Immaculee Ilibagiza Analysis
I forgive you, said Immaculee standing in front of the person that killed one of her family members.
Would you do that, would you forgive the person who killed your loved ones? Well, that is what
Immaculee Ilibagiza did. Immaculee hid for 91 days in a tiny bathroom in the year 1994 in Rwanda to
hide from these people, they are the people whom she forgave. She lost her parents and 2 brothers and
many more of her family members and friends because of the killers, they are whom she forgave.
After all this Immaculee is still living her life with love. Immaculee Ilibagiza s story can teach us
many things such as perseverance during and after persecution as well as forgiveness.

As things slowly exacerbate, 10 s of thousands of Tutsis from Immaculee s neighborhood came to her
family s door steps looking for someone to help and lead them. Immaculee s dad rose up to his
position and gives them hope. During the genocide the government tried to persuade Hutus to start
killing Tutsis. They told the Hutus through all most all the radio stations: But don t forget to kill the
baby the child of a snake is a snake, so kill it, too! the snakes are Tutsis. The country was going crazy
there were people who hide Tutsis in their home and still went out and hunted and killed other Tutsis.
After 2 or 3 attacks from the Hutu extremist Immaculee s family decided that Immaculee her younger
brother ( Vianney) and his friend (Augustine) should go into hiding. They went to a neighbor s house
who was a Hutu pastor but also Leonard s (Immaculee s father) friend. Immaculee was rejected by one
of her best friends who told her: I am certainly not going to hide you...we don t hide Tutsis in our
home (Ilibagiza, Erwin when she asked if she can stay with them. Things got even worse for
Immaculee when the pastor told her that he can t hide Vianney and Augustine at his house and she had
to send them out into the heart of the danger. Furthermore, as more Hutus started to kill Tutsis, the
pastor hide Immaculee and 5 other women into a 3 by

PM10 Data Analysis Essay
The present study is an epidemiological study. We processed PM10 data by the use of Excel software
and AirQ model. This study was aimed to assess the potential effects of PM10 exposure on prevalence
of COPD. This estimation was based on caiculating relative risk (RR) and attributable proportion
(AP). Sampling was done in 4 stations in Ahvaz for measuring air pollutants. Sampling and analysis
were performed according to EPA guideline. In this study, data from 175200 (4×24×365×5) air
sampling during 2009 to 2013 were obtained from ADE. Raw data analysis process encompassed
temperature and pressure modifications, primary processing (deletion, spreadsheet, and
synchronization), secondary processing (writing code and condition correction), formulation, and
filtering. Finally, after the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It was defined as the fraction of the health outcome in a certain population attributable to exposure to
a given atmospheric pollutant. Obtained value then was multiplied by population (106). AP is proven
causative correlation between health consequences and air pollutant exposure. We used default model
that attributes cases of COPD to exposure to PM10. In addition to total cases attributable, we could
estimate the distribution of cases attributable in terms of concentration intervals of pollutants.30
Relative risk (RR) is the ratio of the probability of the event occurring in the exposed group versus a
non exposed group. It is a measure of association between a disease or condition and a factor under
study. Relative risk is calculated by dividing the incidence rate among those exposed to a factor by the
incidence rate among those not exposed to that factor. Population Prevented Fraction refers to
situations where exposure to a factor is protective. 31 All the above mentioned equations are based on
the assumption that the estimation used in this analysis has been controlled regarding all probable

Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Texas Chainsaw Massacre Helped with the Expansion of the LGBT Movement
Texas Chainsaw Massacre pushes the boundaries of cinematic horror. The movie has the viewers infer
the gore and deaths of some of the characters. It does not show the blood or the dismembering of the
victim, but the viewer still feels as if they watched it actually happen. The director Tobe Hooper has
the viewer realize on their own the hidden messages within his film. The film has been correlated to
the representation of the slaughterhouse thus promoting vegetarianism. Also has been related to the
Vietnam War with America sending its youth to the war where they will die. It even has been
compared to the draft, and the ways American youth would try to escape it. These theories ... Show

My Dream Can Become Your Reality
THOMAS KUNEMOEMI Your dream can become your reality Everybody has dreams and most of
the people have goals. If we wish our goals and dreams to become reality, we need to move toward
them systematically and purposefully. By nature, we tend to perpetually begin with distance between
wherever we tend to square measure and wherever we wish to be. Our job is to work toward our
dreams till it became reality. To accomplish that, we want to draw our goals and dreams nearer to our
self, whereas at the same time moving toward them. Some people plan to attract their goals while not
taking abundant action. Others like better to act on their goals, however while not the other advantage
of additionally drawing those goals to them. Action alone will bring positive results, however it s
abundant quicker to mix the 2 techniques. For the sake of clarity, let s differentiate between dreams
and phantasy. In some conversations, the 2 can be interchangeable. Not therefore during this case.
Once I point out dreams, I m talking about extremely fascinating goals, future realities that we tend to
absolutely will notice. For our functions, a dream are some things that we tend to square measure
willing to figure toward, and square measure determined to manifest, a bit like a goal. What
reasonably dreams and goals does one have? All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by
night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was

The Idea Of Governess Extended Until The Nineteenth Century
The idea of governess extended until the nineteenth century. The Victorian women, especially the
Bronte sisters, Charlotte and Anne, experienced the occupation of a governess. Their impressions were
negative because of the poor condition, bad treatment, and low wage of a governess during the
Victorian era. According to Gilbert, Anne endured in the governess s job for six years while Charlotte
shortened it to two years. Charlotte wrote in a letter to her sister Emily, I can now see more clearly
than I have ever done before that a private governess has no existence, is not considered as a living
and rational being, except as connected with the wearisome duties she has to fulfill (qtd. in Heyck,
203). Charlotte transfers her negative views of the governess s status in English society through her
literary work Jane Eyre. She portrays the poor conditions and bad treatments of the private school that
Jane attends. In Lowood School, Jane spends eight years before she accepts an offer of becoming a
governess and starting her financial dependence. Mr. Brocklehurst who is the headmaster of Lowood
School keeps the girls hungry and cold. Also, he treats the girls very badly by punishing them. One of
the problems that children from working and middle class face in schools, rather than the social
distinction, is the physical punishment. In Aspects of Neglect: The Strange Case of Victorian Popular
Education, Harold Silver investigates about the corporal punishment that is used in

The Morning in College Essay
The Morning
Tuesday morning is the busiest time in my week. As I wake up thirty minutes before the class begins,
time always forces me to prepare for the class quickly. Actually I want to eat breakfast with a cup of
coffee but I do not have time to do so. I regret that I stayed up late last night.
Tuesday is a day that I have to wake up early because I am taking a class at nine thirty. At nine o?
clock, the cell phone, clock radio, and TV wake me up at once. On the radio, NPR news is on the air
but I turn it off quickly. From the TV, ESPN broadcasts the results of yesterday?s sports. Even though
I like sports, I am so sleepy that I cannot pay attention to result and switch the TV set off. Finally, the

I put it in the coffee filter carefully. When I pour water into the coffee maker, I spill it on the table.
However, I leave it as it is. Then I go to bathroom and wash my face and teeth. After I look in the
mirror, I realize that I have bad hair day as ever. But I do not care. I will put on a cap. I need to wear
contact lenses. This is an inconvenient thing in my morning. I really envy people who do not have to
wear lenses or glasses. I can not do anything without them. I go back my room again, and then I
change clothes from pajama. As I return to the kitchen, the good smell of coffee fills it. Now, the
coffee is ready to be drunk. When I go out to smoke with a cup of coffee, I see that a few students
leave their rooms for classes. I am always curious when the other students wake up. I am sure that I
get up much later than students who take class at nine thirty do. I need to change my lifestyle and
wake up earlier eight thirty at the latest. During smoking, this is the only time that I can relax in the
morning. I find two fliers on the wall. One of the two reads ?SNOW REMOVAL? in large font so we
have to move cars from somewhere to the other place. I do not have a car so I do not read further. On
the other one, a dancing man and woman are drawn. During about five minutes, another couple of
students head to school. I throw a cigarette butt in the ?smoking oasis?. As textbooks are packed on
my back, I am ready to attend class. My roommates do not lock the

Asian American Ethnic Studies Essay
As the immigrant population currently projected to overtake latinxs and hispanics as largest group of
residents in the United States of America, Asian Americans have shown their will to survive in a way
that many groups have not, and that is by banding together in order to achieve the life they deserve.
Taking the overgeneralization of pan ethnicity and using it as a device for increased numbers and
support for the causes of a group of people who otherwise may not have much to do with each other,
is a testament to how vulnerable they must have felt as well as how successful they have managed to
be many aspects of progress. What I have gained from this course is the understanding that at the root
of ethnic studies and the Asian American community is the for us, by us sentiment that contributed to
the blurred lines between the different part of their communities as social, political and cultural,
structures, collectives and groups which came out of an obligation and necessity to protect those
immigrants and their future generations from a country which has always pushed European superiority
in all aspects of society.

Hurricane Katrina Problems
Natural disasters are devastating and affect everyone where they hit, but they particularly affect racial
minorities and those who fall below the poverty line. Without resources or money to rebuild, the
impoverished and minorities are forced to figure out their own plan to recover from the natural
disaster. Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Louisiana and caused a myriad of issues with its
residents. Some of the problems the impoverished and minorities faced were: evacuating New
Orleans, homelessness, rebuilding, and unjust treatment from the government. Natural disasters,
specifically Hurricane Katrina, cause a socioeconomic dichotomy between the lower class and the
upper and leave the population in a state of pandemonium, and trying to figure out ways to recover.
Before the Storm In 2005, Hurricane Katrina devastated the city of New Orleans in Louisiana. Most of
the city s population suffered some sort of loss whether it was a fatality, loss of property, or a lack of
resources or money to rebuild. However, each social class and race did not suffer the same losses; the
underprivileged and racial minorities suffered much greater losses than those who had the resources or
money to evacuate (Bates 5). The evacuation system set in place by the Louisiana government was
almost nonexistent. The plan was for the population of New Orleans to try evacuating the city before
Katrina hit. The upper class had the money and means of transportation to leave the city and enter

Righteousness Of God Analysis
The phrase righteousness of God has left scholars searching for exactly what Paul is trying to describe
in verse 17 of Romans 1. This phrase is actually the epitome of Paul s message in his letters and
requires all the attention it is receiving. Commentators look at the historical and social context to
understand what Paul was trying to say. Since Paul s letters were to be read aloud to the congregation,
they had to be clear enough so that there would be no need to stop and contemplate. Quite ironically,
this is now where we find ourselves today, turning our wheels trying to figure out exactly what Paul
meant when he said the righteousness of God . We are going to look at two main interpretations first,
the subjective and the objective, then the last interpretation of this verse, which I agree with, that
actually turns all the other arguments on their heads.
Let it be mentioned that the interpretations for these are from a theological point of view, whereas
later I will be discussing the same phrase from a linguistic point of view. The first interpretation is that
the righteousness of God is a saving act. Barrett puts it best in saying that salvation means the
operation of his righteousness. This is making righteousness a verb, not his attribute but Him being
righteous in that he will vindicate those who deserves it. Relating it back to it s Old Testament
meaning, early Judaism understands over everything else, that God will create prosperity and salvation

Social Deviance Chapter Summary
In chapter seven, the book starts off by talking about deviance. Deviance is define by William Graham
Sumner as a violation of established contextual, cultural, or social norms, whether folkways, mores, or
codified law. I have always thought of deviance as a sly person who bends the rules in a wrong way.
The example from the book of deviant behavior was a drag queen. Drag Queens display deviance
because they go against the everyday norms. In the society we live in, it is not perceived as normal to
dress in clothes of the opposite sex. Drag Queens do just that, they are men who dress in womens
clothing from head to toe. All societies practice social control, which is the regulation and
enforcement of norms. Sanctions are one was to enforce norms. They are a consequence, positive or
negative, of the way one exhibited a norm. Positive sanctions come when one conforms and abides to
a norm and a negative sanction come when ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There are many ways one can perceive deviance. Sociologist, Emile Durkheim, views dicance with
the help of her functionalism theory. He believes deviance is a necessary part to a functional society.
Deviance can challenge the way one views a certain topic or actions. Never have I thought of deviance
as necessary. Usually deviant people are thought of as troublemakers in society. Karl Marx has his
own view on deviance which involves the conflict theory. Conflict theory views deviance as a
problem in society. Marx did not touch on deviance often but he establish the way many conflict
theorist think and view different topics. He thought deviance came from inequalities in wealth and
power that arise from problems in the economic system. Another conflict theorist, C. Wright Mills
thought deviance came from the ability of those in power to define deviance in ways that maintain the
status quo. He thought those in power were elite and tried to maintain that

Cultural Conflict In America By Hunte Hunter
In the assigned reading, Cultural Conflict in America, the author states that the cultural war in
America is just social issues that Americans disagree on. In some ways I can agree with him, but our
values represent the culture we were raised by. People are going to disagree on many hard topics and
that is what makes the individual person unique. As Hunter states, many of our cultural disagreements
can stem from the religion we practice. He gives us many examples on this topic, but I did not like
how all of them were from thirty or more years ago. I feel that does not represent the modern America
today. America has coined the term melting pot since a long time ago, but many people are now
calling it a salad bowl because the cultures simply do not mix anymore. I have seen cultural
disagreements in my class before, but I also noticed how open to new views people were. Yes, they
had a disagreement about the topic at hand, however using the term war would make it a bit over
dramatized. The students in my class were able to respectfully debate and discuss their personal views
and beliefs. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When people must make moral decisions on abortion, gay rights, or funding for education, they turn to
their culture and how they were raised. This can, and does, drive a wedge between many Americans.
Hunter mentions that Americans mostly stand on middle ground and do not pick a distinct side to
these moral problems, but everyone must have a slight opinion on these topics. Many people do not
voice their opinion on these matters and often avoid conversation about them. When people
millennials talk about these problems it often sparks debates and arguments. However, the Gen

The Battle of Badr Mentioned in the Q uran
Introduction
The Battle of Badr was a decisive battle in the struggle of Mohammad against the Meccan community.
It was fought fifty miles southwest of Medina on March 13, 624 AD. The battle lasted a day and
consisted of three hundred thirteen unarmed men, two horses, and seventy camels. The Meccan army
consisted of around one thousand men, one hundred horses, and one hundred seventy camels. The
battle resulted in fourteen deaths of Muslim forces and seventy deaths of Meccan forces. This battle is
one of the few battles mentioned in the Qu ran, the Islamic Holy Book. Most of the documentation of
the battle come from Islamic Hadiths and biographies of Mohammad. Between 623 and 624, the
Muslims fought many small skirmishes against the Quraish Meccans. The Battle of Badr was the first
large scale fight between them. At the time of the battle, Badr was a small oasis southwest of Medina.
It was located in a valley that had two wells. Muhammad was able to use those facts to his advantage.
(Armstrong, 1992)
Influential People in the Battle The most influential person in the battle was Muhammad. He was the
Muslim leader and essentially the founder of the Islamic religion. In the Islamic faith, he is a prophet
sent from God to deliver his message to the people. The accounts are collected in the Qu ran and in
Hadiths. Hadiths are the sayings and doings of Muhammad. Abu Jahl was the primary antagonist of
Muhammad. He was the Quraish leader and lead the Meccan army into the Battle

Tesco Plc And Public Limited Company
Business Organisations Task 1: TESCO Plc (public limited company) is a British multinational
grocery and general merchandise retailer. It is the third largest retailer in the world measured by its
profit, and its second measured by its revenue. TESCO Plc is owned by shareholders who fund the
company. The general public can buy shares in the company and then become shareholders; this
method allows TESCO to gain funds. The reason I would choose to locate TESCO in the new business
park is because TESCO is the grocery market leader in the UK, it has a market share of 28.4%.
TESCO have competitive prices and many people shop at TESCO, this means it will grow the local
economy. TESCO rely on their employees to provide a service to their customers. TESCO have
500,000 (2015) and I believe that having a TESCO in this business park will create more jobs. TESCO
s core purpose is to be the champion for customers, helping them to enjoy a better quality of life and
an easier way of living . I would also locate a National Health Service (NHS) Hospital at this business
park. The NHS is primarily funded through taxation with a much smaller funding provided through.
They provide a comprehensive range of health services; the vast majority are free for people legally
resident in the UK. The NHS is in the public sector and is a not for profit organisation. It was founded

Summary Of A Passage To India And A Passage To India
Despite having drastically different perspectives, E.M. Forster and Mulk Raj Anand display a common
disdain for British imperialism and racism while sharing in a struggle to fully capture the complexities
of the British Raj while still spreading their intended message in their novels, A Passage to India and
Untouchable.
Untouchable and A Passage to India were not written solely for entertainment. The authors shared
purpose for writing the stories is more important than the stories themselves. Forster was largely
involved in the politics of imperialism, having worked with the International Red Cross in Alexandria
for four years and written a pamphlet that condemned the colonization of Egypt by Britain (Meyers
238). Later in life he would write only essays, criticisms, biographies, and broadcasts with the
intention of sharing his liberal views (Parry 253). He was clearly motivated intensely by his political
views. When referring to his novel, Forster said, The political side of it was an aspect I wanted to
express... It had some political influence it caused people to think of the link between India and
Britain and to doubt if that link was altogether of a healthy nature (Meyers 238). Anand was just as
passionate in his desire to share his political opinions. In the words of R.K. Dhawan, Untouchable has
no story interest; it is just an impassioned plea for social cause (102). In writing Untouchable, Anand s
goal to shine light upon the trials of the Indian far surpasses the significance enjoying the plot on its
own. Each story is carefully crafted to influence the reader s opinion on imperialism, and efforts to
amuse the reader can be traced back to the authors desire to share their political viewpoints. These
shared convictions come from writers who viewed the British Raj from opposite sides, Anand as an
Indian, and Forster as a British man. Anand was a resident of Punjab, a hub for Indian rebellion, and a
massacre where hundreds of Indains were killed took place in his hometown (Harrex 36). He
experienced the trauma of the Indian people personally. For him, colonialism is something he has
endured. He was also arrested and beaten brutally by the police, having been left with dark marks on
his back

1. Describe the competing business models of traditional textbooks and etextbooks. How do the

The business model of a traditional textbook noticed that they needed growth to keep up in the
competing market so traditional textbook companies began to innovate from just a traditional textbook

There is competition amongst Mcgraw hill and Pearson and other big companies to make a profit and

There is also a competition of innovation and which company will meet its target audience s demand.
Also competition of substitute products such as rent textbooks, used textbook and etextbook that
almost over shadowed the traditional textbook companies business. Of the five forces of competition I
believe that the competitive pressures associated among rival sellers in the industry is the strongest. I
do not believe that of the five forces there is a weak one.
4. What factors are driving change in the textbook industry? What is your assessment of the impact of
these driving forces of change?
The factors that are driving change the textbook industry are the amount of technology that is used
amongst students today such as ipads, kindles and laptops and the demand for online textbooks for
convenience. Another driving change in the addition to textbook industry is the platform such as the
McGraw Hill Connect and the Learn Smart.
My assessment of the impact of these driving forces of change is that the textbook company should
innovate and move towards more electronic textbooks because as technology becomes more prevalent

Rebellion In Romeo And Juliet
One would believe that teenage rebellion is a common theme through literary, cinematic, and musical
elements of our society due to the relatability of the situations that their acts of defiance have created.
The acts of rebellion by the two protagonists in Romeo and Juliet can be compared to many other
works in popular literature and media. Two samples that illustrate these ideas of disobedience are the
popular movie The Titanic and the young adult novel The Selection.
In works emphasizing acts of disobedience in adolescence, most people can learn lessons holding
moral value. In novel The Selection, Kiera Cass demonstrates rebellion through creating a love
triangle between a America, a teenage girl selected for a chance to marry a prince, the man she should
marry, and a man in a lower caste than her, which means she is prohibited from marrying him (Cass).
However, she falls in love with the man who is in a lower caste than her, which means that she is
rebelling against her society and the opportunity that she has received to marry into royalty (Cass).
Much like The Selection, William Shakespeare s tragic play Romeo and Juliet, shows many of the

What Were The Key Social And Cultural Factors That Enabled...
Assessment 3 Short Essay 1000 words
What were the key social and cultural factors that enabled the Gospel to spread so quickly through the
Roman Empire? Using primary and secondary sources, discuss with particular reference to Paul s
writings and the Book of Acts.
Paul more than anyone was responsible for the spread of the Jesus movement into the Gentile world.
By the end of the first century Christianity had become an important religious force. Paul while
respectful of its Jewish origins moved the Christian faith into a position where it was no longer bound
by Jewish law and was able to embrace people of any cultural background. After his own conversion,
Paul passionately espoused his message from the Palestinian world through Asia Minor and southern
Europe to Rome, the heart of the empire. Some of his letters by Paul to fledgling churches throughout
the Roman Empire are contained in the New Testament and outline Paul s theology. He insisted that
Gentiles had as much access to the faith as Jews and that freedom from the Law set everyone free. It
was this teaching which was essential for the development and success of the early church which
would otherwise have remained another Jewish sect.
The culture of Paul s time was Greco Roman. In the fourth century BC Alexander the Great dominated
the Near Eastern world and was a strong devotee of Greek culture. He brought the Greek language to
the Eastern world, a tongue that became the Lingua franca of early Christianity with

Group:
Tuan Hoang Quoc Nguyen (Manager)
Julie Rocka (Accountant assistant)
Duy Trong Thai Le (Client)
Pokchat Janarawat (client)
Part 1:
Part 2:
This report is produced in order to provide clients a basic compare between the two accounting
computer system, Excel and MYOB. By doing this, the customer could choose the best accounting
software depend on the business size and its features.
_The major difference between Excel and MYOB in accounting is that, Excel is a manual system;
mean the users must input all the transactions data manually in the Excel spread sheet. If the firms
have some credit transaction, double entry may be required. Then at the end of an accounting period,
the Excel users (owners) may provide the spread sheet to accountants or someone who have
accounting background to prepare BAS for the ATO or other financial reports for stakeholders.
Unlikely, MYOB or Mind Your Own Business is a specialist accounting software that designed for
small business and is probably the best known accounting software in Australia and New Zealand.
With MYOB the users only need to input the transaction information and the system will
automatically prepare the BAS, financial report and also bank reconciliation. Moreover, MYOB is a
more complex accounting computer system compare to Excel, since it provides different functions that
help the owner to manage their business; such as payroll, inventory,

Mississippi Solo Figurative Language
Figurative language in the memoir Mississippi Solo by Eddy Harris Have you ever been on a canoe
journey alone? In the story mississippi solo by Eddy Harris, the author uses figurative language to
give a vivid picture of his extraordinary experience of canoeing down the Mississippi river. In his
story he uses personification, simile, metaphor, and hyperbole to help readers give a visual of his
experience. Some personification he uses is in lines 53, witch says But the voice of the river came out
and spoke to me teasingly but with a chill of seriousness down my spine. that quote means that the
river was moving him the way he did not want to go. The other figurative language was in lines 101, it

study in exchange for extra credit in the course. Those who do not consent to use their data will be

The data will then be correlated and analyzed.
Procedure
Students will be taught to code individuals using the LPFS criteria by reading fictional sample cases
created by the course instructor. The instructors of the course are individuals who are clinically trained
psychologists and have worked with the LPFS before. Because there are two campuses collecting
data, the cases will be the same across all of the courses and coded by all of the instructors teaching
the course to ensure that there is agreement about the LPFS scores given. Once the sample cases are
decided upon, they will be distributed to the students. Before coding the case, the students will be
given a brief lecture on personality disorders and the implication of the LPFS into assessing
personality dysfunction. The students will then be instructed to code the case and will be graded on
completion of the assignment. Upon completing the assignment, the instructor will go over the cases
and give feedback regarding the codes. This will involve the instructor giving the codes that they
decided on with their colleagues for each dimension of the LPFS. Once the review of the students
codes for the fictional cases is complete, the students will be instructed to code themselves using the
LPFS criteria. Again, students will receive a grade for completion of this step in the process. It

Bill Russell Hero
Bill Russell was a professional basketball player in the 50 s and 60 s who stood up for his beliefs
despite his ethnicity. Being colored during his career was not easy, especially because his career was
based in a segregated city. This city is known as Boston. Although many people viewed him
negatively, Russell overcame adversity to become a very influential person on and off the court. Bill
Russell is a true hero because of his game changing effect on basketball and his nation changing effect
on society. As a child, Russell did not have it easy. When he was 12, his family moved from Louisiana
to California due to his father s job. Shortly after, Russell s mother passes away, causing Bill and his
father to create a special bond (Anderson). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Russell s defensive figure created a foundation for the NBA, in which defense began to become more

his tremendous defense (A E Television Networks). Without Russell, the NBA may have never

Human Rights Campaign Analysis
On April 4, 2016 Governor Phil Bryant of Mississippi signed House Bill(HB) 1523 known as the
Protecting Freedom of Conscience from Government Discrimination Act or more popularly known as
the Mississippi religious freedom act. The bill is set to take effect July 1, 2016 and is meeting criticism
nationwide for its alleged legal discrimination of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender(LGBT)
community. Many are saying that the bill itself is outdated and only further goes to stimulate hatred
and discrimination against a non protected class of people. However, those in favor of the bill continue
to proclaim the bill is meant to safe guard those who do not agree with the recent ruling of the

The congressmen of Mississippi represent their constituents whether it be indirectly or directly. A
majority of Mississippians claim to be of the christian faith, which as whole generally does not believe
in same sex marriage. When the SCOTUS ruled to legalize same sex marriage many people felt that it
was not their issue to rule on but rather the states . This being the case, states that did not currently
allow same sex marriage were forced to begin issuing marriage licenses. This change of law begun to
affect the constituents as usually there was a consensus against same sex marriage. For people who
oppose same sex marriage whether it be religious or moral, we must respect that belief. The idea that
as a country we disavow First Amendment rights in favor to be more inclusive is provoking. The bill

Refugee Language Barriers
Immigrants and refugees seeking services seem to lack knowledge and understanding of American
culture. This may lead to legal issues and barriers that can ultimately impact their health and well
being. Language barriers are a huge problem among the immigrant and refugee community which
leads to laws being broken without immigrants and refugees realizing that they are breaking the law.
For example, in one s native country, bribing law enforcement may be acceptable, while in the United
States, it is an offense which will result in arrest. Immigrants and refugees need to be taught this in a
way that they can understand.
Language barriers and lack of knowledge regarding the United States medical system are also
problems among the immigrant and refugee population. Because of the language barrier, immigrants
and refugees may feel embarrassed or uncomfortable going to the doctor which causes long term
issues.
Document evidence of the problem, including data on the scope or level of the problem. You may use
public records of community level indicators and/or community surveys.
According to the 2015 2016 Guilford County Health Assessment, about 11% of North Carolina

Yesit S Actually Not All That Easy To Answer That Simple
Yes It s actually not all that easy to answer that simple question. But recently, scientists have made a
pretty good effort. And their final count is 37.2 trillion. Calculating the number of cells in the human
body is tricky.Everyone s body is made of the same basic stuff. All living things, large or small, plant
or animal, are made up of cells. Most living things are made up of one cell and they are called
unicellular organisms. Many other living things are made up of a large number of cells that form a
larger plant or animal. These living things are known as multicellular organisms. Water makes up
about two thirds of the weight of cells. Yes Cells are very small; most cells can only be seen through a

It is the oxygen in air that your body really needs. Every cell in your body needs oxygen to help it
metabolize (burn) the nutrients released from food for energy. You also know that you need food.
Food gives you energy, but oxygen is needed to break down the food into pieces that are small enough
for your cells to use This is known as cellular respiration and it is the process of oxidizing food
molecules, like glucose, to carbon dioxide and water. The energy released is chemically trapped for
use by all the energy consuming activities of the cell. Your cells are the energy converters for your
body.
Different cells have different jobs to do. Each cell has a size and shape that is suited to its job. Cells
that do the same job combine together to form body tissue, such as muscle, skin, or bone tissue.
Groups of different types of cells make up the organs in your body, such as your heart, liver, or lungs.
Each organ has its own job to do, but all organs work together to maintain your body. A group of
different organs working together to do a job makes up a system. All the systems in your body are like
members of a team whose job it is to keep you alive and healthy.
The different types of cells in your body have different, specialized jobs to do. The specialization of
cells depends almost always on the exaggeration of properties common to cells. For example, cells
that line the intestine have extended cell membranes. This increases the amount of

All these groundbreaking and recognized accomplishments were only cable because of the hard work

Seminoles success was also due to opening of smoke shops and high risk gaming in the 1970

With money, one can choose their own fate to an extent, and even help shape the path for others
around them. I believe that the Seminole Indian tribe is a perfect example of this. Due to their large
success with gaming, they have become a finically independent group that can now better themselves
because of money. Things such as education, health, and preservation of cultural are now enabled due
to the gain of funds from the casinos, but these positives do come with a price. Thanks to financial
freedom, Seminole artist have pursued expanding their knowledge of skills and crafts. This new want
for cultural expansion can be seen as a positive since people can now focus on past crafts and
practices. Unfortunately, due to gaming revenue, people worked on crafts because they no longer have
to work, while others stopped crafts for the same reason. They no longer need to make money, so they
no longer saw a need in making them. This shows that economic freedom was as much as a curse as it
was a blessing. Freedom allows one to choose their own path. The Seminole tribe was able to find
freedom through gaming revenue, and it has had many positives in their tribe. However, freedom can
also make people forgetful of passion and hard work. Not to say that all Native Americans who have
benefitted from tribal funding from things such a gaming revenues are lazy. I believe that the majority
will make the best choice at the end of the day. Hopefully the money earn through gaming does not

Summary Of The Feminine Mystique
In the The Feminine Mystique, by Betty Friedan, the author begins to question the problem that has no
name, which is, Why are American housewives so unhappy with their supposedly perfect lives ?
Friedan concludes that the reason American housewives are so depressed is that of, the feminine
mystique, society s idea that women s sole purpose in life is to bring pleasure to a man, be a housewife
and mother, but nothing more. In the 50 s and 60 s, all American women had been told their whole
lives is that they shouldn t get a job or follow their dreams, but find a well off husband and start a
family. Now that they have accomplished this, women want more in life than just waiting on their
family, because of the feeling that they are just going through the motions of life. However, society
does not allow women to grow to their full potential and brainwashes the mystique into women s
heads by painting the housewife image as an ideal in women s magazines, ads, signs, etc.
Furthermore, because the mystique is so influential, women not only damage themselves, but their
husbands and children; Women begin to seek their fulfillment through too much sexual intercourse,
which drives the husband away, and is so involved in their children s lives, that they grow up to be
whiny, mother dependent adults. In the end, women finally begin to not only question the feminine
mystique but act against it. Moreover, throughout the story, Friedan s style uses conflict development

The personal questions that make is easy for hackers to do their job adequately are questions like,
what is your social security number or birthdate? Many people will put their trust in certain sites, but
in actuality no one is safe. While online, it is all about being nonanonymous (Christian 95). It gets
grueling after a while when we have to prove ourselves and companies never really know if the
individual they are talking to is the person they say to be. In this case, computer users are constantly
trying to authenticate themselves, because no one knows exactly who the other person is. This is due
to the expansion in modern technology. In contrary to this, when there was a lack of computer
technology, people communicated with one another in the flesh. There was no need to steal money
from one another or invade someones personal privacy. Computer modernization is a sign that we may
not be safe online anymore and it is taking away our identity online. There are various people out
there up to no good that want to steal our identity, which in turn leads to those same individuals
hacking into personal accounts and credit cards. This increase in technology has only made it harder
for us to trust the diverse sites, but it has also made it a lot easier for people to get the information they

International which was started by the founder Maria Montessori in 1907. The second branch is the
American Montessori society started by Nancy Rambush in an attempt to Americanize the Montessori
Method. Montessori schools have multi aged classes that have self correcting materials that the
children use. The children are allowed to make use of any of the equipment in the classroom after they
have been given a silent demonstration by the teacher.
The High/Scope, Approach founded in 1970 by the work that Dave Weikart and Connie Kamii did on
the Parry Preschool Project. These early educators thought that early education could prevent school
failure in high school. They believed that children learn by mentally and physically interacting with
the environment and with others. One of the main features is that children are encouraged to be active
in their learning. Teachers in the High/Scope school classrooms are interactive often observing and
setting up problem solving situations for the children.

Immaculee hid for 91 days in a tiny bathroom in the year 1994 in Rwanda to hide from these people, they are the people whom she forgave. The country was going crazy there were people who hide Tutsis in their home and still went out and hunted and killed other Tutsis. After 2 or 3 attacks from the Hutu extremist Immaculee s family decided that Immaculee her younger brother ( Vianney) and his friend (Augustine) should go into hiding. They went to a neighbor s house who was a Hutu pastor but also Leonard s (Immaculee s father) friend. Immaculee was rejected by one of her best friends who told her: I am certainly not going to hide you...we don t hide Tutsis in our home (Ilibagiza, Erwin when she asked if she can stay with them. This study was aimed to assess the potential effects of PM10 exposure on prevalence of COPD. This estimation was based on caiculating relative risk (RR) and attributable proportion (AP). Sampling was done in 4 stations in Ahvaz for measuring air pollutants. Sampling and analysis were performed according to EPA guideline. In this study, data from 175200 (4×24×365×5) air sampling during 2009 to 2013 were obtained from ADE. Obtained value then was multiplied by population (106). AP is proven causative correlation between health consequences and air pollutant exposure. We used default model that attributes cases of COPD to exposure to PM10. In addition to total cases attributable, we could estimate the distribution of cases attributable in terms of concentration intervals of pollutants.30 Relative risk (RR) is the ratio of the probability of the event occurring in the exposed group versus a non exposed group. It is a measure of association between a disease or condition and a factor under study. Relative risk is calculated by dividing the incidence rate among those exposed to a factor by the incidence rate among those not exposed to that factor. Population Prevented Fraction refers to situations where exposure to a factor is protective. 31 All the above mentioned equations are based on the assumption that the estimation used in this analysis has been controlled regarding all probable ... The movie has the viewers infer the gore and deaths of some of the characters. It does not show the blood or the dismembering of the victim, but the viewer still feels as if they watched it actually happen. The director Tobe Hooper has the viewer realize on their own the hidden messages within his film. The film has been correlated to the representation of the slaughterhouse thus promoting vegetarianism. Also has been related to the Vietnam War with America sending its youth to the war where they will die. It even has been compared to the draft, and the ways American youth would try to escape it. The Victorian women, especially the Bronte sisters, Charlotte and Anne, experienced the occupation of a governess. Their impressions were negative because of the poor condition, bad treatment, and low wage of a governess during the Victorian era. According to Gilbert, Anne endured in the governess s job for six years while Charlotte shortened it to two years. Charlotte wrote in a letter to her sister Emily, I can now see more clearly than I have ever done before that a private governess has no existence, is not considered as a living and rational being, except as connected with the wearisome duties she has to fulfill (qtd. in Heyck, 203). Charlotte transfers her negative views of the governess s status in English society through her literary work Jane Eyre. She portrays the poor conditions and bad treatments of the private school that Jane attends. In Lowood School, Jane spends eight years before she accepts an offer of becoming a governess and starting her financial dependence. Mr. Brocklehurst who is the headmaster of Lowood School keeps the girls hungry and cold. Also, he treats the girls very badly by punishing them. I go back my room again, and then I change clothes from pajama. As I return to the kitchen, the good smell of coffee fills it. Now, the coffee is ready to be drunk. When I go out to smoke with a cup of coffee, I see that a few students leave their rooms for classes. I am always curious when the other students wake up. I am sure that I get up much later than students who take class at nine thirty do. I need to change my lifestyle and wake up earlier eight thirty at the latest. During smoking, this is the only time that I can relax in the morning. I find two fliers on the wall. One of the two reads ?SNOW REMOVAL? in large font so we have to move cars from somewhere to the other place. I do not have a car so I do not read further. • 8. Asian American Ethnic Studies Essay As the immigrant population currently projected to overtake latinxs and hispanics as largest group of residents in the United States of America, Asian Americans have shown their will to survive in a way that many groups have not, and that is by banding together in order to achieve the life they deserve. Taking the overgeneralization of pan ethnicity and using it as a device for increased numbers and support for the causes of a group of people who otherwise may not have much to do with each other, is a testament to how vulnerable they must have felt as well as how successful they have managed to be many aspects of progress. What I have gained from this course is the understanding that at the root of ethnic studies and the Asian American community is the for us, by us sentiment that contributed to the blurred lines between the different part of their communities as social, political and cultural, structures, collectives and groups which came out of an obligation and necessity to protect those immigrants and their future generations from a country which has always pushed European superiority in all aspects of society. Without resources or money to rebuild, the impoverished and minorities are forced to figure out their own plan to recover from the natural disaster. Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Louisiana and caused a myriad of issues with its residents. Some of the problems the impoverished and minorities faced were: evacuating New Orleans, homelessness, rebuilding, and unjust treatment from the government. Natural disasters, specifically Hurricane Katrina, cause a socioeconomic dichotomy between the lower class and the upper and leave the population in a state of pandemonium, and trying to figure out ways to recover. Before the Storm In 2005, Hurricane Katrina devastated the city of New Orleans in Louisiana. Most of the city s population suffered some sort of loss whether it was a fatality, loss of property, or a lack of resources or money to rebuild. However, each social class and race did not suffer the same losses; the underprivileged and racial minorities suffered much greater losses than those who had the resources or money to evacuate (Bates 5). • 10. Righteousness Of God Analysis The phrase righteousness of God has left scholars searching for exactly what Paul is trying to describe in verse 17 of Romans 1. This phrase is actually the epitome of Paul s message in his letters and requires all the attention it is receiving. Commentators look at the historical and social context to understand what Paul was trying to say. Since Paul s letters were to be read aloud to the congregation, they had to be clear enough so that there would be no need to stop and contemplate. Quite ironically, this is now where we find ourselves today, turning our wheels trying to figure out exactly what Paul meant when he said the righteousness of God . We are going to look at two main interpretations first, the subjective and the objective, then the last interpretation of this verse, which I agree with, that actually turns all the other arguments on their heads. Let it be mentioned that the interpretations for these are from a theological point of view, whereas later I will be discussing the same phrase from a linguistic point of view. The first interpretation is that the righteousness of God is a saving act. Barrett puts it best in saying that salvation means the operation of his righteousness. This is making righteousness a verb, not his attribute but Him being righteous in that he will vindicate those who deserves it. Relating it back to it s Old Testament meaning, early Judaism understands over everything else, that God will create prosperity and salvation in His ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 11. Social Deviance Chapter Summary In chapter seven, the book starts off by talking about deviance. Deviance is define by William Graham Sumner as a violation of established contextual, cultural, or social norms, whether folkways, mores, or codified law. I have always thought of deviance as a sly person who bends the rules in a wrong way. The example from the book of deviant behavior was a drag queen. Drag Queens display deviance because they go against the everyday norms. In the society we live in, it is not perceived as normal to dress in clothes of the opposite sex. Drag Queens do just that, they are men who dress in womens clothing from head to toe. All societies practice social control, which is the regulation and enforcement of norms. Sanctions are one was to enforce norms. They are a consequence, positive or negative, of the way one exhibited a norm. Karl Marx has his own view on deviance which involves the conflict theory. Conflict theory views deviance as a problem in society. Marx did not touch on deviance often but he establish the way many conflict theorist think and view different topics. He thought deviance came from inequalities in wealth and power that arise from problems in the economic system. Another conflict theorist, C. Cultural Conflict In America By Hunte Hunter In the assigned reading, Cultural Conflict in America, the author states that the cultural war in America is just social issues that Americans disagree on. In some ways I can agree with him, but our values represent the culture we were raised by. People are going to disagree on many hard topics and that is what makes the individual person unique. As Hunter states, many of our cultural disagreements can stem from the religion we practice. He gives us many examples on this topic, but I did not like how all of them were from thirty or more years ago. I feel that does not represent the modern America today. America has coined the term melting pot since a long time ago, but many people are now calling it a salad bowl because the cultures simply do not mix anymore. I have seen cultural disagreements in my class before, but I also noticed how open to new views people were. Yes, they had a disagreement about the topic at hand, however using the term war would make it a bit over dramatized. • 15. The Battle of Badr Mentioned in the Q uran Introduction The Battle of Badr was a decisive battle in the struggle of Mohammad against the Meccan community. It was fought fifty miles southwest of Medina on March 13, 624 AD. The battle lasted a day and consisted of three hundred thirteen unarmed men, two horses, and seventy camels. The Meccan army consisted of around one thousand men, one hundred horses, and one hundred seventy camels. The battle resulted in fourteen deaths of Muslim forces and seventy deaths of Meccan forces. This battle is one of the few battles mentioned in the Qu ran, the Islamic Holy Book. Most of the documentation of the battle come from Islamic Hadiths and biographies of Mohammad. Between 623 and 624, the Muslims fought many small skirmishes against the Quraish Meccans. The Battle of Badr was the first large scale fight between them. At the time of the battle, Badr was a small oasis southwest of Medina. It was located in a valley that had two wells. Muhammad was able to use those facts to his advantage. (Armstrong, 1992) Influential People in the Battle The most influential person in the battle was Muhammad. He was the Muslim leader and essentially the founder of the Islamic religion. In the Islamic faith, he is a prophet sent from God to deliver his message to the people. The accounts are collected in the Qu ran and in Hadiths. Hadiths are the sayings and doings of Muhammad. • 17. Summary Of A Passage To India And A Passage To India Despite having drastically different perspectives, E.M. Forster and Mulk Raj Anand display a common disdain for British imperialism and racism while sharing in a struggle to fully capture the complexities of the British Raj while still spreading their intended message in their novels, A Passage to India and Untouchable. Untouchable and A Passage to India were not written solely for entertainment. The authors shared purpose for writing the stories is more important than the stories themselves. Forster was largely involved in the politics of imperialism, having worked with the International Red Cross in Alexandria for four years and written a pamphlet that condemned the colonization of Egypt by Britain (Meyers 238). Later in life he would write only essays, criticisms, biographies, and broadcasts with the intention of sharing his liberal views (Parry 253). He was clearly motivated intensely by his political views. When referring to his novel, Forster said, The political side of it was an aspect I wanted to express... It had some political influence it caused people to think of the link between India and Britain and to doubt if that link was altogether of a healthy nature (Meyers 238). Anand was just as passionate in his desire to share his political opinions. In the words of R.K. Dhawan, Untouchable has no story interest; it is just an impassioned plea for social cause (102). In writing Untouchable, Anand s goal to shine light upon the trials of the Indian far surpasses the significance enjoying the plot on its own. Each story is carefully crafted to influence the reader s opinion on imperialism, and efforts to amuse the reader can be traced back to the authors desire to share their political viewpoints. These shared convictions come from writers who viewed the British Raj from opposite sides, Anand as an Indian, and Forster as a British man. Anand was a resident of Punjab, a hub for Indian rebellion, and a massacre where hundreds of Indains were killed took place in his hometown (Harrex 36). He experienced the trauma of the Indian people personally. For him, colonialism is something he has endured. • 19. Rebellion In Romeo And Juliet One would believe that teenage rebellion is a common theme through literary, cinematic, and musical elements of our society due to the relatability of the situations that their acts of defiance have created. The acts of rebellion by the two protagonists in Romeo and Juliet can be compared to many other works in popular literature and media. Two samples that illustrate these ideas of disobedience are the popular movie The Titanic and the young adult novel The Selection. In works emphasizing acts of disobedience in adolescence, most people can learn lessons holding moral value. In novel The Selection, Kiera Cass demonstrates rebellion through creating a love triangle between a America, a teenage girl selected for a chance to marry a prince, the man she should marry, and a man in a lower caste than her, which means she is prohibited from marrying him (Cass). Assessment 3 Short Essay 1000 words What were the key social and cultural factors that enabled the Gospel to spread so quickly through the Roman Empire? Using primary and secondary sources, discuss with particular reference to Paul s writings and the Book of Acts. Paul more than anyone was responsible for the spread of the Jesus movement into the Gentile world. By the end of the first century Christianity had become an important religious force. Paul while respectful of its Jewish origins moved the Christian faith into a position where it was no longer bound by Jewish law and was able to embrace people of any cultural background. After his own conversion, Paul passionately espoused his message from the Palestinian world through Asia Minor and southern Europe to Rome, the heart of the empire. Some of his letters by Paul to fledgling churches throughout the Roman Empire are contained in the New Testament and outline Paul s theology. He insisted that Gentiles had as much access to the faith as Jews and that freedom from the Law set everyone free. It was this teaching which was essential for the development and success of the early church which would otherwise have remained another Jewish sect. The culture of Paul s time was Greco Roman. In the fourth century BC Alexander the Great dominated the Near Eastern world and was a strong devotee of Greek culture. It is the oxygen in air that your body really needs. Every cell in your body needs oxygen to help it metabolize (burn) the nutrients released from food for energy. You also know that you need food. Food gives you energy, but oxygen is needed to break down the food into pieces that are small enough for your cells to use This is known as cellular respiration and it is the process of oxidizing food molecules, like glucose, to carbon dioxide and water. The energy released is chemically trapped for use by all the energy consuming activities of the cell. Your cells are the energy converters for your body. Different cells have different jobs to do. Each cell has a size and shape that is suited to its job. Cells that do the same job combine together to form body tissue, such as muscle, skin, or bone tissue. Groups of different types of cells make up the organs in your body, such as your heart, liver, or lungs. Each organ has its own job to do, but all organs work together to maintain your body. A group of different organs working together to do a job makes up a system. All the systems in your body are like members of a team whose job it is to keep you alive and healthy. The different types of cells in your body have different, specialized jobs to do. The specialization of cells depends almost always on the exaggeration of properties common to cells. For example, cells that line the intestine have extended cell membranes. This increases the amount of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

All these groundbreaking and recognized accomplishments were only cable because of the hard work and dedication from the different tribes that make up the Seminole Nation. That being said, the Seminoles success was also due to opening of smoke shops and high risk gaming in the 1970 s(Cattelino 5). With money, one can choose their own fate to an extent, and even help shape the path for others around them. I believe that the Seminole Indian tribe is a perfect example of this. Due to their large success with gaming, they have become a finically independent group that can now better themselves because of money. Things such as education, health, and preservation of cultural are now enabled due to the gain of funds from the casinos, but these positives do come with a price. Thanks to financial freedom, Seminole artist have pursued expanding their knowledge of skills and crafts. This new want for cultural expansion can be seen as a positive since people can now focus on past crafts and practices. Unfortunately, due to gaming revenue, people worked on crafts because they no longer have to work, while others stopped crafts for the same reason. They no longer need to make money, so they no longer saw a need in making them. This shows that economic freedom was as much as a curse as it was a blessing. Freedom allows one to choose their own path. The Seminole tribe was able to find freedom through gaming revenue, and it has had many positives in their tribe. However, freedom can also make people forgetful of passion and hard work. Not to say that all Native Americans who have benefitted from tribal funding from things such a gaming revenues are lazy. I believe that the majority will make the best choice at the end of the day. Hopefully the money earn through gaming does not lead to a downfall in such a respected ... • 34. Summary Of The Feminine Mystique In the The Feminine Mystique, by Betty Friedan, the author begins to question the problem that has no name, which is, Why are American housewives so unhappy with their supposedly perfect lives ? Friedan concludes that the reason American housewives are so depressed is that of, the feminine mystique, society s idea that women s sole purpose in life is to bring pleasure to a man, be a housewife and mother, but nothing more. In the 50 s and 60 s, all American women had been told their whole lives is that they shouldn t get a job or follow their dreams, but find a well off husband and start a family. Now that they have accomplished this, women want more in life than just waiting on their family, because of the feeling that they are just going through the motions of life. However, society does not allow women to grow to their full potential and brainwashes the mystique into women s heads by painting the housewife image as an ideal in women s magazines, ads, signs, etc. Furthermore, because the mystique is so influential, women not only damage themselves, but their husbands and children; Women begin to seek their fulfillment through too much sexual intercourse, which drives the husband away, and is so involved in their children s lives, that they grow up to be whiny, mother dependent adults. In the end, women finally begin to not only question the feminine mystique but act against it. Moreover, throughout the story, Friedan s style uses conflict development and ... It gets grueling after a while when we have to prove ourselves and companies never really know if the individual they are talking to is the person they say to be. In this case, computer users are constantly trying to authenticate themselves, because no one knows exactly who the other person is. This is due to the expansion in modern technology. In contrary to this, when there was a lack of computer technology, people communicated with one another in the flesh. There was no need to steal money from one another or invade someones personal privacy. Computer modernization is a sign that we may not be safe online anymore and it is taking away our identity online. There are various people out there up to no good that want to steal our identity, which in turn leads to those same individuals hacking into personal accounts and credit cards. The second branch is the American Montessori society started by Nancy Rambush in an attempt to Americanize the Montessori Method. Montessori schools have multi aged classes that have self correcting materials that the children use. The children are allowed to make use of any of the equipment in the classroom after they have been given a silent demonstration by the teacher. The High/Scope, Approach founded in 1970 by the work that Dave Weikart and Connie Kamii did on the Parry Preschool Project. These early educators thought that early education could prevent school failure in high school. They believed that children learn by mentally and physically interacting with the environment and with others. One of the main features is that children are encouraged to be active in their learning.
