2. Roles + responsibilities
My production will require multiple people to produce due to the narrative voiceover and the presenter required, as a result I will be taking on the role of camera
man and editor, I have already found a willing fellow student who is going to help me with the other roles in production, I will have the responsibility of booking
equipment, organising production times and filling out any risk assessments, both to the equipment and to the person helping me to produce this work, Location will
not be an issue as I won't be filming in a specific location for long, however with that in mind there may well be certain areas of the city that I will need specific
permission to film, if this is the case I will call in advance to get clearance to film in these areas, the only role that my actor will need to do will to both be in the film
and perform the narrative voiceover. As a side note I can't include everyone in the background in the shot as then they will technically be in the film which is illegal
and therefore the most efficient way to eliminate this issue will be to use depth of field to blur them out. I chose these people to assist me in this project because they
both have experience in the roles of which I have assigned them to, I on the other hand have no experience in these areas so I needed help from people who know
what they are doing.

7. Equipment list
• Camera
• SD card
• Battery + spare
• Tripod
• Handheld audio recorder –For recording the narrative voiceover to reduce background noise
• RODE shotgun mic. -To help pick up audio during interviews
8. LocationI will likely use a few of the most notable and picturesque places
in York, such as the shambles and the Roman walls that still run
through the city, not only to make the shots as cinematic and
aesthetically pleasing as possible but also because of the fact that
they are familiar to people living in the area, as I want people to
look at it and immediately know where it is, aside from that I will
be filming in areas of business but not for very long, I will only be
doing this to gather interviews from members of staff working in
places that could be taken over by robots so that they can voice
their concerns on the matter. These places could include
restaurants such as Wagamamas, Costa, Starbucks, Mcdonalds,
the post office and companies like Aviva (provided I am allowed
access to their offices and other private workspaces upon
exception) In addition to this it is illegal to include anyone in the
film who doesn't want to be in it, whether or not they actually
have a role or, as a result I will need to get permission forms for
each person I interview.
