This document discusses four potential filming locations for a project called RECCE: 1. Goatspen car park in the New Forest - This outdoor location would require driving but could have other people or animals present. A risk assessment was completed. 2. The filmmaker's own bedroom - This indoor location is easily accessible but has mirrors along one wall that need to be considered for camera placement. 3. The filmmaker's living room - This indoor location is available whenever needed but has family photos in the background that don't match the character, so they will need to be kept out of shot. 4. A house for a party scene - This location was chosen because an authentic party was

2. Location 1 – Goatspen car park, New Forest
One of the locations I am going
to film in is in the New Forest,
this is the only location that
would need driving to therefore I
will make sure my actor who I
have driving in my script to the
location is comfortable with that.
Because it is in the forest I don’t
need any permission to film
there however there may be
other members of the public
there when I am filming so I will
have to make sure they aren’t in
shot. Another issue with this
would be horses and other
animals that roam around the
area being a risk in effecting the
shoot. In terms of health and
safety a full risk assessment has
been completed

3. Location 2 – ‘Harper’s’ house (bedroom),Ringwood
I will be filming in my own room for all the scenes that are in Harper’s room as it is
easily accessible and I don’t need to gain permission from anyone to be allowed to use
it.The room is very well lit so will work well on camera however the issues with it are
that there are mirrors all along one wall of the room meaning I will have to think about
the camera placement carefully to make sure you don't see a reflection.

4. Location 3 – ‘Harper’s’ house
(living room), Ringwood
I will film in here for the scene when Ella gets the
message about the party as it is in my own house so it
is available to me whenever I want to use it and just
have to make sure with my family I can shoot in there
on the day I want. However in the background of this
location there is family photos that don’t show the
actor playing Harper, making it obvious it isn’t her
house so I will have to make sure they aren’t in shot.

5. Location 4 – party house,
Ringwood
I will shoot in this location for the house party scene as
there was a house party going on there with all of my
actors invited happening therefore I could capture the
shots I wanted with it being authentic rather than staged.
