Si è cercato di affrontare la produzione delle farine ribaltando la normale lezione. In un primo momento il docente ha
cercato di dare i confini dell'unità per poi far lavorare ad un prodotto finito (sito internet) attraverso lo sviluppo di video e
relazioni.

Il progetto si è sviluppato in 3 fasi, nella prima il docente ha introdotto l'argomento attraverso lezioni frontali e l'utilizzo
di immagini ricercate su vari siti. Nella seconda fase i ragazzi divisi in gruppi hanno lavorato sviluppando una relazione
su una specifica parte del processo. Nell'ultima fase i ragazzi hanno prodotto due versioni di video (una in inglese e una in
italiano) trattando la parte a loro assegnata. i video sono stati girati direttamente in un'azienda dove viene prodotta la
farina (Molino Pagani a Borghetto Lodigiano).
