2. Sound 1: Silent Room
Observation: After looking at the sound waves of the
first recording, it seems that this recording only has a
small wave flowing through the entirety of the 20
second length. With this observation seen, it seems
likely that after observing recording number 2, this will
be the most likely atmosphere I am looking for the
vocals of the characters.
3. Sound 2: Fairly Noisy Corridor
Observation: From looking at this sound wave, it seems that
the waves are peaking at nearly every point of the length, giving
the implication that this area is noisier than the first recording,
which means in all likelihood that I will not use this environment
for the background of my vocal recordings.
4. Reflection
From seeing both visual and written analysis, it seems
that the most likely atmosphere I will using in the
background of my vocals will be a silent room from
recording number one, as it show the more less
peaking sound waves, which gives it a more smooth
and quieter background noise. I conducted this
experiment to see how the different sections of college
or any other establishment would have an impact on
sound atmosphere when it comes to the recording of
the vocals for my characters, and see which
environment would work best.
