Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Documentation
 Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional
areas.
 Issuing Manpower Requisition form to the concerned head and getting the Interview
Feedback form filled to streamline the process of recruitment.
 Developed and managed recruitment and selection process. Ensuring that the policy is
adhered to.
 Practiced recruitment through different sources like Job Portals, internet sourcing and own
aggregated personal database to source candidates.
 Creating Job description for the job openings.
 Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
 Salary fitment, salary negotiation and then making the Offer.
 Reference checks
 Issuing Appointment letters, Confirmation letters and other documentary letters.
 Manage and update personnel files and documentation.
 Preparing organisation chart and updating it.

 Designing the Basic Induction Program that involves Organization Structure, Basic rules and
policies.

Performance Management
 Providing the inputs of the performance to the HOD’s.
 Issuing performance appraisal forms to the employees and getting the feedback for the same
from different HOD’s
 Employee counselling
 Annual salary review coordination
Employee Engagement
 Handling employees’ day-to-day queries and queries related to joining, leaves, advance etc
 Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company’s
policies and procedures.
 Discipline, resignations, advance, issue of items like camera, laptop, mobile, sim card,
recharge cards etc
 Salary revision and negotiation
 Calculating and processing Full & Final settlement, cancellation, exit interviews & relieving
formalities
 Conduction of birthday celebrations, festival celebrations etc
Payroll
 Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis (i.e. new
starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence and maternity pay)
 Accountable for assisting the payroll management for its smooth operation
 OT calculation and cross checking from software
 Provide payslips, Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters etc to employees
Leave Management
 Keeping the record of leaves of all employees
 Maintenance & Calculation of annual leave, emergency leave, sick leave etc
 Preparing Leave settlements including air ticket reimbursements
Visa Processing
 Documents verification & follow up for visa
 Keeping the track of Labor card & visa expiry list and processing renewals
 Coordination with PRO for visa, cancelation, medicals etc
Administration
 Arranging accommodation, vehicles etc.
 Coordination with PRO for visa processing
 Keeping all the passports and tracking for the same
 Office management including infrastructure, office boys, drivers etc
 Attendance management
 Handling stationary and preparing monthly budgeting
 Petty cash management
 Efficiently managing all Labour Camp activities, monitoring hygiene and conducting
regular visits.
