Compendium of practical and theoretical knowledge concerning efficient team management.
Every organization, every group, every team needs a leader of people so that actions are effective and efficient and
fruitful cooperation and durable. Showing the students what actions to take to create a well-functioning, well-coordinated
team.
Cooperating - collaborative work learning they need to find and share information together, they become both a student
and a teacher. They need to decide what to learn and use in their project. Learning how to learn.
Role play - in traditional form, so called "pen and paper" can be compared to improvised theatre (also known as "impro")
- a form of theatre in which actors play spontaneously, without a script. The students become actors, they get the roles to
play, however, they decide about the form and the way to achieve the final goals.
To teach the students how to overcome problems, prevent conflicts and how to coordinate work to make the team achieve
the intended goal.
-collaborative work learning - discussion of facts, sharing the knowledge,
- role play combined with problem based learning - the tudents are given problem they need to solve, but they can achieve
goals only working together, they need to invent the scenario, separate roles among the actors.
One of the activities is to create a band or squad of super heroes, students are mixed and the groups they belong to are
random. They find themselves in a new situation with some new people, they need to use the techniques thanks to which
they will be able to complete the task and avoid conflicts.
Another one is connected with acting a certain play, a team chooses one among them to be their leader, a master of game,
this person gets instructions ,people involved in the game, are the foremost actors who do not know the script and are
forced to improvise and react to the situations the game master puts before them. If there are many players, they can get
into teams.

Role playing game turns out to be a great challenge for the students, it's something different, not usually used during the
lessons. That's why students find it very interesting, they invole willingly and admit that they remember a lot from these
classes.
