What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
To provide people with band merchandise, I will achieve this by using various
programs to the make the design like photoshop.
Genre:
What sort of product is it
A band selling merchandise like T-shirts, CD cases and posters.
Content
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a
story? If so, discuss it here
My product is design for a techno pop band and the theme is all time travel, the
items I would put in it would consist of clocks from different time aeras, a
wormhole like portal to show that this band is taking music all across time.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience is around 18 – 34 year old, consider of a balanced amount of males
and females, as for social status that will consists of middle class, the
psychographic is made of the socially conscious B group

My product won’t include any offensive material whatsoever.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
I won’t restrict younger audience from using or accessing my product.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
My product won’t contain any material that could offend any social
groups/religions/ethnicities.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
I will make sure not to offend anyone by following the ASA codes.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
My final product won’t contain any characters/logos/names of existing products.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for
copyright infringement?
Yes, my product will be an origin idea that won’t include any elements from
existing products that will get me sued for copyright infringement.
