 Complete knowledge in recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, discussions with the
candidates, short listing for technical and managerial rounds, interview coordination, weekend drives,
maintaining MIS, other databases, HR discussions and releasing offer across SCM (Warehousing,
Logistics & IT)..

 Interacting with process (DPE’s) Delivery project executive to understand and discuss on SLA. Build
relationship to work as a team.
 Short- listing and screening of resumes using various job portals as per requirement of client and appointing the

 Taking HR round of interview short- listing and screening the candidates according to the company requirement.
 Sourcing of candidates as per client requirements and line up the candidates on the same.
 Recruiting and interviewing candidates as per job related skills.
 Screening of resumes from job portals, Head Hunting for suitable profiles as per client requirements
 Giving feedbacks to candidates and also motivating them.
 Coordinating with the client for interview.
 Taking reports from clients regarding performance of candidates and complete follow up with the candidate.
