 Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource
policies and procedures
 Completing pre and post recruitment formalities
 Recruitfor openpositionsand performthe fulllifecycle of recruitingactivities including sourcing and
screeningapplicants,maintainingrecruitingsystems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through
with candidates, supporting hiring managers.
 Responsible for new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. Serve as employee
liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay
 Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview
information to management and tracks/maintains data.
 Payroll Processing and ensuring salary issuance to all employees
 Provident Fund uploading helping, generating chellan in official website (ESEWA) Helping
 ESI – Temporary card issuance, uploading, challan preparation & submission(Helping)
 Processing Gratuity & EDLI(Helping)
 Maintain statutory records like – Attendance register, Muster Roll, PF & ESI Chellan, Gratuity Trust
Deed,WagesRegister,WagesSlip,Personal File, and Service Record of all employees. (Preparation)
 Handling Payroll process for 120 + employees
 Maintaining Attendance and Leave Records
 Handling Petty Cash
 Validating the Reimbursement bills for the Claims
 Checking the Payroll input & output
 Uploading the Pay Slip and Tax Slip after the completion of Payroll
 Preparing Statutory Reports like PF,ESI,PT &LWF
 Payroll Input & Output Validation
