transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate,
reliving letter, etc.
• .Recruitment
-Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
-Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal
reference, head hunting.
-Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
-Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
-Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities

1. Presently working in Team Lease Services Ltd as Senior Executive on site – HR from Jan-2013 to
till date – Vizag.
Job Responsibilities:
• Working in the role of Executive HR for Retail stores in AP Zone.
• Manage HR gamut for Retail store employees (Strength of around 550) in the Zone.
• Forecasting manpower requirements.
• Recruitment and placement.
• Generating offer letter.
• Joining & On Boarding formalities for new joinee.
• Bank account opening for associates.
• Attendance management (Manual & Online).
• Handling monthly payroll inputs & maintaining /updating Leave records.
• Reconciliation of inputs and computation of salaries.
• Payments follow up with Client.
• Monthly Reports submission to Client.
• Co ordinate with client zonal HR to ensure that the needs of employee are met on time.
• Smooth function of Exit and F&F process.
• Insurance claim processing.
