franchise with friends or relatives

What sort of product is it
Content
It is about a serial killer who got bullied at school, but one day he had enough and found
out where he lives and sets murderous traps to kill him. The killer enjoyed the killing and
now he hears voices in his head of who his next target is and kills them, leaving the name
Traps on the wallsso the police know who to fear.
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here
Audience:
Male from the age of 18+ because the main characters are mainly male including the killer
and the other main character.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
This would not offend anyone as I will post a teaser trailer to see what people comment
about it to see if it offends anyone. Younger than 18 will not be allowed to purchase the
movie unless they are with a guardian but need to be at least 15 with a guardian. It will be
different but has little links to the Saw franchise in the way traps have been used to kill
people, but everything else is different.
Think about any offensive material you will include?
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
