 Responsible in receiving clients and inquiries about the business information and
Company emails which related to the work activities through walk in’s and
Telephone calls.
 Responsible for the monthly & yearly account statements of the company &
Handle’s Company Petty Cash Account.
 Handle’s Files of the company for office documentation and effective as a
document controller.
 Prepares and doing personally the visa application, Labour Contracts, Visa
Stamping& personally prepare all the requirements of the new employee from (A-
