Statutory Compliances- EPF/ESI Uploading the data on monthly basis to their respective
sites and generating challans and statutory details. Maintaining Bonus reports on monthly
basis as per Bonus Act.
Wage &Salary Administration- Fixing compensation of new employees, yearly revision of
salary
Induction- Induction program and induction review.
HR Letters- Issuing all HR Letters as Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation letter,
probationary review form, promotion letter, Transfer letter etc
Leave foundation & Monitoring with Absent Management- Managing and calculating
