Responsibilities:
 Responsible for full life cycle recruiting; cold calling, qualifying by phone, setting up technical
phone screens, coordinating face to face interviews, providing work history, reference checks,
offer/salary negotiation, first day paperwork and documentation of every step within the company

 Recruitment of candidates through networking, Internet postings.
 Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Naukri and Monster.
 Maintaining Leave of absence records.
 Coordinating with the recruitment team and CSR Team.
 Maintaining complete documentation of the consultants.
 Reviewing complete consultant paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
 Follow-up on expiring I-9’s and collects documents before the expiry date.
 Respond to consultant inquires in a timely manner;
 Handling background checks and employment verification for the selected consultants.
 Escalate consultant inquiries to the appropriate department.
 Follow-up with the consultants for the time-sheets either through Call or Email.
 Responsible for initiating the On-boarding process of the selected candidates and forwarding the
related documents to the Paperwork team and generating TSA and PO requests.
 Responsible for hour’s calculation and maintaining timesheets of the consultants.
 Coordinating Recruiters with the Resume formatting.
 Working on the JobDiva activities like assigning / un-assigning Recruiters to particular
requirements as per their Skillset.

 Negotiating the compensation packages.
