This document discusses two cases of rare urachal masses. The first case is a 53-year-old female with a complex cystic and solid mass projecting into her urinary bladder from the anterior wall. Imaging and biopsy revealed urachal adenocarcinoma. The second case is a one-month-old infant with swelling, redness and crying when their umbilicus is touched. Imaging showed a thick-walled cystic lesion connected to the urinary bladder dome and umbilicus, consistent with a urachal cyst. The document then provides background information on urachal anatomy and the spectrum of urachal remnant diseases.
