3. -First, we were introduced to
drama by our English speaking
volunteer Mike Comley
-Then, we practised a couple of scenes from
“Robin Hood”

4. -We read some different skits
written for 2-6 characters

5. -We chose one of them:
Magic Carpet Ride

6. -We hopped on the carpet, went up and…
WOW! We realised we were flying.
We saw many things down there but kept
it a secret because nobody would believe
us.

7. -Eventually, we wrote our
own skit and will finally
perform it in front of the
class

11. CONCLUSION
Although our students have had some
difficulties in performing due to shyness, some
of them have overcome this factor and have
acted out in quite a natural way. But all of them
have been introduced to drama in English and
they have learnt that playing drama roles is a
way of showing different emotions and
approach towards some feelings.
