Ancient  Indian life sciences  says that constipation is root cause of  all diseases  from simple  headache  to life threatening  heart attack, paralysis  etc.  visiting  toilet  daily  in the morning indicates that you are  healthy .

Take  nutritious, light  breakfast  &  Lunch. Have  very light  dinner before  7  in the night. Consume  cucumber curry   with skin  &  leafy veg  daily. In the night before going to bed have  10 gms   Triphala  with  200  ml warm water daily for  4-6  months.
