In my product I would include a story of a potential murder or suicide of a woman that went
missing in a hotel in California and was last seen on CCTV running and hiding away from
someone in an elevator, police found her body in a water tank 19 days later. The case
remains unsolved.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc.
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My aimed audience age range is between 16-18
My product is not suited for a specific gender
No specific social status or psychographic chosen that would suit this game
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include?
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
I will not include any offensive material in my product, this will not restrict younger people
from viewing my magazine.
I will not use any material that is set out to offend any social groups, religions, ethnicities.
I will make sure I do not offend anyone by getting someone to check my podcast to see if it
is suitable to be published.
I will be using chilling sound effects and background music.
