 Induction & Orientation:
• Ensure a professional induction is provided for each and every person starting at the
Company.
• New Hires are given an overview about the organization in terms of its nature of work,
culture, hierarchy of the management, policies and procedures, timings, leaves etc.
• Introducing them to the respective teams and ensuring that they do not face any problem.
 Leave Management:
• Maintaining leaves data of employees through Attendence software .
• All the inputs for payroll is prepared.

 Performance Review & Appraisal:
• Co-ordinating and conducting performance review process of the employees who completes
6 months. Drafting & issuing the appraisal letter to respective members.
 Termination/Resignation Exit Procedures:
• Monitoring Attrition Analysis through Exit Interview Forms as and when Employee leaves
the organization. Corrective measures are taken accordingly.
 Policies/Process
• Involved in policy formation and up gradation.
• Getting feedback regarding the existing policies and upcoming policies.
 Employee Welfare & Grievances Handling:
• Maintaining a harmonious work climate by meeting the employees regularly to understand
their problems and solve them
• Rolling out surveys to gauge the employee satisfaction, their feedback regarding the existing
policies and upcoming policies.
• One to one session with the employee regarding their grievances.
 Employee Engagement:
• Design and structure Employee Engagement activities according to the company model and
deliver it with full accuracy.

• Doing Training need analysis of the employee
• Designing all the Training and Development session according to the need analysis.

 MIS and Documentation
• Maintaining and reporting of all the KPIs(Monthly & Annual).

 Roles & Responsibilities
 Manpower Planning and Recruitment:
• Worked for recruitments for initial 3 Month and have good understanding in this field.
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent within deadlines.
• Sourcing accurate profiles through various sources viz resume database and Employee
Referral System & screen the Cv’s on a day to day basis.
• Responsible for designing the Job Postings and successfully submitting it in the various e-
portals. In addition rolling out the Job Profiles internally.
• Screening, shortlist and conduct preliminary interview for relevant candidates.
• Closure of the position by discussing the Salary Package need to be Offered to the selected
candidates with the Head of the Organisation and rolling it out via getting approval.
• Making salary breakup, Rolling out offer, appointment letter & checking the documents of
the candidates at the time of joining.
• Ensure the completion of joining formalities.
• Responsible for presentation of HR Reports to the Senior Management Team on a monthly
basis.
