reduced 50% of the errors. Do daily random audits to check ongoing quality and do analysis of the feedback
errors received from client or instant feedback from Quality Analyst to implement more quality
proce sses/check points to curtail those errors.
 The above quality process implementation reduced 50% of the ADT errors in a week’s time and subsequently to
75% and even increased the Client Satisfaction rate which helped to even clear consecutive weekly client audits.
 We introduced hourly productivity tracking report and shift start and shift end timing/productivity report
which helped to have a control on the shift timings. We introduced staggered weekly offs to optimize the

 The questionnaire made by me was made as standard format and mandatory rule for every new account
