website about living with the
autism condition. The water and
rain, as well as crying shows the
downsides of autism and how it
can have a negative effect upon
the individual which is normal
and to be expected from anyone
mild or major. However, the
colours of the spectrum also
imply that there is something
positive going on as well.

6. Content
Within my video story, there’s not really much of a story
throughout the video, because the goal of the product is for it to
be an informative and educational video about the autism
condition. It will provide some personal clips acted by yours truly
as well as clips of interviews from my parents and what it’s like
living with a family member with autism.
From start to finish, it is really personal and contains some
upsetting and hard scenes so some viewing discretion is advised.
The style is the fact that it comes from a personal source of love
and understanding, and those are the key words for obtaining a
true relationship with a person with autism: Understand them
them and love them. The genre though is the theme of love for
one’s family, where there is love for one’s children and love for
one’s parents, and this are the two sides of making up family
love, like two sides of a coin.
The best way of appealing to the audience is to keep it to the
original intention and keep it family friendly and educational as
possible.

Potential Issue How will the issue be fixed
There could be dangerous parts on
the footpath such as glass and hard
sharp stones.
Find a suitable piece of foot path that
doesn’t seem to have any issues
found.
One of the crew may not feel great
and too ill to film.
Wait until they feel better and while
they are waiting, edit some other
parts of the video.
I may gain eye strain and back ache
from sitting in the chair editing.
Take a break after every minute
whenever I feel pain coming in those
forms of back and eye pain.
