1. CONTINGENCY PLANS
For my filmIwill be doingalot of filmingincars,thiscomeswitha lotof healthandsafetyrisks
whichI will prepare forclosertothe filmingdate.Iwill make sure thatwe are filmingquite late at
nightfor all the car scenes,thismeansitwon’t be busyandthere shouldbe minimal risks.Therewill
alsobe filminginthe streetslike the previousproblemIwill make ariskassessmentandadhere toit
to make sure my actors remainas safe as possible.Iamplanningtouse multiple differenthouses in
the film,Iam goingto ask permissiontothe home ownerbeforeIstartfilmingincase theyare
uncomfortable withthe processatall, andif itis a problemIwill contactfriendsorfamilytoask
permissiontofilmintheirhome. If myactorscan’t make the filmingdatesIcan try toreschedule
until everyoneisavailable,if anactorcan’t do the filmthenIwill needtolookforsomeone else to
playtheirpart, thiswouldn’tbe difficultandcouldbe sortedoutpromptly.
I will releasemyfilm inlate April 2019, thiswill aboutayear afterthe ideawas firstplanned.This
date givesa lottime to perfectthe edit.Asthe filmisbeingfilmedinthe middle of winterthe best
time to release itwouldbe inwinter howeverthatwouldmake the release date toolate.Aprilisalso
headingtowardsthe endof summerandthe reallyhotweather.Mybackupdate in case it’snot
finishedforApril issometimeinOctober2019 thisgivesme a few more monthstoiron outthe
problemsthatcouldhave delayedthe initial release.
