1) Worked in Live Connections as a HR- Consultant from Oct 2013 to Dec 2015.
2) Currently working as a HR Executive & Admin in Evertogen Life Science Ltd (Formally
Optimus Generics Ltd) from Dec 2015 to till date.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Working in complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources.
 Working according to multiple requirements in a multitasking environment towards
achieving the objectives in a timely manner
 Maintaining good relationship with clients/vendors
 Shortlisted Candidates based upon the job descriptions and job specifications and
the candidates’ qualifications and work experience
 Conducted reference check of the shortlisted candidates
 Following-up with Selected Candidates, to whom the offers are issued to ensure
acceptance of Offers of Appointments, timely joining and maintaining continuous
relationship thereafter until joining
 Joining formalities of On Role employees.
 Preparing Monthly Payroll and co-ordinate with bankers and credit the salary’s in
employee’s accounts on time.
 EPF monthly payments ,EPF UAN & KYC updation ,ESI monthly payments ,Bonus
processing ,Handling Employee queries in ESI & EPF ,Benefits process in ESI & EPF
 Facilities management (uniforms, PPE, ID cards, Bank account opening)
 HR MIS reports preparation
 Taking exit interview formalities and ensuring Full and Final Settlements along with
Bonus and LTA Calculations doing smoothly when employee resigns.
 Having good knowledge in Performance Management System (PMS).
 Maintaining Monthly Attendance like Employee leave balance, Compensatory leaves,
week off’s, OT’s Optional Leaves, Shift Leaves, Earn Leaves & Sick Leaves.

• Master of Business Administration-HR from VITS College, JNTU Kakinada University
Visakhapatnam, 2012.
• Bachelor of Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics, Mrs.A.V.N College,
