Following good eating habits
will help you become strong and
healthy.
1.Eating meals
regularly. Make sure to eat
breakfast, lunch, and
dinner regularly.
Breakfast is the most
important meal of the day.
2. Drink eight to ten
glasses of water a day. You
need water to help digest the
food you eat. Water also
helps remove waste
products from your body.
3. Eat plenty of fruits and
vegetables. Fresh fruits and
vegetables contain vitamins
that help your body fight
sickness.
Vitamins are nutrients that
help protect you from getting
sick easily.
4. Avoid soft drinks and
junk foods. This contain
large amount of sugar and
salt. They also lack needed
nutrients for your body to
function properly.
5. Always wash your
hands before and after
meals. Use soap and
water when washing your
hands. This way you are
sure that you handle your
food with clean hands.

  • 5. 3. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain vitamins that help your body fight sickness. Vitamins are nutrients that help protect you from getting sick easily.
  • 6. 4. Avoid soft drinks and junk foods. This contain large amount of sugar and salt. They also lack needed nutrients for your body to function properly.
  • 7. 5. Always wash your hands before and after meals. Use soap and water when washing your hands. This way you are sure that you handle your food with clean hands.
