(July Till Date)
Recruitment:-
Form Trainee Team Members to Store Manager, Also responsible for Regional Recruitment.
For RO Recruitment within the TAT , Coordinate with Placements for Resume, First Screen and
shortlisted CV’s are send to HOD’s for further Short listing. Coordinate for interviews. Share offer
letters, Coordinate for DOJ.
For Store:- Get resumes from Walk Ins, References, Screen , Shortlist, Coordiante interviews with
Operation , Share offer Letters and Coordinates for Joining
Payroll:-
Calculate CTC Breakup, Share Offer, Complete Joining formalities, Hiring
Calculation and Preparation of Payroll inputs and sharing the same without error before the
deadlines.
Verify, Collate and share inputs to Head office – Bangalore
Employee Engagement – Store and Zonal Level
Execution of EE Quarterly & Monthly Plan received From HO @ Stores and RO
Also share additional plan with HO for approval and execute the same e.g Skit of RED Celebration,
Beat Diabetes Campain for RO & Stores Employee, etc
Handling employee queries and grievances related to HR processes & policies.

Conduct Landmark induction program (Policies & process).
Plan and help to execute grooming program as per IDP’s received; with trainers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Maintain database & Coordinate with different store and Zonal Recruitment manager to close the
same
Conduct HR interviews and pre-analysis of the candidates' abilities.
Coordinates with respective departments and HO for further process
Prepare CTC Breakup and Offer letter for New Joinee’s.
Holding Reference Checks and other pre-joining formalities.
Conducting Induction Programs for new Joinee’s.
Preparing Salary Annexure for all levels.
Taking care of complete recruitment process on timely basis.
Co-ordination with concerned department heads for planning manpower requirement and
projections for the particular period of time.
Conducting an analytic job studies and constructing valid selection and job related criteria.
Screening, evaluating and short listing applicants for interviews.
Writing ads, job descriptions, KRA’s and posting open positions.
Sourcing and screening candidates through various resources like portals, references, head
hunting, employment agencies, social sites, references and other recruitment resources.
Conducting preliminary interviews of the applicants (Telephonic and Personal both).
Employee Engagement – Store and Zonal Level
Handling employee queries and grievances related to HR processes & policies.
Coordinating activities related to Employee welfare, Employee Awareness, health and wellness,
birthday celebrations, fun at work on Weekly basis (as per the level).
Coordinating with line managers for recognizing and rewarding employees with consistent
performance.
Maintaining a transparent and informal work culture by conducting open houses on a regular
basis.

Organizing for structured induction schedule for all new team members, take them thru HR

behavioral skills required for employee enhancement by TNA / TNI process.
Payroll Activities:
Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters.
