Who Was Responsible For John F Kennedy s Assassination
We have had several President throughout our lifetime some were favored while others were
questionable, but there is no deny that JFK was one of the most loved and favored presidents of the
United States. However some people despite JFK good deed hated him, and decided to end his life.
Even if they would be locked up in prison or sentenced to death they made the choice to end John F.
Kennedy life. On November 22, 1963 the youngest president died at one pm in the Dealey Plaza of
dallas. The president arrived on a private plane named air force 1 and was greeted by several U.S
citizens and press. The president and his wife were escorted down to there car that had the top down.

This is important because we are able to understand why people believed Lee Harvey Oswald was the
main suspect for the assassination of JFK. It also expands our theories and conspiracies of who else
could have been working with Lee Harvey Oswald. Everyone has their opinion on politics some are
public and others are Democrats some agree with the president we have what others don t the world
comes very conflicting when it comes to who they feel can leave their Nation. However JFK did not
have to deal with troubles of disagreements , as he was one of the most favored presidents of the
United States. It was a devastating moment in the nation when JFK died and it is strange to think that
someone could hate someone so badly that they would risk the entire nation s leadership. That is why
it is important to stay as one and to not cause Civil War it important to agree and disagree but stay on
the same side it doesn t matter if you re from to different countries or two different planets as long as

Analysis Of Sundiat An Epic Of Old Mali By D. T. Maili
The African epic Sundiata: An Epic of Old Mali, by D.T. Maili, examines the theme of destiny
through three characters: Sundiata, Nare Maghan, and Nounfari . Sundiata could not walk at seven
years old and, because of his celebrity as the king s son, the community humiliated and gossiped about
him. However, when he felt his destiny pull him to greatness he accepted without hesitation, saying,
Very well then, I am going to walk today (Maili 132). Sundiata realized it was time for him to walk
and disregarded the obstacle of his crippled legs. Sundiata was a prophesied to be a great hero, and his
confidence in the power of fate was one of one of the reasons he later reached a legendary status. His
son s disability worried Nare Maghan

Neural Computational And Neural Computation
Attempting to understand the mind and its processes can be a challenging concept to try and grasp.
Over the years there have been many different interpretations of how we understand the world around
us through information and processing in the mind and brain. Argumentatively, there are a few
approaches to neural computational and neural information processing to the mind and brain, such as
through biophysical and algorithmic neural computation. While, the transition from biophysical neural
computational processing to algorithmic neural computational processing have different processes
they are both an important aspect in understanding the process from information gathered from the
world to neural computation in the mind and brain.
The biophysical aspect of neural computation is a complicated piece that is still being researched and
uncovered today. However, at a rudimentary level information processing is where biophysical neural
computation begins. Information processing is a type of processing that occurs within the brain so that
natural information, or causal correlation, can be processed into neural summation, which eventually
leads to neural computation. When we perceive something in the world we make biophysical
connections within our brain so that we can comprehend what we see or hear in the world. During this
biophysical neural computation, information processing goes through the process of neural
summation, which is a method of signal transduction. During this

Essay on Walt Whitman
Walt Whitman
In parting with traditional poetic formalities, Walt Whitman alleviated a burden that impeded his
ability to achieve full poetic expression. To Whitman, the strict boundaries that formal meter,
structure, and rhyme imposed set limits on his stylistic freedom. This is not to say that these limits
prevented Whitman from conveying his themes. Rather, they presented a contradiction to which
Whitman refused to conform. In Whitman s eyes, to meet these formal guidelines one would also have
to sacrifice the ability to express qualities and passion of living men. Thus, Whitman contested
traditional poetic protocol because it added a layer of superficiality that concerned itself with creating
perfect rhythmical, metrical, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This meant that stanzas consisted of a predetermined amount of lines or that the poem had a
predetermined amount of stanzas. Augmenting this formal structure were predetermined rhyme
schemes (such as abab cdcd efef gg in Shakespearean sonnets). Based on the above, we can describe
traditional poetic etiquette as adhering to the suggested formal patterns predetermined by the tradition
of British poetry. Just in reaching the above conclusion, a problem arises that all poets, not just
Whitman, face when trying to conform to this style. This problem is that all of these rules are
cumbersome. It is difficult for a poet to convey the theme of a poem when he or she is concerned with
whether or not each word fits into a designated formal pattern. Yet, some would argue that this is what
makes poetry such an elegant art form. Surely, Whitman recognized the genius found in Shakespeare s
sonnets and other constitutive examples of traditional British poetry. However, whether or not
Whitman recognized the genius of great traditional British poets, is inconsequential. What did matter
was whether or not Whitman felt that this style was appropriate for him. The answer is no. Whitman
found problems not simply with the fact that clinging to the traditional style might be burdensome
(surely this would not have been an insurmountable task for Whitman), but his main issue with
traditional style concerned the ornamental effect of formal regularity:

Chapter 9 Power Politics And Glory Summary
Chapter 9 Power, Politics, and Glory was a chapter focused on art and how leaders, of different
cultures, used them to portray themselves, or their governments, in a new or better light. Some key
topics that covered the ideas of Power, Politics, and Glory were; The glory of the ruler, The power of
state, War, and Peace. The glory of the ruler is what I thought of when reading the title of this chapter
and is why I chose it. The glory of the ruler was really a focus on the art that rulers created for the
single purpose of showing how great they are. The following artistic devices are often used to glorify
a ruler s image: The idealized image... Symbols...Compositional devices. (Pg. 252) This section

Racial Tension in American Literature
Racial tension in American literature 1930 s 1960 s You know if I was a negro i d probably think the

Mississippi Burning (1988) During the 1930s 1960s America was a place of racial tension. The blacks
and white were
not equal. It was a time of black oppression an injustice. These themes are shown through the texts,
The Help by Kathryn Stockett, Mississippi Burning directed by Allan

We cannot quite comprehend the situation. Racism is birthed out of fear of the other. The
authors/directors convey that blacks fear whites because they want to stay alive and keep their
families. They are afraid of their houses being burnt down (Mississippi Burning), getting hung (To
Kill A Mocking Bird), and being acused of crimes that were not committed (The Help). There is a
powerful scene in Mississippi Burning when a black man is questioned by an FBI agent about the
murder of some young boys committed by the Ku Klux Klan. Fear is shown through his body
language as he does not make direct eye contact and appears to sound quite nervous. In the dialogue
he repeats please sir i have nothing to say. This captures that he is afraid of speaking against the white
men incase his house is burnt and his children witness his murder. Within the texts, the white man
fears the black because he is scared of losing control and superiority. They justify they are right by
saying the blacks have diseases and are a sub specie. In The Help Miss Hilly truly buys into the lie. Its
plain dangerous they carry different diseases, i ll do whatever it takes to protect our children. Similarly
in Mississippi Burning a married couple when interviewed state thats niggars do not have the same
genetic makeup as a white man. They imply that black people are not human and are to be feared.

recent years. This paper shows Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in Hybrid electrical vehicle is
proposed by an interface of boost converter, interleaved converter and inverter as an integrated circuit.
An inverter/converter circuit is designed in such a way so as to operate or control the HEV during
different modes of operation. The integrated circuit in HEV will operate as a boost converter or
interleaved converter depending on the load condition. The proposed integrated circuit will reduce the
current ripple and voltage ripple hence it will leads to reduction in switching, conduction losses, and
thermal stress on the motor. The effectiveness of proposed integrated circuit is simulated in MATLAB/
Simulink. The simulation shows that the integrated circuit have a high efficiency and can be used at
high power application. Keywords boost converter; interleaved converter; ripple I. INTRODUCTION

The Future of Freedom
History
The Future of Freedom
In his book, The Future of Freedom, Fareed Zakaria writes that we must make democracy safe for the
world. The American democracy sets the standard around the world for liberal democracies, but
transitions across for other countries across the world toward a liberal democracy is often difficult and
with poor decision making, close to impossible. Liberal democracies are the systems in which people
choose their government and live in an environment of freedom. In Zakaria s book, he warns the
readers of several telltale signs that their process toward a liberal democracy is in trouble. He uses
examples of different countries doing it right and doing it wrong the ones discussed in ... Show more

Zakaria writes, They know that to introduce capitalism into China requires much more than economic
changes, so they have allowed significant reforms of the administrative and legal systems as well (81).
Although Zakaria argues that China must reform its political system, he says a quick transition to a
liberal democracy can lead to chaos, because of the large size of the country and the small size of its
middle class. Other reasons, and probably more realistic reasons for China s slow progression towards
a democratic state is that the leaders want to clasp to its stronghold on the political system.
Can democracy work in China? Zakaria feels it cannot be ignored the progress the Chinese economy
has had under its state as a free economy. But the problem continues to be the political progress of this
country. China still only has a small middle class, which is detrimental towards a functioning liberal
democracy. During the 1980s, there were pushes for political reform from members of the political
scene as well as from the public but all that came to a halt during the massacre in Tiananmen Square
when soldiers stomped out the early fires of democracy (Zakaria,83). But in 1992, China s leader,
Deng Xiaoping, gave his blessing for open economic markets (Zakaria, 83). That leads us to the
present time.

results from both surveys mainly put me in the category being able to help people and or help

clusters were health science and education and training.I do agree with the fact that I would do well in
health science as it is one of my major goals to get some sort of doctorate degree. However I don´t

Early Italian Renaissance Art Essay
The artistic theme in which an artist depicts the Virgin Mary with Jesus Christ as a child is known as
the Madonna and Child . This depiction has its roots in Early Christian art due to the iconic roles that
Christ and Mary play in the Christian religion (Dunkerton 37). The Madonna and Child has had a
place in many of the early periods and traditions of art. Religious themes were able to command such
a strong presence in the history of art due to their role as devotional aides in churches and other
religious buildings (Dunkerton 27). Religious art was well maintained by religious orders and
churches, and many patrons throughout early history were tied to the Catholic Church. In the 1400s,
religious artwork continued to play a prominent ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The four saints that surround her are Saint Bernardino, Saint Mark, Saint Louis of Toulouse, and Saint
Jerome (National Gallery of Ireland: Essential Guide). The depiction of these particular saints allows
one to grasp an understanding of who might have commissioned the work. Patrons played a
significant role in the outcome of a particular piece, and often had certain things included or excluded
based on preference. In this case, the fact that two of the saints are of the Franciscan order suggests
that it may have been painted for this particular religious order (National Gallery of Ireland: Essential
Guide). Furthermore, the presence of the saints around the Virgin Mary in a relatively informal
manner is known as sacra conversazione, which was a relatively popular image in the 15th century
(Brenner, Robyn, and Debra 7). Machiavelli utilized tempera, a medium for painting that was common
up until the 1500s when it was replaced by oil paint (Dunkerton 192). Wood was used as the surface
for painting and this was also a common feature of the time (Dunkerton 152). In general, the piece
exhibits features that were common during the renaissance, but also possesses many medieval or
gothic characteristics. For example, the depiction of Mary as unnaturally large in relation to the other
saints, deviates from naturalism, but signifies her importance in regard to those

Narcissism Among Teenagers s Song Of Narcissism
NARCISSISM AMONG TEENAGERS SHOFIAAMALIA RAHMA NATURE S SONG OF
NARCISSISM
In this 21 century as the technology and internet have developed time by time, many things are
happening. People are now can share any of their thoughts and idea on social media without filter. One
phenomenon that is popular nowadays is narcissism among teenagers. They express their narcissistic
through social media. It can take the simplest form as a status on Facebook or a photo, but also the
weirdest thing as obsession over followers on Instagram which we are going to see further about it.
As far as I know, there is a myth in Greek about something that I want to talk about in this essay that
is narcissism. It began when a prominent figure named Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection
on the water and then he got curse. He fell in to the water and turned into a flower that people named
after him, Narcissus. This story symbolizes over selfishness for love to himself that now happens to
many people around the world. After so many years the word Narcissus has been adopted into the
term that today we all know Narcissism .
Some psychiatrists define narcissism as mental disorder. There are a lot of books that talk about that,
for the example is On Narcissism: An Introduction written by Sigmund Freud on 1914. For me
narcissism is not a mental disorder, because we all have the narcissistic in ourselves as human nature.
Perhaps we just do not know how to express it wisely in a

The Legendary Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe s legend remains as the ultimate blonde bombshell and as one of the most
recognizable faces ever to grace the silver screen. Born June 1, 1926 she was baptized Norma Jean
Baker. Her turbulent youth was due to an absentee father and a mentally unstable mother. By 1933 she
went to live with her mother s best friend, Grace McKee, and she was the first to give Norma Jean the
idea of becoming a movie star.
Despite her new found love of cinema and hollywood celebrities, her childhood continued to be
chaotic. After 1935 she moved through a number of foster homes, and she was even sexually abused.
At the end of 1942 Norma Jean married her first husband James Dougherty While he was overseas
fighting in World War II, Norma Jean got a factory job. Soon after a photograph of her at work
appeared in a military magazine and she began her modeling career.
She became a sought after model and her success caught the attention of an executive at 20th Century
Fox. He helped make Norma Jean a star by altering her appearance and changing her name to prepare
her for Hollywood. Marilyn Monroe was chosen as her name because of her resemblance to Broadway
actress Marilyn Miller and because Monroe had been her mother s maiden name.
Her acting career started with small roles. One of her first appearances was as a brunette in the Marx
Brothers film Love Happy. Her first substantial roles came in 1950 with The Asphalt Jungle and All
about Eve. Those films both casted her as a dimwitted

Application Of An Information System
An Information System (IS) is commonly known as a system composed of people and computers
whose main purpose is to processes or interprets information. In this context, information system
development methodologies (ISDMs) are used to organize the IS development process (Zaied et
al.2003). In the last decades, various well known ISDMs have been established in literatures. For
instance, Agile Methodology, Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology(SSADM), Soft
Systems Methodology(SSM), User centered Development Methodology, ETHICS Methodology,
Jackson Systems Development(JSD) and etc. With these high level concepts of methodology for
information system in mind, the rest of this research is focused on selecting a suitable development
approach for the project, and identify the features and current thinking on the selected methodology.
A software development methodology is a structure imposed on the development of a software
product. It is used to structure, plan and control the process of developing an information system
including procedures, techniques, tools and documentation aids. A wide variety of methodologies have
evolved over the years, majority aggress that all these methodologies are distinguished into two
categories Heavyweight or Lightweight. Heavyweight methodologies are also known as traditional
methodologies which approach system development with standard, well defined processes such as
Waterfall, Spiral and Unified Process. Lightweight methodologies

Sonnet 64 of Spencer s Amoretti Essay
Sonnet 64 of Spencer s Amoretti
Poets, in general, are fond of symbolism and figures of speech. Instead of wallowing in the concrete
and the obvious, it has always been the purpose of the poet to give ... to aery nothing a local habitation
and a name. The writers of love poetry are especially fond of imagery, metaphors, and similar devices,
comparing their loved ones to such and such an animal or cosmic event.
It is therefore of no surprise that 16th century sonnets employ many figures of speech when
elaborating on the finer points of the subject. Spenser, throughout his masterful Amoretti, is especially

Of interest is the similarities between the source material The Song of Solomon and the beginning of
the list of scents.
... how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!
Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb:... begins the Song of Solomon, Chapter 4, verse 10. In
Sonnet 64, as shown above, Sydney begins with a comment on overall scent, then also begins a
description of the woman s many odours, beginning with the lips.
From there, her other parts follow:
Her cheeks smell like roses, her brow like bellflowers.
Her eyes are reminiscent of pincks, her bosom of strawberries.
Her neck, the scent of cullambynes, her breasts, of lilies.
And finally, her nipples remind Spenser of jasmine.
This is all fine symbolism, and draws forth the image of a vibrant, fruitful woman, healthy and vital.
As a creature of scent, of odours, she becomes ephemeral; with the link back to the bible, which the
receiver would have surely been aware of, she also attains a certain spiritual state, raised above the
level of mere mortals.
Furthermore, their is a seductive undertone to the sonnet, drawing from both the erotically charged
Song of Solomon and the essentially sexual image

the workmen running away and trying to hang himself when he was not guilty. Why would he run and
hang himself had he not committed the crime? Similarly, why does Raskolnikov faint when he hears
the police discussing the murder at the police station, and why does Raskolnikov become so agitated
and argumentative when he hears the murder discussed? But Razumikhin dismisses the fainting of
Raskolnikov because Raskolnikov had a fever and the police station smelled of oil paint. While
Razumikhin is correct that how you use the facts is just as important as what the facts are, given the
facts that the police and the public have, there is just as much evidence for one suspect as the next.
Razumikhin himself admits Evidence of this kind one founded purely on a simple psychological
impossibility, on a simple state of mind as being irrefutable and having the effect of demolishing all
the incriminating and circumstantial evidence, whatever it may be. No, it is not (171) Each element of
the story and each psychological insight is just as tainted and twisted as the next. Ultimately the
known facts, evidence, and psychological motives leave the police and people of St. Petersburg with
more questions than answers. While Razumikhin believes it is about how you use the facts, one must

Irons In A Golf Club
Golf clubs are sold in sets and individually. For beginning players, the set of clubs provides a good
selection of what is needed to start in a package that is normally priced nicely. Before choosing a set
of golf clubs honestly assess your playing interest in the game. You may want to start out with a lower
priced set until you determine if you like the game enough to play often. All golf manufacturers offer
golf club sets. The typical set of golf clubs consists of one or two woods, a driver, 4 irons a putter and
a sand wedge or pitching wedge. The most used irons are the 3, 5, 7 and 9 irons. Most beginning
players won t notice much difference between the others.
Clubs are made with different materials for the shafts. The material determines how the club will react
and how much flexibility there is in the club. Graphite shafts are lightweight and can help add speed to
the swing. They have a softer flex and are a good choice for junior players as well as women. Steel
shafts are stiff ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A new golfer need not be concerned with cutting edge technology when it comes to clubs. Instead,
focus on the basics. Set a budget before heading to the golf store so that you don t go beyond what you
wanted to spend. When buying golf clubs always buy the best set of clubs that fit your budget. It is
typically better to purchase a smaller set of better made golf clubs than to buy a large set of cheaper
models. Remember that a good set of golf clubs will last a lifetime. You can always add more clubs to

The Treatment Of Pulmonary Hypertension
Treatments in Pulmonary Hypertension
Brooke Throckmorton
Kettering College
Abstract This paper discusses some of the different medications used in the treatment of pulmonary
hypertension. There are six different articles being used for each the medications, and other basic
information pertaining to pulmonary hypertension. The articles discuss studies performed on the drugs
to demonstrate their effectiveness on pulmonary hypertension. The articles exhibit important
information about how the therapeutic effects of the drugs have different levels of success in varying
patients. A few of the most common medications used in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension
being discussed in this review are: Vasodilators, High Dose ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Therefore, the pressure of the blood in the vessels is higher, causing pulmonary hypertension. If blood
cannot filter through the lungs properly, it does not get completely oxygenated. Poorly oxygenated
blood can cause many other issues to the body, so it is important to properly treat pulmonary
hypertension. Many different medications are used in treatment of pulmonary hypertension including:
Vasodilators, Endothelin Receptor Antagonists, Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Prostacyclins, Calcium Channel
Blockers, Anticoagulants, Diuretics, and Oxygen. Due to the fact that the underlying cause of
pulmonary hypertension is unknown, there are many studies on the disease and the drugs used to treat
it (Voelkel, Bogaard, Gomez Arroyo, 2015). This review will discuss the different types of
medications used to treat pulmonary hypertension. Some of the medications are found to be more
effective than others based on the results of many studies that have been performed on animals and
humans. The goal of this review is to successfully compare and contrast these different drugs based off
of the studies performed on them.
Method
For this review, the Kettering College library online database was used to find peer reviewed articles
as references. Beginning on February 22, 2015, the search treatment of pulmonary hypertension was
used to narrow the results for the study. To shorten the results further, the year limit was set from 2005

Pericles Funeral Oration Speech
When thinking of Athens, it is quite possible that the first thing you think of is something along the
lines of them having great success and an ideal lifestyle. Athens stereotype is that it was the most
amazing place to live because of their successfulness in democracy and war.
This speech is called Pericles Funeral Oration by Thucydides, and it was delivered by Pericles, an
Athenian politician, at a funeral for the war dead after the first year of the Peloponnesian War. In this
speech, Pericles basically boasts to the family and friends of these deceased warriors about how
amazing Athens is and how important the warriors were to them. He begins by saying that their
constitution does not copy the laws of neighboring states to set them apart from any and every other
place that may be deemed as competition to Athens. One thing that he appears to be very proud of is
Athens way of handling their democracy. It was not a common idea that every person was able to
participate in the city s politics, so Pericles makes sure to say that it favours the many instead of the
few when speaking of Athens democracy. Their democracy is described to be an incredible system in
which each and every citizen of Athens gets a chance to participate regardless of their social ranking
or any other thing that may affect their relevance to society. Pericles says that if a man is able to serve
the state, he is not hindered by the obscurity of his conditions rather that be low social standing

Importance Of Children In Booster Seat
Should children sit in booster seats?
Do you have a family member, or even yourself that has used a booster seat? Booster seats have been
a cushion placed on a seat for a small child to sit on in a car. But come on, let s face it talking about
what a booster seat is isn t the main objective. We have all seen car wrecks time and time again,
especially the ones that destroy you on the inside, even though it wasn t or had anything to do with
you. What I m trying to get at is, imagine there being a child in that wreck. The first question would be
were they in a car seat properly or even in a booster seat? Just for argument let s say the child was in a
booster seat. Now i m going to ask the second most obvious question should children be in booster ...

What steps would you take? Now think about this anywhere from 72% to 84% of child restraints show
misuses. The most common forms of misuse are using the wrong seat for the child s age and weight,
wrong or loose safety belt attachment to the car seat and harness straps on the child. This is terrifying
because a statistic says 96% of parents believe their child safety seats are installed correctly. Taking
this information approximately 20% 30% of child restraints don t show misuses. The proper steps
would be making sure your children are properly buckled up in a car seat, booster seat, or seat belt,
whichever is appropriate for their age, height and weight. For the best protection, infants and children
should be buckled in a rear facing car seat, in the back seat, until age 2 or when they reach the upper
weight or height limits of their particular seat When children outgrow their rear facing seats they
should be buckled in a forward facing car seat, in the back seat, until at least age 5 or when they reach
the upper weight or height limit of their particular seat. Once children outgrow their forward facing
seat, they should be buckled in a belt positioning booster seat until seat belts fit properly. Seat belts fit
properly when the lap belt lies across the upper thighs and the shoulder belt lays across the chest.
Once a seat belt fits properly without a booster seat: For the best possible protection keep children
properly buckled in the back seat. Seat Children in the Backseat buckle all children aged 12 and under
in the back seat. Don t seat children in front of an airbag, airbags can kill young children riding in the
front seat. Never place a rear facing car seat in front of an air bag. Seat children in the Middle of the
back seat buckle children in the middle of the back seat when possible, because it is the safest spot in
the vehicle. Use proper restraints every trip buckles

Alcoholism in Tennessee Williams A Streetcar Named Desire
Alcoholism s in A Streetcar Named Desire There is a great deal of alcoholism in the play. Blanche
DuBois drinks often and drinks in excess. Alcohol abuse further distinguishes Blanche s character
because in the 1940s, it was atypical for women to drink so much, and even more rare for women to
be so publically alcoholic as Blanche. Those behaviors were stereotypically reserved for women.
Blanche is very much aware of her problems and her social isolation. She uses her alcoholism as a
way to escape from facing herself directly as well as to escape from other aspects of her reality that
she perceives too difficult to bear or change.
One of the memorable lines from the play of Blanche s is: Whoever you are, I ve always depended on
the kindness of strangers. Blanche could be using the world kindness in an ironic way; from the kind
of treatment Blanche desires and receives, it is likely that she has been treated the same and worse
from other men (and women). Another take on the word kindness in that famous line is that perhaps
she must really depend on strangers to be kind because her friends and family do not show her
kindness. Blanche drinks because of how pessimistically she perceives herself and perceives her life.
She fears and wishes to forget her past, so she drinks in the present, but drinks to the point where she
extinguishes any chance for her future.

Introduction of Indirect Taxing on Energy Drinks in France
This article discusses how France introduced an indirect tax on energy drinks at €1 per liter. The tax
was imposed to tackle alcohol consumption among France s young population and energy drinks
consumption due to its high levels of caffeine and sugar.
A form of government intervention, an indirect tax, a tax placed on consumption that is considered
indirect since households only pay then when they buy a good, affects the energy drinks market
outcomes.
Pertaining to the diagram above, previous to government intervention, the energy drinks market was
allocated purely by the forces of demand and supply1 with market equilibrium at PE (original price)
and QE (original quantity). After a tax of €1 per liter was imposed, the equilibrium quantity of energy
drinks produced and consumed decreased to Qtax, as the supply curve shifted upwards to Stax .
Furthermore, the price paid by consumers increased to Pc from PE and price received by the energy
drinks companies decreased to Pp from PE. In addition, consumer expenditure on energy drinks
decreased as well. Due to indirect tax, this changed from (d+e+f+g+h) to (b+d+f+g) since consumers
are purchasing less of the good as the price increased. The company s revenue also decreased
significantly from (d+e+f+g+h) to (f+g), as the quantity of output decreased. However, the
government received tax revenue of (b+d), increasing its budget. Indirect tax on energy drinks
ultimately results in underallocation of resources. Too little of

Video Games Vs. Wii
Video Games have been around since the 1950 s meant to entertain people, and to bring them into a
fantasy world they have never been to before. However, they haven t become popular until around the
1970 s and 1980 s introducing arcade games in corner stores, console games like Nintendo, and
computer games. The very first console introduced was the ATARI in 1977 which was about every
child s first console they ever played, and was around until the 1990 s. Due to the popularity over
video games being around for over 30 years they have become a part of modern society. Today s most
popular consoles are the Wii U, Xbox One, and the PlayStation 4.
Video Games have come a long way since their debut having such a big impact on gamers that not
only they can play these different types of games, they are talked about, read about, fantasized about,
cheated at, altered, and become models for everyday life and for the formation of subjectively and
intersubjectivity (Annetta 230). The majority of the population of people who play video games are
mostly children and teens falling between the ages of 10 19 and even adults as well. It s amazing how
a wide range of age groups play video games and not just children. Unfortunately, today in American
society, people think that video games are triggered for violence and aggressive behavior, and they
don t focus on the positive benefits video games have to offer. This may be because some games have

The Division and Separation of Power
The Division and Separation of power are essential to keep our societies rulers to have a restriction on
their powers. The importance of each on the Australian domestic law especially in relation to the rule
of law, and protecting individual rights, and the legal system. The difference between the division and
separation of powers is small. The Division of power is one of the most important aspects of the
Constitution. This role is dividing power between the state and Commonwealth parliaments. This
division is separated into three powers, Residual, Concurrent, and Exclusive. Residual powers are
those powers that the states have in areas such as, health, transport and policing, concurrent powers
are those shared between the commonwealth government and state governments. Areas such as
Medicare funding .The Exclusive powers are those powers granted only to the Commonwealth of
Australia parliament. . Example in the Commonwealth of Australia Vs. The state of Tasmania (1983)
the commonwealth blocked the state from constructing a hydroelectric dam in the world heritage
listed Gordon river. The state claimed it was unconstitutional for the commonwealth to block the dam
because power generation was an area of state responsibility. The commonwealth then argued that it
did have power to block construction because Australia was signatory to the convention for the
protection of the world cultural and natural heritage (1972) it argued that because this international
agreement stipulated

Lessons learnt by founders from first success If they give something to people which helps them in
day to day life they will buy it Even though there were 50 companies in India selling mobile phones
which is dominated by more than 60 percent share from Nokia there were still features, niches and
categories that could be carved out by the new entrants They realised that competing on price alone
with Big 3 players (Nokia, Samsung and LG) was not going to help They wanted to create their own
new unexplored categories They also realised that fierce competition among mobile operators for
subscribers would lead to multiple connections per user hence came the dual SIM phone which
became their second killer category (mentioned above)
Strategy to sustain in long term The team were thinking well ahead of time and did not want to be
tagged as One time Wonder company so they deployed a smart distribution sales strategy.
They were very careful in their product strategy, though Micromax where at the lower end of the

Celiac Disease And Celiacs Disease
Celiacs disease (gluten sensitive enteropathy) is a condition where in some people, gluten cannot be
digested and causes an immune response. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, oats, and rye. In
some people who take in and ingest gluten, an enzyme named transglutaminase transforms the gluten
into a chemical that triggers an immune reaction, causing irritation and inflammation of the lining of
the small intestine (Wedro, 2016). The microvilli that make up the inside surface of the intestine are
destroyed, causing nutirents to pass without being, like our body needs from our diet. This can cause
damage to other organs in the body due to malabsorption. (Wedro, 2016) Organs that depends the
most on nutrients to function properly consist of the liver, bones and the brain. This is crucial
especially in children because malnutrition can lead to abnormal growth and development. (Wedro,
2016) Celiacs disease can also be known by Coeliac Disease. Roughly 8,000 years after its first
appearence, celiacs disease was identified and named. A Greek physician named Aretaeus of
Cappadocia who lived in the first century AD, wrote about The Coeliac Affection. Also, he called it
koiliakos after the Greek word koelia meaning abdomen. (Guandalini, 2007) Another 17 centuries
passed, and in the early 19th century Dr. Mathew Baillie, presumably unaware of Aretaeus, published
his observations on a chronic diarrheal disorder regarding adults, causing malnutrition and

Bulimia External Factors
There are many different types of eating disorders, like anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. Bulimia is
a life threatening cycle of binge eating and then self induced purging, vomiting or taking laxatives, to

factors play a role in the development of these disorders. Bulimia is a potentially life threatening

Homeland Security And Border Security
The concept of border security in the U.S. shares a complex and ever changing relationship with
global economics, international crime, and terrorism. In this context border security includes the
protection of not only land borders, but also sea and air ports of entry. The relationship between
federal, state and local authorities makes for a unique operation that must be ever changing and
evolving to meet new and different threats. This massive undertaking falls directly under the
Department of Homeland Security. Their mission calls on the agency to prevent the illegal flow of
people and goods across U.S. air, land, and sea borders while expediting the safe flow of lawful travel
and commerce; ensure security and resilience of global movement ... Show more content on

Clearly there have been no successful airline hijackings that resulted like 9/11 and that being the new
standard of achievement we are doing quite well. What we must focus on is the prevention of
something larger and possibly even more difficult, several coordinated small scale attacks.
Unfortunately there is no one size fits all plan that will work for land, sea and air borders. Each, as
outlined previously, pose unique and difficult challenges. One of the most pressing issues to border
security is illegal immigration. Not only is it a drain on the economy through entitlement programs but
is a security concern because we just don t know who is coming across the border. As a country one
solution is to cut off the incentive to illegally enter the country. Just the fact that you are very unlikely
to be caught much less deported for entering illegally is reason enough to sneak across the border.
Throw in the free medical, food stamps, housing assistance, and education along with the Holy Grail
of potential amnesty leading to citizenship and it only makes sense that someone struggling in Latin
American would do anything to get in. What we must work on is a working system for legal
immigration not the system of limited work visas, exile requests and family reunification requests that
we are working with now. We can also work with our neighbor to the south Mexico to continue to
stem the flow of narcotics as well as working

Analysis Of Sex Pistols Anarchism, Freedom, And Power
During the 1970s, anarchy engulfed the minds of British youth because they felt that authority was
denying their freedom with excessive rules and regulations. William O. Reichert the author of
Anarchism, Freedom, and Power argues Anarchist insists that the idea of human liberty, while it
cannot be made an absolute, must be maintained as the highest of all human values. Freedom, that is
to say is the essential characteristic of a fully developed humanity...Nevertheless it must not be lost
sight of as the guiding star of all social science, for to be human is to be free. This quote illustrates that
experiencing life in total freedom is the philosophy that grounded anarchism and influenced the

Despite the basic choices in design, the magazines effectively were able to communicate the message
of anarchy to British youth. However, a year later, in 1977, punk bands started to incorporate more
successful design elements. For example, [fanzines] compiled photographs of desolate and graffitied
London landscapes that reflected punk s dystopian vision of No Future ...the graphic design of punk
zines soon advanced to incorporate collage, montage, illustration and a wider colour palette that
contrasted with the simply typed or handwritten black and white aesthetic of most earlier examples.
This stark change in the punk aesthetic is seen London s Outrage, no. 2, 1977, title page and p. 3 (See

building, a young teenager, and the typeset headline that says London s Outrage. The typography of
this layout is quite notable and exudes chaos. For example, the L and the O are cut off by the edge of
the paper. Additionally, the word London is set on a diagonal path which is crooked that leads the

Who Was Responsible For John F Kennedy s Assassination We have had several President throughout our lifetime some were favored while others were questionable, but there is no deny that JFK was one of the most loved and favored presidents of the United States. However some people despite JFK good deed hated him, and decided to end his life. Even if they would be locked up in prison or sentenced to death they made the choice to end John F. Kennedy life. On November 22, 1963 the youngest president died at one pm in the Dealey Plaza of dallas. The president arrived on a private plane named air force 1 and was greeted by several U.S citizens and press. The president and his wife were escorted down to there car that had the top down. They drove around town as there was several people visiting the president and greeting him. It wasn t until they ... It also expands our theories and conspiracies of who else could have been working with Lee Harvey Oswald. Everyone has their opinion on politics some are public and others are Democrats some agree with the president we have what others don t the world comes very conflicting when it comes to who they feel can leave their Nation. However JFK did not have to deal with troubles of disagreements , as he was one of the most favored presidents of the United States. It was a devastating moment in the nation when JFK died and it is strange to think that someone could hate someone so badly that they would risk the entire nation s leadership. • 4. Neural Computational And Neural Computation Attempting to understand the mind and its processes can be a challenging concept to try and grasp. Over the years there have been many different interpretations of how we understand the world around us through information and processing in the mind and brain. Argumentatively, there are a few approaches to neural computational and neural information processing to the mind and brain, such as through biophysical and algorithmic neural computation. While, the transition from biophysical neural computational processing to algorithmic neural computational processing have different processes they are both an important aspect in understanding the process from information gathered from the world to neural computation in the mind and brain. The biophysical aspect of neural computation is a complicated piece that is still being researched and uncovered today. However, at a rudimentary level information processing is where biophysical neural computation begins. Information processing is a type of processing that occurs within the brain so that natural information, or causal correlation, can be processed into neural summation, which eventually leads to neural computation. When we perceive something in the world we make biophysical connections within our brain so that we can comprehend what we see or hear in the world. During this biophysical neural computation, information processing goes through the process of neural summation, which is a method of signal transduction. During this ... • 5. Essay on Walt Whitman Walt Whitman In parting with traditional poetic formalities, Walt Whitman alleviated a burden that impeded his ability to achieve full poetic expression. To Whitman, the strict boundaries that formal meter, structure, and rhyme imposed set limits on his stylistic freedom. This is not to say that these limits prevented Whitman from conveying his themes. Rather, they presented a contradiction to which Whitman refused to conform. In Whitman s eyes, to meet these formal guidelines one would also have to sacrifice the ability to express qualities and passion of living men. Thus, Whitman contested traditional poetic protocol because it added a layer of superficiality that concerned itself with creating perfect rhythmical, metrical, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This meant that stanzas consisted of a predetermined amount of lines or that the poem had a predetermined amount of stanzas. Augmenting this formal structure were predetermined rhyme schemes (such as abab cdcd efef gg in Shakespearean sonnets). Based on the above, we can describe traditional poetic etiquette as adhering to the suggested formal patterns predetermined by the tradition of British poetry. Just in reaching the above conclusion, a problem arises that all poets, not just Whitman, face when trying to conform to this style. This problem is that all of these rules are cumbersome. It is difficult for a poet to convey the theme of a poem when he or she is concerned with whether or not each word fits into a designated formal pattern. Yet, some would argue that this is what makes poetry such an elegant art form. Surely, Whitman recognized the genius found in Shakespeare s sonnets and other constitutive examples of traditional British poetry. However, whether or not Whitman recognized the genius of great traditional British poets, is inconsequential. What did matter was whether or not Whitman felt that this style was appropriate for him. The answer is no. Whitman found problems not simply with the fact that clinging to the traditional style might be burdensome (surely this would not have been an insurmountable task for Whitman), but his main issue with traditional style concerned the ornamental effect of formal regularity: In ... Some key topics that covered the ideas of Power, Politics, and Glory were; The glory of the ruler, The power of state, War, and Peace. Racial Tension in American Literature Racial tension in American literature 1930 s 1960 s You know if I was a negro i d probably think the same way they do Anderson If you were a negro nobody would give a dam what you thought Ward Mississippi Burning (1988) During the 1930s 1960s America was a place of racial tension. The blacks and white were not equal. It was a time of black oppression an injustice. These themes are shown through the texts, The Help by Kathryn Stockett, Mississippi Burning directed by Allan Parker, To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee and Caged Bird by Maya Angelon. These texts depict a society of white supremacy, injustice, opression and fear of the other. White supremacy is depicted throughout the texts with whites having ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... We cannot quite comprehend the situation. Racism is birthed out of fear of the other. The authors/directors convey that blacks fear whites because they want to stay alive and keep their families. They are afraid of their houses being burnt down (Mississippi Burning), getting hung (To Kill A Mocking Bird), and being acused of crimes that were not committed (The Help). There is a powerful scene in Mississippi Burning when a black man is questioned by an FBI agent about the murder of some young boys committed by the Ku Klux Klan. Fear is shown through his body language as he does not make direct eye contact and appears to sound quite nervous. In the dialogue he repeats please sir i have nothing to say. This captures that he is afraid of speaking against the white men incase his house is burnt and his children witness his murder. Within the texts, the white man fears the black because he is scared of losing control and superiority. They justify they are right by saying the blacks have diseases and are a sub specie. In The Help Miss Hilly truly buys into the lie. Its plain dangerous they carry different diseases, i ll do whatever it takes to protect our children. Similarly in Mississippi Burning a married couple when interviewed state thats niggars do not have the same genetic makeup as a white man. They imply that black people are not human and are to be feared. Racist comments and judgements are still made today because we ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This paper shows Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in Hybrid electrical vehicle is proposed by an interface of boost converter, interleaved converter and inverter as an integrated circuit. An inverter/converter circuit is designed in such a way so as to operate or control the HEV during different modes of operation. The integrated circuit in HEV will operate as a boost converter or interleaved converter depending on the load condition. The proposed integrated circuit will reduce the current ripple and voltage ripple hence it will leads to reduction in switching, conduction losses, and thermal stress on the motor. The effectiveness of proposed integrated circuit is simulated in MATLAB/ Simulink. The simulation shows that the integrated circuit have a high efficiency and can be used at high power application. The American democracy sets the standard around the world for liberal democracies, but transitions across for other countries across the world toward a liberal democracy is often difficult and with poor decision making, close to impossible. Liberal democracies are the systems in which people choose their government and live in an environment of freedom. In Zakaria s book, he warns the readers of several telltale signs that their process toward a liberal democracy is in trouble. He uses examples of different countries doing it right and doing it wrong the ones discussed in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Zakaria writes, They know that to introduce capitalism into China requires much more than economic changes, so they have allowed significant reforms of the administrative and legal systems as well (81). Although Zakaria argues that China must reform its political system, he says a quick transition to a liberal democracy can lead to chaos, because of the large size of the country and the small size of its middle class. Other reasons, and probably more realistic reasons for China s slow progression towards a democratic state is that the leaders want to clasp to its stronghold on the political system. Can democracy work in China? Zakaria feels it cannot be ignored the progress the Chinese economy has had under its state as a free economy. But the problem continues to be the political progress of this country. China still only has a small middle class, which is detrimental towards a functioning liberal democracy. During the 1980s, there were pushes for political reform from members of the political scene as well as from the public but all that came to a halt during the massacre in Tiananmen Square when soldiers stomped out the early fires of democracy (Zakaria,83). But in 1992, China s leader, Deng Xiaoping, gave his blessing for open economic markets (Zakaria, 83). That leads us to the present time. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This depiction has its roots in Early Christian art due to the iconic roles that Christ and Mary play in the Christian religion (Dunkerton 37). The Madonna and Child has had a place in many of the early periods and traditions of art. Religious themes were able to command such a strong presence in the history of art due to their role as devotional aides in churches and other religious buildings (Dunkerton 27). People are now can share any of their thoughts and idea on social media without filter. One phenomenon that is popular nowadays is narcissism among teenagers. They express their narcissistic through social media. It can take the simplest form as a status on Facebook or a photo, but also the weirdest thing as obsession over followers on Instagram which we are going to see further about it. As far as I know, there is a myth in Greek about something that I want to talk about in this essay that is narcissism. It began when a prominent figure named Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection on the water and then he got curse. He fell in to the water and turned into a flower that people named after him, Narcissus. This story symbolizes over selfishness for love to himself that now happens to many people around the world. After so many years the word Narcissus has been adopted into the term that today we all know Narcissism . Some psychiatrists define narcissism as mental disorder. There are a lot of books that talk about that, for the example is On Narcissism: An Introduction written by Sigmund Freud on 1914. Blanche DuBois drinks often and drinks in excess. Alcohol abuse further distinguishes Blanche s character because in the 1940s, it was atypical for women to drink so much, and even more rare for women to be so publically alcoholic as Blanche. Those behaviors were stereotypically reserved for women. Blanche is very much aware of her problems and her social isolation. She uses her alcoholism as a way to escape from facing herself directly as well as to escape from other aspects of her reality that she perceives too difficult to bear or change. One of the memorable lines from the play of Blanche s is: Whoever you are, I ve always depended on the kindness of strangers. • 29. Introduction of Indirect Taxing on Energy Drinks in France This article discusses how France introduced an indirect tax on energy drinks at €1 per liter. The tax was imposed to tackle alcohol consumption among France s young population and energy drinks consumption due to its high levels of caffeine and sugar. A form of government intervention, an indirect tax, a tax placed on consumption that is considered indirect since households only pay then when they buy a good, affects the energy drinks market outcomes. Pertaining to the diagram above, previous to government intervention, the energy drinks market was allocated purely by the forces of demand and supply1 with market equilibrium at PE (original price) and QE (original quantity). After a tax of €1 per liter was imposed, the equilibrium quantity of energy drinks produced and consumed decreased to Qtax, as the supply curve shifted upwards to Stax . Furthermore, the price paid by consumers increased to Pc from PE and price received by the energy drinks companies decreased to Pp from PE. In addition, consumer expenditure on energy drinks decreased as well. Due to indirect tax, this changed from (d+e+f+g+h) to (b+d+f+g) since consumers are purchasing less of the good as the price increased. The company s revenue also decreased significantly from (d+e+f+g+h) to (f+g), as the quantity of output decreased. However, the government received tax revenue of (b+d), increasing its budget. It s amazing how a wide range of age groups play video games and not just children. Unfortunately, today in American society, people think that video games are triggered for violence and aggressive behavior, and they don t focus on the positive benefits video games have to offer. This may be because some games have weapons are present, especially in M rated ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The importance of each on the Australian domestic law especially in relation to the rule of law, and protecting individual rights, and the legal system. The difference between the division and separation of powers is small. The Division of power is one of the most important aspects of the Constitution. This role is dividing power between the state and Commonwealth parliaments. This division is separated into three powers, Residual, Concurrent, and Exclusive. Residual powers are those powers that the states have in areas such as, health, transport and policing, concurrent powers are those shared between the commonwealth government and state governments. Areas such as Medicare funding .The Exclusive powers are those powers granted only to the Commonwealth of Australia parliament. . Example in the Commonwealth of Australia Vs. The state of Tasmania (1983) the commonwealth blocked the state from constructing a hydroelectric dam in the world heritage listed Gordon river. The state claimed it was unconstitutional for the commonwealth to block the dam because power generation was an area of state responsibility. The commonwealth then argued that it did have power to block construction because Australia was signatory to the convention for the protection of the world cultural and natural heritage (1972) it argued that because this international agreement stipulated ... • 33. Celiac Disease And Celiacs Disease Celiacs disease (gluten sensitive enteropathy) is a condition where in some people, gluten cannot be digested and causes an immune response. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, oats, and rye. In some people who take in and ingest gluten, an enzyme named transglutaminase transforms the gluten into a chemical that triggers an immune reaction, causing irritation and inflammation of the lining of the small intestine (Wedro, 2016). The microvilli that make up the inside surface of the intestine are destroyed, causing nutirents to pass without being, like our body needs from our diet. This can cause damage to other organs in the body due to malabsorption. (Wedro, 2016) Organs that depends the most on nutrients to function properly consist of the liver, bones and the brain. This is crucial especially in children because malnutrition can lead to abnormal growth and development. (Wedro, 2016) Celiacs disease can also be known by Coeliac Disease. Roughly 8,000 years after its first appearence, celiacs disease was identified and named. A Greek physician named Aretaeus of Cappadocia who lived in the first century AD, wrote about The Coeliac Affection. Also, he called it koiliakos after the Greek word koelia meaning abdomen. (Guandalini, 2007) Another 17 centuries passed, and in the early 19th century Dr. Mathew Baillie, presumably unaware of Aretaeus, published his observations on a chronic diarrheal disorder regarding adults, causing malnutrition and characterized by a ... Bulimia is a life threatening cycle of binge eating and then self induced purging, vomiting or taking laxatives, to compensate for the effects of the overeating. Too many times, a combination of internal and external factors play a role in the development of these disorders. Bulimia is a potentially life threatening disorder. People with this condition binge eat, and then take steps to avoid weight gain. Those with bulimia have a fear of gaining weight; however not every person with bulimia is underweight. • 35. Homeland Security And Border Security The concept of border security in the U.S. shares a complex and ever changing relationship with global economics, international crime, and terrorism. In this context border security includes the protection of not only land borders, but also sea and air ports of entry. The relationship between federal, state and local authorities makes for a unique operation that must be ever changing and evolving to meet new and different threats. This massive undertaking falls directly under the Department of Homeland Security. Their mission calls on the agency to prevent the illegal flow of people and goods across U.S. air, land, and sea borders while expediting the safe flow of lawful travel and commerce; ensure security and resilience of global movement ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Clearly there have been no successful airline hijackings that resulted like 9/11 and that being the new standard of achievement we are doing quite well. What we must focus on is the prevention of something larger and possibly even more difficult, several coordinated small scale attacks. Unfortunately there is no one size fits all plan that will work for land, sea and air borders. Each, as outlined previously, pose unique and difficult challenges. One of the most pressing issues to border security is illegal immigration. Not only is it a drain on the economy through entitlement programs but is a security concern because we just don t know who is coming across the border. As a country one solution is to cut off the incentive to illegally enter the country. Just the fact that you are very unlikely to be caught much less deported for entering illegally is reason enough to sneak across the border. Throw in the free medical, food stamps, housing assistance, and education along with the Holy Grail of potential amnesty leading to citizenship and it only makes sense that someone struggling in Latin American would do anything to get in. What we must work on is a working system for legal immigration not the system of limited work visas, exile requests and family reunification requests that we are working with now. We can also work with our neighbor to the south Mexico to continue to stem the flow of narcotics as well as working ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The second largest city in Croatia most well known for its appealing baches fortresslike complex at its center. Jane is 20 years old and attends University of California, Santa Barbara, where I had the privilege to meet her through a mutual friend. Jane was 13 years old when she, her mother and father first stepped foot into the United States. Jane s family a traditional one, a mother and a father, her father a project manager for the IT Specialist at a hospital, her mother now a financial adviser, but when she first arrived at the United States, she sold tie dye tee shirt at her local beach, making roughly nothing. Everything is moving at the speed of light, from flying instead of driving, online shopping instead of physically going to the store and even social media, tweeting and liking pictures versus face to face interaction, people are always doing something, always waiting on the next thing to come. Jane said that was also a hard concept to adapt to. Aside from the fast pace life American s live, special events in Croatia are differed from here. The nine stories of the Interpreter of Maladies are filled with details of Indian culture which help the author to present the life of Indians living in America in a new sophisticated manner and assist Lahiri in her attempt to reveal earlier unfamiliar to many people aspects of the everyday lives of the Indian immigrants. I m thinking about you, he d say on the tape. I can t wait to see you. Miranda is as a fresh breeze from a distant sea where Dev has never been before, and everything related to her is a change, and this is what he is looking for. Unlike his wife, Miranda has no idea about his culture and his country, and that is also unusual to him. While Dev s wife is away, he is curious and thrilled about his secret relationship just like a little kid would get excited about a new toy. Dev and Miranda are both exotic to each other: she admires his unique culture and she is the opposite of his wife for him (pale skin, silver eyes and longest legs he has ever seen: You are the first, he told her, admiring her from the bed. The first woman I ve known with legs this long. ). However, once Dev s wife returns from India he can not spend as much time with Miranda as he would like. • 38. Analysis Of Sex Pistols Anarchism, Freedom, And Power During the 1970s, anarchy engulfed the minds of British youth because they felt that authority was denying their freedom with excessive rules and regulations. William O. Reichert the author of Anarchism, Freedom, and Power argues Anarchist insists that the idea of human liberty, while it cannot be made an absolute, must be maintained as the highest of all human values. Freedom, that is to say is the essential characteristic of a fully developed humanity...Nevertheless it must not be lost sight of as the guiding star of all social science, for to be human is to be free. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Despite the basic choices in design, the magazines effectively were able to communicate the message of anarchy to British youth. However, a year later, in 1977, punk bands started to incorporate more successful design elements. For example, [fanzines] compiled photographs of desolate and graffitied London landscapes that reflected punk s dystopian vision of No Future ...the graphic design of punk zines soon advanced to incorporate collage, montage, illustration and a wider colour palette that contrasted with the simply typed or handwritten black and white aesthetic of most earlier examples. This stark change in the punk aesthetic is seen London s Outrage, no. 2, 1977, title page and p. 3 (See image 3) . On the right side of the magazine spread, there is a black and white photo of an apartment building, a young teenager, and the typeset headline that says London s Outrage. The typography of this layout is quite notable and exudes chaos. For example, the L and the O are cut off by the edge of the paper. Additionally, the word London is set on a diagonal path which is crooked that leads the viewers eye to a building. The word Outrage is kinked too, but not nearly as pronounced as London.
