The director needs to film establishing shots in various locations for the opening sequence of a thriller film. This includes filming a town from a hill to set the scene, shots inside a house of a girl going up stairs and to bed, and scenes of a stalker walking down a dark alley toward the girl's house to create tension. 2. For my opening sequence I need to film in various
locations. I need to film an establishing shot of a town to
set the scene which will show the audience the scale of
the town where it is set. I also need to have a house to
film the parts in which the girl is walking up the stairs and
going to bed. I will have to film the dark parts where the
stalker is walking to the girls house in a dark alley to
make it eerie and tense as this is a typical film setting for
a thriller genre film. I will have to film the collage of
photos stuck onto a wall in a house to make the film as
realistic as possible to make the film look professional.
