 Executing policies of HR and employee welfare aiming towards development of human capital across the
organization, coordinating in recruitment, selection, induction & oriented related process.
 Overseeing all aspects of recruiting right from understanding profile through campus Interviews, Recruitment

 Taking various initiatives for staff retention like best performance awards on quarterly basis, felicitation of

 Involve people for various activities like National Festival celebrations, Sports & Cultural Activities & other

Legal
 Preparing & initiating Green Card process for the consultants,following up with United States Commission for
Immigration Services for any correction in Legal Applications & pending petitions.
