The unit tries to compare the romantic movement with the previous literary movement,
Neoclassicism. The aim is to analyze romanticism as a literary genre, but to study in depth
the figure of Don Juan Tenorio and to study its literary stereotype in all European
environments and other Spanish works and authors.

-Analyze the socio-literary context of the moment
-Study of the work of Don Juan Tenorio and his relationship with other European works
-Repeat of romanticism and the work of Tenorio in other cultural areas
-Study and survival of the figure today
-The teacher provides information to students (printed and primarily links to theatrical performances
on YouTube).
-The students study and screen the material. They visualize the plays.
-The students prepare a report as a draft that is then reviewed by the teacher.
-With the revised report students make presentations with their way of understanding the
