♦ Scheduling Interviews and co-coordinating with Operation panel
♦ Follow up’s with the candidates regarding acceptance of offer, joining dates and ensure that the
candidates joins the organization on the joining date
 JOINING FORMALITIES & INDUCTION/ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
♦ Co-ordinating with the new joiners in the joining formalities like bank account opening and filling up
the joining kit.
♦ Issuing of Various Kind of Letters e.g. Appointment Letters, Warning Letter, Termination Letters,
Confirmation Letters, Relieving Letters and other Kind of Letters of required.
♦ Conducting the HR induction programme for the new employees.
♦ Maintaining the files of employees and marinating employee database.
♦ Coordination with Admin Department for their Identity Card and Access Card.
 COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT
♦ Assisting in Payroll process.
♦ Generating reports like Salary Computation, Salary slips.
♦ Handling queries regarding salaries / Reimbursement of the employees.
♦ Processing the other data like-Promotion, Salary Increment etc.
 PF & ESI
♦ Ensuring Smooth running process PF & ESI related assignments.
 RELIEVING FORMALITY
♦ Handling Exit interviews, separation clearance forms and final settlement procedures.
♦ Issuing Experience letter and relieving letter and closure of employee file who separates from the
organization.
 TIME OFFICE MANAGEMENT
♦ Check & control the process to Generate Timesheet, Attendance Muster at for salary processing.
♦ Leave Management of permanent employees and contract employees

♦ Bonus Calculation, Salary Breakup, Gratuity Calculations, Salary slips.
