• Responsible for the full scope of HR Functions and activities for Technology, Operation &
other Support teams.
• Induction, Joining & Exit Formalities: To design and implement Induction Plans including
organizational and functional orientation to ensure smooth employee on boarding; organize,
and conduct induction program, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners. Successfully
started Online Induction and Exit program for New Hires & Resigned Employees. Single
point of contact person in respect of Employee Background Verification Process.
• Coordinating campus placement activities: Planning of campus visits to various colleges
based on business requirements and to be a preferred employer, making campus calendar,
Coordination with business segments and college representatives, on-boarding of campus
recruits post training and allocation to respective businesses.
• Recruitment & Selection: Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals
and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. Short listing of candidate
from the own database, references and various portals. Mass mailing and Phone screening,
Follow ups. Taking in-house interview of the candidate to find out the suitability for the
required profile. Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Attract, retain and motivate
staff. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
Issuing offer letter, appointment letters, Confirmation Letter etc. Generating employee code.
• Training & Developments: Conceptualizing & developing, training & development
initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancements.
Identifying & partner with external facilitators to conduct training sessions.
• Employee Relation: One Point contact for employees & Operational issues. Providing
employment feedback on verification for past employees, Single point of contact person in
respect of Employee Health Insurance Policy (Mediclaim Policy).

• Performance Management: Co-coordinating with department head for the performance
management cycle ( PMS ) right from KRA setting, performance and leadership competency
review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle. Coordinating with top
management. Keeping a track of Probation performance.
• Statutory Compliance: Maintaining and filing all P.F related compliance (Generating PF
A/c no., Nomination, Transfer & Withdrawal), Employment exchange (Filing of Form ER-I
& ER-II) and Maternity Benefit Act 1961 (Filing of Form 11). Liaising with various
Government Authorities (FRO) for obtaining approval/clearances for Visa Registration and
Extension of Expatriates/Foreigners.
• Talent Retention, Management & Analysis: Nominated by MD as one of the five member
committee for attrition control at organizational level. Analyze attrition and suggest ways to
retain good talent. Making retention efforts as per Business requirement .Maintaining HRIS,
HR Dashboard, Attrition Report, Salary Grade Report, Doing weekly analysis.
• Attendance & Salary Records: Maintaining attendance & leave records. To ensure all leaves
are approved as per HR Policy. Payroll processing. Approving salary restoration/advances.
• HR Policies & Processes: Implement and assist in development of HR Policies & Processes.
Review, Re-design, Define people processes to address business needs.
• Compliance & Control: Interfacing with management and heads of department for
implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
Monitoring TAT & quality and Compliance with the process, policies & procedures. Driving
process in a cost effective manner.
• Employee Relation/ Engagement: Addressing and assisting employees’ queries on policies,
procedures & processes. Planning and arranging all social functions, employee welfare
program, etc. Designing Employee Engagement Calendar. Counseling / grievance handling of
the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction
• MIS & Dashboard: Maintaining HRIS and documentation of all personnel information.
Regularly report status, sending MIS, Identifying data gaps, maintaining inwards and
publishing daily reports to higher-ups.
• Team & Vendor Management: Guiding the team & vendor for improvement in
performance. Employee engagement activities. Handling escalations & related issues.

• On successful deployment of manpower for several fast track projects, have been awarded
“Man of the Year”, from the CEO of Mindcrest (India) Private Limited.
• Active member of the five member committee for attrition control at organizational level.
