 Maintaining the Sanctioned Manpower in consultation with concerned HOD's & Update Hierarchy
Chart accordingly.
 Responsible for recruitment against prior approval, plan interviews and get approved from appointing
authority.
 New Joining formalities: Induction & welcome mail. Ensure that all personnel files are maintained
within ten days of joining date.
 Prepare & Update Job descriptions of all employees periodically and when required due to
restructuring.
 Training & developments: Assess training needs; Plan Annual Training Calendar; Execution of
training as per plan and evaluation.
 To prepare MIS Reports and other audit related documents & records etc
 To prepare minutes of meeting acting as a role of coordinator in management meetings.
 Verification of Salary, reimbursement and other service related bills.
 Plan & execute PRP Audits, prepare report and get done the required work as per findings.
