1. Eat healthy food
• In order to be healthy, you have to eat good or healthy food
• These foods should always be present everyday in your meals

• Build muscles
• Make kids strong

• Help kids to have smooth skin,
shiny hair and good eyesight
• Help prevent diseases

• Avoid eating everyday
• Clap hands for healthy food

2. Take a bath
• Take a bath everyday – morning, evening
• Use gentle soap and shampoo
• Removes the dirt and germs from your body
• Makes you feel fresh and comfortable
3. Wash hands
• Wash hand with running water and soap or
use hand sanitizer
• Washing hands prevents the spread of
germs and diseases
4. Brush teeth
• Brush teeth twice/thrice a day with fluoride
toothpaste
• Brush teeth for 2 minutes
• Brushing removes food and plaque which
contains germs and bacteria
5. Wound Care
• Clean the wound with soap and water
• Go to the clinic
• Let the nurse or doctor check the wound
and apply medicine and bandage
• Eat nutritious food for faster wound healing
• Be careful next time
