variations on Nano-scale. Simulation results shows maximum differential output is obtained when biasing current reaches 500nA with CMRR 88db and static power consumption on normal input conditions is 241nW. In this paper, layout of OTA has been presented after verifying DRC and LVS by using assura tool of cadence suite.
This paper deals with the design of cascaded 11 level H- bridge inverter. It includes a comparison between the 11 level H-bridge and T-bridge multilevel inverter. The cascaded inverter of higher level is a very effective and practical solution for reduction of total harmonic distortion (THD).These cascaded multilevel inverter can be used for higher voltage applications with more stability. As the level is increased the output waveform becomes more sinusoidal in nature. The inverter is designed using multicarrier sinusoidal pulse width modulation technique for generating triggering pulses for the semiconductor switches used in the device. Through this paper it will be proved that a cascaded multilevel H-bridge topology has higher efficiency than a T-bridge inverter, as whichever source input voltage is provided since input is equal to the output voltage. In T-bridge inverter, the output obtained is half of the applied input, so efficiency is just half as compared to H-bridge. The output waveform is distorted and has higher THD. The simulation is performed using MATLAB /Simulink 2013 software.

A Novel Design of a Microstrip Microwave Power Amplifier for DCS Application ...IJECEIAES
This paper presents a 1.80GHz class-A Microwave power amplifier (PA). The proposed power amplifier is designed with single-stage architecture. This power amplifier consists of a bipolar transistor and improved by Collector-Feedback Biasing fed with a single power supply. The aim of this work is to improve the performance of this amplifier by using simple stubs with 50Ω microstrip transmissions lines. The proposed PA is investigated and optimized by utilizing Advanced Design System (ADS) software. The simulation results show that the amplifier achieves a high power gain of 13dB, output power rise up to 21dBm and good impedances matching ;For the input reflection coefficient (S11) is below than - 46.39dB. Regarding the output reflection coefficient (S22) is below than -29.898dB, with an overall size of about 93 x 59mm². By the end; we find that this power amplifier offers an excellent performance for DCS applications.
This paper presents a grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) interface for delivering both active and reactive powers. The PV interface employs H-bridge topology DC-DC converter and inverter with analog control technology. The power flow is controlled solely by the adjustable DC output voltage of the DC to DC converter. In order to evaluate the PV interface system’s performances, it is tested by delivering power to the grid with low pawer factor. The experimental results show that at 300W active load, the inverter could deliver the reactive power of 400VAR. The PV interface could also produce very low harmonic voltage and current distorsions. The laboratory measurements show that the total harmonic distortions of inverter output voltage and current are 0.46% and 0.05%, respectively.

Investigations on Capacitor Compensation Topologies Effects of Different Indu...IJPEDS-IAES
This paper presents investigations on capacitor compensation topologies with
different inductive coupling links for loosely coupled inductive power
transfer (IPT) system. In general, the main constraint of the loosely coupled
IPT system is power losses due to the large leakage inductances. Therefore,
to overcome the aforementioned problem, in this work, capacitor
compensation is proposed to be used by adding an external capacitor to the
system. By using this approach, the resonant inductive coupling can be
achieved efficiently and hence the efficiency of the system is also increased
significantly. This paper analyzes the performance of two different
compensation topologies, which are primary series-secondary series (SS) and
primary series- secondary parallel (SP) topology. The performance of such
topologies is evaluated through the experimental results at 1MHz operating
frequency for different types of inductive coupling. From the results, SS
topology produces a high power transfer but SP topology gives better
efficiency.

White layer thickness (WLT) formed and surface roughness in wire electric discharge turning (WEDT) of tungsten carbide composite has been made to model through response surface methodology (RSM). A Taguchi’s standard Design of experiments involving five input variables with three levels has been employed to establish a mathematical model between input parameters and responses. Percentage of cobalt content, spindle speed, Pulse on-time, wire feed and pulse off-time were changed during the experimental tests based on the Taguchi’s orthogonal array L27 (3^13). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the mathematical models obtained can adequately describe performance within the parameters of the factors considered. There was a good agreement between the experimental and predicted values in this study.

Data were collected through a structured questionnaire containing a five point Likert Scale. The study examined the data of 30 transgender entrepreneurs in Salem Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State, India. Simple Random sampling technique was used. Garrett Ranking Technique (Percentile Position, Mean Scores) was used as the analysis for the present study to identify the top 13 stimulus factors for establishment of trans entrepreneurial venture. Economic advancement of a nation is governed upon the upshot of a resolute entrepreneurial doings. The conception of entrepreneurship has stretched and materialized to the socially deflated uncharted sections of transgender community. Presently transgenders have smashed their stereotypes and are making recent headlines of achievements in various fields of our Indian society. VOICE BASED ATM FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED USING ARDUINOIAEME Publication
The prototype of a voice-based ATM for visually impaired using Arduino is to help people who are blind. This uses RFID cards which contain users fingerprint encrypted on it and interacts with the users through voice commands. ATM operates when sensor detects the presence of one person in the cabin. After scanning the RFID card, it will ask to select the mode like –normal or blind. User can select the respective mode through voice input, if blind mode is selected the balance check or cash withdraw can be done through voice input. Normal mode procedure is same as the existing ATM.

Using the exploratory research design and 255 participants the result of this original study indicates strong positive correlation between emotional intelligence and effective human resource management. The main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of aspects of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the Health Care Organization at Thanjavur. Organizational Culture and PMS play a crucial role in present-day organizations in achieving their objectives. PMS needs employees’ cooperation to achieve its intended objectives. Employees' cooperation depends upon the organization’s culture. The present study uses exploratory research to examine the relationship between the Organization's culture and the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System. The study uses a Structured Questionnaire to collect the primary data. For this study, Thirty-six non-clinical employees were selected from twelve randomly selected Health Care organizations at Thanjavur. Thirty-two fully completed questionnaires were received.

The goal of this study was to see how talent management affected employee retention in the selected IT organizations in Chennai. The fundamental issue was the difficulty to attract, hire, and retain talented personnel who perform well and the gap between supply and demand of talent acquisition and retaining them within the firms. The study's main goals were to determine the impact of talent management on employee retention in IT companies in Chennai, investigate talent management strategies that IT companies could use to improve talent acquisition, performance management, career planning and formulate retention strategies that the IT firms could use. The respondents were given a structured close-ended questionnaire with the 5 Point Likert Scale as part of the study's quantitative research design. The target population consisted of 289 IT professionals. The questionnaires were distributed and collected by the researcher directly. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to collect and analyse the questionnaire responses. Hypotheses that were formulated for the various areas of the study were tested using a variety of statistical tests. The key findings of the study suggested that talent management had an impact on employee retention. The studies also found that there is a clear link between the implementation of talent management and retention measures. Management should provide enough training and development for employees, clarify job responsibilities, provide adequate remuneration packages, and recognise employees for exceptional performance.

Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A simple random sampling methodology was employed to congregate data as of the respondents. Generating the hypothesis along with testing is eventuated. The effect of EI and TM along with regression analysis between TM and EI was analyzed. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.

An experiment conducted in this study found that BaSO4 changed Nylon 6's mechanical properties. By changing the weight ratios, BaSO4 was used to make Nylon 6. This Researcher looked into how hard Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites are and how well they wear. Experiments were done based on Taguchi design L9. Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites can be tested for their hardness number using a Rockwell hardness testing apparatus. On Nylon/BaSO4, the wear behavior was measured by a wear monitor, pinon-disc friction by varying reinforcement, sliding speed, and sliding distance, and the microstructure of the crack surfaces was observed by SEM. This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate

Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

A MULTIPLE – CHANNEL QUEUING MODELS ON FUZZY ENVIRONMENTIAEME Publication
In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

property helps to simulate grounded and floating resistors with respect to bias current.
The simulated resistances from ohms to hundreds of K ohms are obtained with respect
to single parameter of variation of biasing current of OTA. Using the floating
simulated resistor the band pass filter with minimum number of OTA is designed.
The Operational Transconductance Amplifier is a device in which the input
voltage controls the output current. It contains the feature of linear controlled
transconductance with tunable property of bias current. The magnitude of resistance
can be electronically varied by changing the external bias current of OTA.
LM13600/LM13700 consists of two current controlled transconductance amplifiers
with different inputs and push pull outputs. The ideal OTA has Zin=∞, Zout=∞,
Inverting input current is equal to non inverting input current. The Fig.1 shows circuit
symbol of OTA. The voltage controlled current source is mathematically expressed
as,
Iout= gm (VA - VB), Where gm = (Ibias/2VT), VT is thermal Voltage = T/11600
=26mV at 280
C of room temperature.

2. CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The simulation of the grounded resistor by taking feedback path of OTA on either of
the input terminal for positive and negative resistor respectively as shown in Fig (2).
The resistance values are varied with respect to biasing current is given by the Eqn.

The floating resistor can be simulated with two OTAs as shown in Fig.3. By
analysis of the circuit, it gives an admittance matrix as

The simulated floating resistance is verified through band pass structure using one
OTA with feedback floating resistor, which is shown in Fig. 4. The resistance is
replaced with the simulated floating resistor of two OTA circuit as shown in Fig. 5.

3. EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS
The simulated grounded and floating resistor values are experimentally verified with
LM13600 of OTA [3-6]. The bias current of OTA is varied from 0.1uA to 1mA at
room temperature, which gives theoretical values of resistances in the range 520KΩ
to 0.052KΩ respectively. These are verified using Proteus Professional Software
which produces good results in filter designs. In the laboratory, the simulated values
are in well agreement with theoretical values for biasing current in between 10uA to
500uA. Beyond this range there is variation in simulation of resistance, because the
input offset voltage varies as biasing current near 1uA and 1000uA of LM13600N
OTA. The variation of bias current with log R is shown in “Fig.6” [1-6].

The same simulated resistances are used in the design of band pass filter, shown in
“Fig. 7”. For unity quality factor IB1=IB2=IB3=IB, & C1=C2=C. At Ibias = 100µA & C =
10nF, the centre frequency fo = = 30.5KHz theoretically, where as experimental
observation gives well structure of band pass filter of fo = 30.9 KHz with -3.0db gain
and bandwidth of 57.2KHz with roll off rate -40db per decade is shown in “Fig.8”.

This simulated resistance is verified in band pass for biasing currents from 1µA to
1000µA, which gives a very good agreement with theory. At IB1=IB2=IBias = 100µA
for simulated resistance of 520Ω, C1 = 10nF and C2 = 10pF, for IB3= 1uA gives a wide
band pass filter with -20dB per decade roll off. The -3dB frequencies are ranging
from. 204 Hz to 9.75 MHz & its band width is 9.749MHz, which is shown in “Fig. 9”.
The flatness of band pass filter depends on the difference between values of
capacitors. Greater the difference greater will be the flatness and the positive gain
changes with respect to the capacitor C2 and the bandwidth depends on biasing
currents. This is advantageous parameter which helps to select the bandwidth with
positive gain. [7-10]

4. CONCLUSION
The simulation of grounded and floating resistance using Operational
Transconductance Amplifier gives a well agreement with theoretical values. The
application of simulated floating resistance in feedback of OTA band pass filter shows
good results in respect of the selectivity. For unity quality factor the biasing currents
and capacitors of desired equal value gives narrow band pass filter, whose centre
frequency can be selected with reduced bandwidth [3-10]. A basing current of 1μA
with floating resistor of 520Ω gives wideband pass structure with C1 greater than C2
gives bandwidth 9.7MHz. This bandwidth with positive gain is dependent on the
difference between C1 and C2. Greater the difference greater will be the flatness is
observed. For selected values of C1 and C2 with C1 greater than C2 the bandwidth is
more selective to the biasing currents of IB3 with respect to simulate floating
resistance. The floating resistor simulation is one advantageous for selecting the
bandwidth, centre frequency and quality factor with respect to biasing current of
Operational Transconductance Amplifier. The designed filter has applications in
instrumentation using transducers.
