Dear Hiring Manager,
I am applying for a position in the Human Resources field. I would like the opportunity
to show you how my skills would benefit any company. I believe in helping managers and
teammates achieve company goals through compliance and engagement. Keeping employees on
track and helping them to reach their goals is very important to me. Recruiting is one of the
responsibilities I enjoy being involved with.
 I have 14 years’ experience in human resources. I spent 10 years out of 15 with Wal-Mart
in human resources as the Personnel Manager and one year as the HR manager for
Lowe’s.
 I am responsible for all aspects of the employees including recruiting, benefits,
terminations, payroll and employee morale. Being detail oriented is highly imperative in
the HR department
 I directly dealt with up to 400 employees with any kind of issues they faced including
managers. Completing several tasks at one time was easy to accomplish due to my
organizational skills and priorities.
 A fast pace environment is what I thrive in and enjoy learning tasks done in a different
ways.
