for providing information to other HR staff and employees regarding policies and
regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; overseeing
the maintenance of records, files and personnel actions, and evaluations.
Responsible in filing and updating 201 Files, records and other documents;
Performs Timekeeping for contractual, probationary & regular employees;
Attends to labor concerns;
Assists General Manager and President’s concerns;
Prepare Employment Contract for contractual, probationary & regular employees;
Assists HR Manager in recruitment activities; contact applicants for screening and
interviews.
Monitors Leave Credits (Sick, Vacation, Paternity & Maternity Leave) availments and
balances of regular employees;
Monthly Posting and Payment in Government Benefits (Philhealth,SSS & Pagibig) in
Five (5) companies;
Responsible for issuance of Certificate of Employment as per request;
Prepares purchase reports, canvass sheets based on supplier’s quotation,
specification, terms of payment and delivery schedules.
Controls and monitors the use of company copier machine and printers.
Assist in coordinating company’s building management issues and maintenance
