♦ Worked as Sr. HR Executive in BYD Electronics India Pvt Ltd, from Dec 2007 to Feb 2013. BYD
Electronics is a Chinese company which is manufacturer of mobile phone covers and keypads with a
manpower of 4000+
♦ Worked as Recruitment & Admin Executive in Jerry Varghese Consultancy Pvt Ltd, from Jan 2006 to
Dec 2007. JVC is a recruitment consultant with highly skilled technical professionals in recruiting of
middle and senior level requirements in various Industrial projects at Domestic and Overseas Job
placements in Qatar, K.S.A, Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, UAE etc
Experience Summary
Recruitment
♦ End to End recruitment starting from sourcing CVs to till the closure of the position. Expertise in using
various tools of Recruitment.
♦ Arranging Induction/orientation program of the new employees.
♦ Defining and designing job description of all professional positions, job evaluation as well as
finalization of goals and KRAs at all levels.
♦ Managing all recruitment related activities like Preparation of Newspaper Advertisement for
Recruitments, Sending Interview Call Letters, Offer Letters, and other information in
consultation with the concerned Heads
♦ Annual and Monthly Manpower Plan Demand Analysis based on production.
Training and Development
♦ Analyzing the competency level of the individual across through skill matrix and identifying the
skills required for particular positions and bridging the gap between them by strategic training
plans;
♦ Identifying the external agencies for training module preparation and to conduct training.
Preparation of Annual Training Plan and monthly schedules.
♦ Organizing & Conducting Training Program to shop floor employees on company rules and
regulations, safety,5s, etc., and obtaining training effectiveness.
Payroll & Statutory
♦ Monthly payroll processing, Preparation of Full & Final Settlement.
♦ Responsible for Statutory compliance of Factory Act, ESI, PF, LWF, Professional Tax, TDS.
♦ Factory License renewal, RC renewal
♦ Responsible for Internal & external audits(IF,PF, IMS) of HR department
Performance Appraisals
♦ Conducting Performance Appraisals, which includes sending appraisal forms, evaluation of the
appraisal received on the basis of the scoring & discussing the appraisal feedback.
♦ Identification of the high performers, low performers
♦ Coordinating with managers to complete performance appraisal of the employees within specified
time.
♦ Performance Management System and analyzing the employee performance through KRA agreed
during the year for future action plans. Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay
rises/promotions in consultation with dept heads.
Employee Relation and Employee Engagement
♦ Motivating employees like award, reward, attendance bonus
♦ Manage day-to-day employee relations' issues such as grievance, discipline and other performance
related matters.
♦ Ensuring discipline viz. show-cause notices, charge sheets, warning letters etc
♦ Participated in disciplinary proceedings for the employees in disciplinary cases, and conducted
domestic enquiry.
♦ Conducted work committee election and organized work committee meeting.

♦ Conceptualization, articulation, implementation and communication of Human resources policies in
line with vision & objectives of the company.
