Fibromyalgia is hell on earth for the millions of those suffering around the world, and while there is
finally new research into this insidious disease, many questions remain unanswered. For instance
fibromyalgia was labeled as fibrositis, (First labeled by Gowers in 1904), and later rheumatism, etc,
until the American College of Rheumatology agreed in 1990 to diagnostic criteria, (11 or more
specific tender points throughout body.)
What causes fibromyalgia? The history of fibromyalgia is truly very sad as this disease although very
old has only recently received the attention needed to find the cause. Additional historical facts
regarding fibromyalgia include:
1) Historically fibromyalgia has been considered either a neuropsychiatric or musculoskeletal
condition.
2) Additional early names for fibromyalgia included muscular rheumatism, psychogenic rheumatism,
and neurasthenia among others.
3) The term fibromyalgia came from researcher Mohammed Yunis as a synonym for fibrositis, and
was first used in 1981.
4) In 1987 an article first used

Film Analysis Of The Film Groundhog Day
Title: Groundhog Day Film analysis
The film Groundhog Day is about a local weather man Phil, that travels to Punxsutawney,
Pennsylvania for a news coverage of the holiday Groundhog Day. Phil finds himself in a time warp
reliving the events of groundhog over and over. In the beginning Phil spends each day focused on sex
and money as the movie progress Phil finds himself spending every waking moment trying to impress
his producer Rita. When that ends in failure Phil starts to care for the people around town doing
anything possible to make their lives better, from saving lives to changing tires. In the end Rita falls in
love with the true Phil Connor and the time warp ends. Throughout the film Phil comes to terms to
who is he really is. He finds Authenticity and no longer struggles with self identity.
Phil no longer had responsibilities in life he learned early on that no one would remember anything
but him, that no matter what he did he would still wake up on February 2nd at 6:00am. This lead Phil
to do outrages this suck as steal money and drive on railroad trucks not caring about his life and who
he was. Jean Paul Sartre said, Life has no meaning the moment you lose the illusion of being eternal.
Life had no meaning to Phil once he knew he would be stuck living the same day. When Phil didn t
live for himself life becomes dull, boring and lonely, he had to deal with the consequences of this
inauthenticity. Phil came to realization that if he could not change his life today maybe he could
change other s.
In the beginning Phil lived life inauthentically, he lived for society and followed what society thought
had power. Phil did not change in a second even his first few days experiencing Groundhog Day over
and over he still lived for society. Phil went out of his way to flaunt his money and make advances to
sleep with women, two things in society s view men must have to be liked or have power. When Phil
begins to realize this, he becomes lonely and commits suicide everyday knowing he still must relive
Groundhog Day, instead of living a miserable life Phil decides to do good deeds from changing tires to
saving lives. He began to have good faith, he became authentic. He lived for himself not society he

42. For each of the following mixtures, explain whether it is a solution or a heterogeneous mixture.
For the solutions, identify the solute and the solvent.
a) Cloudy pond water heterogeneous mixture, this is because it is cloudy, solute is dirt particles in the
water there is clay and humus.
b) Apple juice is a homogeneous solution, water is the solvent there are organic acids, sugars and
gums
c) Rain water is a homogeneous mixture, rainwater is nearly a distilled water. The mixture is not
cloudy and no separate particles are visible.
d) 14 karat gold in jewelry homogeneous mixture, in this case the gold is the solvent, as it is 14 parts
gold, and pure gold is 24 karat leaving the other 10 parts of other metals. Gold is the solvent and the
other metals are the solutes in this case.
43. which of the following substances is or are likely to be very soluble in water? Explain your
reasoning.
a) Gasoline (octane, C8H18) is not soluable, this is because gas is not polar.
b) Methanol (CH3OH) is the most soluable, it will make a solution with water. This is due to the OH
for H bonding, the polarity of the molecule and the size being the smallest alcohol.
c) Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) is very highly soluble in water because of the CO3 2 , polarity, and
the high ionic character of the bond.
44. Write reactions to show the dissociation into ions of the following substances when they dissolve
in water:
a) Sodium carbonate Na2CO3(s) 2Na+(aq) + C3O(2 )(aq)

In Judaism, God S Word Is Found In The Hebrew Bible (Or
In Judaism, God s word is found in the Hebrew Bible (or Old Testament), written entirely in Hebrew,
except for a few chapters or verses that are in Aramaic, the Semitic language related to Hebrew. This
is the most transled and most read worldwide book. The Bible is divided into: Torah (the five books of
Moses), Nevi im (Prophets) and Ketuvim (writings, Psalms). In rabbinic literature the word Torah it is
common to refer to the entire Bible. The sacred book of Judaism is the Torah, which consists of
several writings. Torah contains a total of 613 commandments, including the 10 that are explained in

About 40 different authors contributed to the writing of the Bible, over approximately 1500 years. The
authors were kings, fishermen, priests, government officials, farmers, shepherds, and doctors. The
unity of the Bible is due to the fact that it has one author, God Himself. The Bible is God breathed (2
Timothy 3:16). Human authors wrote what God wanted them to write, and the result was holy and
perfect Word of God (Psalm 12: 6; 2 Peter 1:21). The Bible is divided into two major parts: the Old
and New Testament. In short, the Old Testament is the history of a people, and the New Testament, the
history of a man. People was the way God brought the Man Jesus Christ in the world. Jesus is the
central figure of the Bible. Indeed, the whole book is about him. Old Testament predicts His coming
and sets the stage for His entrance into the world. The New Testament describes His coming and His
work to bring salvation to our sinful world. After Muhammad was notified by the angel Gabriel in a
revelation that he is the one chosen by the Creator to pass laws and commandments of humanity, he
began collecting all these teachings in a book called the Koran. Koran (Quran) is the Arabic term for
reciting and refers to the revelations of Allah to Muhammad, preserved and considered by Muslims as
Islamic Scriptures. Koran the word of Allah (God) is considered the most valuable literary work in
classical Arabic. It is memorized by millions of Muslims from different parts of the world.

Influence Of American Culture On South Korea
South Korea has had an incredible journey in the past sixty years. It had been burned to the ground in
a vicious civil war, and is now a top fifteen world economy and is rapidly becoming world s plastic
surgery leader. It is known that American culture has come to dominate South Korea s culture in more
ways than one. But the area in which it made great inroads is Korean ageism. Since America has
gained cultural dominance over South Korea following America s introduction of cosmetic surgery,
they have become fixated on beauty enhancements, thus causing age discrimination to be rife. This
group culture of ideal normalcy symbolizes America s cultural dominance over South Korea. South
Korea has performed more cosmetic procedures than any other

Treatment Options of Acme Essay
The word acne comes from the word acme meaning the highest point , which comes from the Greek
akme meaning point or spot .
Acne is a skin condition that may occur due to hormonal changes during puberty or even during
pregnancy. Some attribute acne to external factors like greasy cosmetics and unhealthy diet. The
claims of a person s diet affecting their acne has not been verified yet. Another popular claim links
stress to acne, however, stress does not cause acne but it can contribute to worsen the condition. It is
characterized by visible blackheads, pustules, cysts and whiteheads. It can affect any part of the body,
like the face, neck, chest, shoulders or back and can occur in people of all age groups. Although, not a

More often than not, people wanting an extreme solution for acne opt for laser surgery which is said to
minimize the scars left behind on the skin. Another common treatment sought out by the
dermatologists today is ACCUTANE. Since, it affects people of all age groups, an effective treatment
is yet to be found that will have the same effect for everybody. But since, everybody s skin is different,
no such common remedy exists and only a dermatologist can examine an individual s skin and suggest
the best possible course of action for the treatment.
ACCUTANE:
Also known by the name Isotretinoin or (13 cis retinoic acid), Accutane is used for the treatment of
severe cases of acne. It is a form of vitamin A which reduces the amount of oil released by oil glands
in the skin, and helps the skin renew itself more quickly. Accutane has long been questioned regarding
the uneven balance of its pros and cons with the cons weighing on the heavier side. It has a long list of
particularly dangerous side effects associated with it due to which it can be prescribed only by specific
dermatologists in consultation with the manufacturers. It is administered orally in pill form and is
advised to be taken with a meal containing appropriate fat content, normally for 15 20 weeks (3.5 4.5
months), although it is also sometimes prescribed at lower dosages for up to six months or longer. It is
strictly advised to the patient to follow the instructions given by the

Description Of The Movie Nope
Luna awoke to a loud thud. She got out of her bed, worried about what she might see.
She went to the door, carefully opening it keeping her horn ready. On the other side of the door was
the last thing she expected to see. She saw a mailmare.
I have a letter for you, the mare said.
Thank you Luna grabbed the letter with her magic. Do you have any idea who sent it.
Nope. Some pony gave me this on the street and told me to give it to you; that s all I know.
Are you sure you can t remember anything about the pony who gave you this? Luna pointed at the
letter.
Yes, I m sure. I wasn t exactly paying much attention when she hoofed it to me. I m, sorry princess.

She completely forgot about the country, and she had pushed any thought it far out of her memory
until that moment. It was a blemish on her past. The country got her banished by her own sister and
now. Now the country was calling her to be its leader.
Her first thought was to tell Celestia right away. She needed to find out what her sister thought of it
the proposal, but then she started having second thoughts. Celestia would never allow her return to go
back there. Why would she ever let her return? It had destroyed their friendship. There was no way
she could tell Celestia about this.
At the same time, Celestia was her sister, and Luna couldn t let something as important as this go
untold. It was a terrible conundrum. She felt like neither solution was right.
It also crossed her mind that she could ignore the letter completely, but what if the ponies needed her.
They went all the way to Equestria to send a letter to her. Luna couldn t leave those ponies out to dry.
Luna weighed the odds. She could tell her sister about the letter, but that could reopen past wounds, or
she could ignore the letter and forget she ever got it. If she ignored it Celestia would eventually find
out.
Finally, she decided she would have to talk to her sister eventually, and decided to go ahead and get it
over with.
She went to Celestia s room. She prepared herself for a hard conversation. There was no way Celestia
would take the news lightly.
She walked to Celestia s door

Extinction Of Megafauna
Same ecological extinction happened when humans migrated to America 16,000 years ago. When the
northeastern Siberia and northwestern Alaska were connected due to low sea level, Homo sapiens
migrated to Alaska. When the glaciers melted after 2000 years since their arrival in Alaska, people
were able to travel to rest of the United States and eventually to South America. On their path to South
America, humans led to extinction of 34 out of 48 genera of large mammals in North America and 50
out of 60 genera in South America (Harari, 2015). Barnosky et al. (2016) also states that there has

With agriculture came domestication. Domestication is defined as humans changing the environment
and the ecosystems within the environment in order to make the Earth safer for humans and to gain
more beneficial and productive goods and services (Kareiva et al., 2007). Domestication can be
categorized to two big branches: domestication of plants and domestication of animals. Humans
facilitated domestication of plants through agricultural practices. Through artificial selection, humans
chose domesticate plants with traits that are most advantageous for humans survival, usually those that
yield the most food (Young, 2016). When these traits are selected repeatedly, domesticated crops
resulted in differing both physiologically and morphologically from its ancestor species.
Domestication suggests enlargement of plant structure. Bigger plant structure prompts an increase in
abundance and likelihood of herbivores that may feed off of these domesticated crops. Increase in seed
size also negatively correlates with toughness of seed coat. This relationship indicates that more
parasites are able to prey on these weak domesticated crops (Chen, 2015). Shang et al. (2014) also
establish a specific example and write that humans have purposefully domesticated cucumbers
without the bitter taste, which protected the species from herbivores. Without the bitter taste, the
cucumber species is now defenseless against herbivores

Horror of War Exposed in Erich Maria Remarque s All Quiet...
Horror of War Exposed in Erich Maria Remarque s All Quiet on the Western Front
Erich Maria Remarque s All Quiet on the Western Front is one of the greatest war novels of all time. It
is a story, not of Germans, but of men, who even though they may have escaped shells, were destroyed
by the war. The entire purpose of this novel is to illustrate the vivid horror and raw nature of war and
to change the popular belief that war has an idealistic and romantic character. The story centers on
Paul Baümer, who enlists in the German army with glowing enthusiasm. In the course of war, though,
he is consumed by it and in the end is weary, broken, burnt out, rootless, and without hope (Remarque
page #).
Through Baümer, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In these dangerous moments, anybody would have gone mad, have deserted their post, or have fallen.
it takes a special kind of soldier a soldier who will not go to pieces at the sight of a mutilated body to
deal with this emotional abuse; it takes a soldier like Baumer.
Baümer has grown accustomed to it. War is the cause of death like influenza and dysentery. The
deaths are merely more frequent, more varied and terrible. He has rid himself of all feelings and
thoughts. His emotions lie buried in the earth along with the soldiers who fell prey to them. His
dullness protects him from going mad at the sight of a slaughtered comrade or butchered friend. He
wants to live at all costs so every expression of his life must serve one purpose and one purpose only,
preservation of existence, and he is absolutely focused on that (page #). The cost of life is the death of
his emotions; his survival depends on it. Every shell that falls, every shot that fires, a soldier must face
the possible certainty of death. To Baumer, death carries hand grenades, a bayonet and a rifle to take
away what he has long protected his life.
Whenever he looks into the eyes of an enemy soldier, he does not see a man, but sees death staring
back at him. He has no choice; the enemy cannot and will not coexist with him. It

Exercise Is A Good And Normal Way For Lose Weight
Did you know, the percent of adults who are obese in the United States is 34.9% now, and it was
continually getting larger in the recent years (CDC)? What a surprise that more than 1 out of 3 adults
are obese in our country. Obesity can cause various health problems, such as high blood pressure,
diabetes, coronary heart disease, or even directly cause death. So, it is time to control and prevent
obesity. Exercise is a good and normal way to lose weight, but Melinda Moyer discusses about
another way, reducing the amount of carbs in people s daily lives. She leads readers to explore the
relation between carbs rich diet and obesity or chronic disease. Even though some other theories like
low fat diet were supported in the history, more facts and evidence prove that low carbs diet is the best
way to solve the problem. Moyer uses pathos, ethos and logos to persuade her audience to against
carbs, and choose low carb diet in her article Against The Grains. Pathos is the strategy that is used in
some sections of the article to appeal to audience s emotions. Moyer promptly attracts readers
attention by starting the article with her own experience of weight loss. She says she lost 15 pounds
because of the wheat free diet (Moyer 2). It may let readers (especially who are obese, and looking for
an efficient way to lose their weight) excited about this fact, and curious about how and why wheat
free diet helps with weight loss. Then, the readers will go through the following content

Inspect Your Exterior Doors for Damage In an emergency evacuation situation, you don t want poorly
constructed or maintained exterior doors trapping your employees inside. Take a few minutes to
inspect important aspects of the door, such as the hinges, the latch, and the knob. Questions to ask
when inspecting your doors include: Do the hinges move easily or haltingly? Is there any catch in the
latch or any trick you need to use to get it open? Does the door handle move easily or with difficulty?
Is the door too heavy for weaker employees to move? Does it swing inward, potentially preventing
people from escaping in a panic? If the answer to any of these questions is problematic, it may be time
to either get your door repaired or replaced. After all, you don t want an inward swinging door

An alternative approach of affinity chromatography with...
An alternative approach of affinity chromatography with extremely significant results is dye ligand
affinity chromatography. In this type of affinity chromatography, dyes compose the group of ligands
than are employed in the technique (Hage et al., 2012).
The initial motivation for scientists to investigate more about dye ligand affinity chromatography was
given after the interactions that took place between Blue Dextran, a Cibaron Blue and dextran
conjugate, which is used as a void marker in size exclusion chromatography, and particular kinases.
Until then, only purification of various proteins by size exclusion chromatography with Blue Dextran,

Sulfonic acid groups are responsible for molecules in order to be soluble enough in aqueous media.
Another crucial characteristic is the negative charge of these groups at all pH values. Carboxyl, amino,
chloride, or metal complexing groups can be part of these dyes, but in most of them nitrogen both in
and outside on aromatic ring can be included (Denizli and Pişkin, 2001).
The most popular dyes used for the purification of proteins are triazinyl based reactive dyes. The
synthesis procedure is mainly based on Cyanuric chloride or (1,3,5 trichloro sym triazine). In
particular, the fact that electronegative atoms are present is the reason for the three carbon atoms to be
characterized as extremely positive, and as a result they are very sensitive to nucleophilic attacks. The
attachment of chromophore molecules to this is extremely simple and so dichlorotriazinyl dyes can be
also formed (Denizli and Pişkin, 2001).
A characteristic example of this category of dyes is the Procion MX series (from Imperial Chemical
Industries). These series can also react later with aniline, sulfanilates or other nucleophilic substituents
in order to produce monochlorotriazinyl dyes like for example Cibacron (from Ciba Geigy) or Procion
H (from ICI).The exact position of the sulfonate group on the aniline ring is the main characteristic
that helps scientists to distinguish the two series, as in Procion H series it

The Transportation And Grocery Gaps Of San Diego
Listening to Sierra s answer, this customer s plight embodies the interconnectivity of the
transportation and grocery gaps that San Diego suffers from within areas in need. Though luckier than
most to have his own means of private transportation, this one particular customer was compelled to
drive a great distance to provide healthy juice for himself, a product that he would otherwise be
unexposed to without his car. As Gottlieb and Joshi highlight in their book Food Justice, the link
between the two aforementioned gaps grow wider and wider, feeding off each other and intensifying
the imbalances already existing (48). Therefore, an overabundance of fast food filled the gaps between
the market and the domestic areas, looking to attract high volume of in transit customers on busy
roadways, pushing nutrient food options further and further from dense urban population. As a result,
fast foods are purchased to conserve time, gas, and other expenses encountered to simply achieve a
journey to the grocery store. Even those stores that are nearby lack truly nutritious options, and
heavily advocate for non healthy diets to become daily habits over the wholesome alternative. Under
those circumstances, local markets like Stehly Farms are far from accessible to a great deal of the San
Diegan population. In reality, this customer possesses fortunate fundamentals such as knowledge,
transportation, and free time to frequent such a wonderful market and choose a healthier diet in short,

4 Effects Of The Proclamation Of Emergency
Four important effects of the proclamation mentioned in Article 353, 354, 358 and 359 are as follows:
The first important effect of the proclamation is : Contrary to the normal circumstances, during
proclamation of emergency, the Executive power of the Union extends to giving directions to the State
as to the manner in which the executive power is to be exercised. The legislative power of the Union
also is extended to making laws in the State List, for a State or a part thereof, and has an overriding
effect. This includes power to impose duties on the Union and its officers. The President is given
power to promulgate Ordinances in the matters included in the State List. The second important effect
of the proclamation is: As per the provisions of these articles, the financial arrangements between the

Georgia O Keeffe
The meaning of a word to me is not as exact as the meaning of a color. Colors and shapes make a
more definite statement than words. I write this because such odd things have been done about me
with words. I have often been told what to paint. I am often amazed at the spoken and written word
telling me what I have painted. I make this effort because no one else can know how my paintings
happen. Where I was born and where and how I have lived is unimportant. It is what I have done with
where I have been that should be of interest.

petunias, marigolds, and many more were reborn in her paintings. O Keeffe wasn t happy because
people looked at her paintings and tried to see them in the way of a female. She said, Well I made you
take time to look at what I saw and when you took time to really notice my flower you hung all your

the way she did because she was a female. She painted that way because that was how she saw things.
The flowers that she created epitomize her growth, success, magnetism, and energy at that certain
stage in her career. Her choice to paint these flowers was influenced by her early training, natural
attraction to flowers, and the idea of something fresh and fragile.
Close observations of O Keeffe s flowers show that she never really pursued the realistic approach.
She didn t paint every petal and detail. Instead she gave her flowers a life of their own, and expression

War In Tim O Brien s The Things They Carried
Going to war is scary and sometimes traumatizing. It can affect men and woman for several of years
afterwards, even until death. You cannot just erase what these men and woman have witnessed and
been through. These brave souls have to carry the embarrassment, the shame, and the guilt with them
forever. Going to war, and having to do all the horrific things soldiers do, can cause them to have Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder. When away from home and out into a horrific world soldiers tend to think
more of the actual world, and imagine what they could be doing instead of what they re actually doing
at the moment, and that gets them sidetracked. While not paying attention, other soldiers from near

Men and woman carry an extra 100 150 pounds on their back. They carry jackets, pants, grenades,
guns, personal items, etc. But where it weighs the most is up top. The emotional baggage they carry is
heavier than the extra weight on their backs. Soldiers have to deal with the embarrassment, and the
shame and guilt they felt inside. After Ted Lavender was shot dead, Jimmy Cross felt shame, and he
hated himself. He had been focusing on someone who wasn t there with him, someone who didn t

Men went to war out of embarrassment, they had fear of embarrassing themselves, their families, and

Reflection Of The Camino
The Camino Day 1: We left the College on Saturday, the 6th of May. The flight departed at 11:45 and
we didn t arrive at Biarritz until 2:50. Then we got a bus from the airport to St Jean Pied de Port, a
small village at the base of the Pyrenees Mountains. When we got to St Jean, I was taken aback by the
town. It was a mixture of old streets and building from centuries ago and modern roads and shops. We
had a mass in the local parish before we got to explore the town. It was late by then so most of the
shops were closed, but you still got a feel for the town as we strolled down the narrow streets. A
parade was commencing when we were wandering around that was celebrating the Basque Region s
heritage. They were dressed in their traditional clothes and were waving the Basque flag. I didn t
know about the Basque Region s fight for independence before then but Mr. Mccormack explained it
to me. To greatly simplify it, the citizens of the Basque Region believe they shouldn t be members of
France and Spain because they have their own traditions, customs and lifestyles that oppose those of
the French and Spanish. After exploring the town we returned to the hotel, reflected on the day, ate

Analysis Of Literary Modernism
Literary modernism was a reaction against realism which was developed to depict real rural life
(Campbell, 2017). As people begun to relocate to city areas many writers and artist took to redefining
the meaning of a realistic life. It was believed that one way of life no longer fit for everyone and
modernism introduced literature and art that began to question and show various perspectives of life.
Peter Childs explains that modernist writing plunges the reader into confusing and difficult mental
landscape which cannot be immediately understood... (Childs 15). Uncommon poetry and prose
stemmed from this modernist development. A popular one being Nella Larsen s Passing, which
encompasses two African American women who are particularly ... Show more content on

As there was a rapid change in normal modernist literature searched for new realities and discerned
what was unreal within them. The novel Passing serves as an example that encompasses and illustrates
what Childs refers to as the modernist creation of the tradition of the new . Nella Larsen s Passing was
published in 1929, it was narrated by Irene Redfield as she reunites with a childhood acquaintance that
is African American but passes as a white woman in all areas of her life. Clare, Irene s acquaintance,
who passes as white explores the uncertainty of reality as she steps into the lifestyles of an African
American during the Harlem Renaissance, and Irene also explores her own uncertainty. Though many
critics have stated that race in the novel is mainly to serve as a source of suspense. I agree with
Jennifer Brody the author of Clare Kendry s True Colors, that race is the forefront issue within the
story and it is related to issues of class and sexuality (1). Passing erupted a fascination of the realities
of passing characters both in black and white characters. Revealing the interest of ambiguity that
many African Americans faced during this time period. The author of Nella Larsen s biography argues
that the main characters are not completely opposite but are especially meant to be developed as
complex and

Literature Review On Safety Culture
CHAPTER TWO: LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1 Safety Cultures in the Workplace
Safety culture in an organization can be described as the product of individual and group values,
attitudes, perceptions, competencies and behaviour patterns that determine the commitment to, and the
style and proficiency of, an organization s health and safety management (Hughes and Ferrett 2016:
67). As such, organizations that embrace a positive safety culture are characterised by communications
that are founded on mutual trust, through shared perceptions of the importance of safety, and by
confidence in the efficacy of preventive measures (Hughes and Ferrett 2016: 67). Hale (2000)
reiterates the same notion by adding that safety culture is not only a component of organizational
culture, but also has an impact on the safety level within the organization.
Safety cultures in the healthcare There has been a lot of focused attention on patient safety by policy
makers, practitioners and academicians in the last few years (Brennan et al, 1991; Wilson et al, 1995;
Vincent et al, 2000) stemming from studies that have indicated the existence of problems with patient
safety (Mannion, Davies and Marshall, 2005: 23).
Various safety problems that have been noted in the health sector can be argued to be caused by
common cultural influences. First, is the problem of blame culture that is prevalent in most health
institutions (Mannion, Davies and Marshall, 2005: 23). Pearn, Mulrooney and Payne (1998: 11)
describe the

Airport Perimeter Security
Airport operations, with the assistance and oversight of the Transportation Safety Administration
(TSA) are responsible for securing approximately 450 commercial airports in the United States.
Security breaches frequently occur when aviation employees misuse access privileges to smuggle
drugs and weapons onto planes and into restricted locations. While the majority of security efforts are
focused on TSA screening checkpoints, recent incidents in unsecure areas have heighted threat
awareness and concerns. Consequently, many questions were raised following an active shooter
incident that occurred in a baggage claim area of the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport
on January 6, 2017. The intense scrutiny placed at checkpoints in airports, but not on the perimeter, is

To further complicate matters, TSA has no clear structure for responsibility, accountability, and
authority at most airports, and the potential lack of local government resources makes it difficult to
issue and enforce higher standards to counter new threats . (Department of Homeland Security, 2015)
Although not predominantly responsible for airport Perimeter security, TSA functions to make certain
that airport operations is following applicable Federal security guidelines and procedures. In
furtherance of these duties, TSA assesses Perimeter security with respect to alarm systems, closed
circuit television, barriers, and fencing. Moreover, the inspections are ranked with the largest airports
receiving the highest priority. Upon review, an evaluation of airport operations security functions is
necessary to fully appreciate and understand underlying issues that result from designated homeland

Machiavelli s Film Mr. Smith Goes To Washington
Niccolò Machiavelli was notorious for his actions and writings as a politician and philosopher, among
many other political and humanitarian titles. He lived in a time period during which Italy was rife with
political conflict, with city states battling each other for power. Machiavelli formated specific opinions
based on his experiences and what he witnessed of others whilst being in and out of the throes of
Italian government. He ended up writing one of his most famous works, The Prince , in an attempt to
return back to power. Within this work, he analyzes the complexities of governance in a sort of how to
guide style meant for a would be ruler. The significance of his analysis comes from his unsentimental
and realistic view of human nature ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The politics of our government today have become increasingly corrupted, which plays to Machiavelli
s disbelief in a more benevolent human nature. In the film Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, a young
senator truly possesses the honesty and virtuosity that most politicians exude and gets completely and
utterly chewed up and spit out by the governmental system. When trying to put a bill into motion, his
political comrades fail to support him and betray him in order to maintain their self interests. Both in
films like these and in real life, virtue tends to become a thing of presentation in order to gain public
approval and loyalty. A highly relevant instance of this is our current presidential election. Both of our
candidates have their evident faults, but they have made appeals to the ethos and pathos of American
citizens and tried to come off as virtuous in their own ways. Social media completely promotes these
tactics, and the government s politics and their connection to appearance over virtue aligns with
Machiavelli s principles. It is evident that the advice he provided to future rulers in The Prince has
evolved and ingrained itself within the very core of America s political

The Pros And Cons Of Online Privacy
Chapter 5 deals with a disturbing topic involving online privacy. The word privacy means the access
the media, companies, or strangers may have about someone. There are countless ways in which
technology compromises privacy. Sometimes people can control private information, but oftentimes
individuals have no control over it. Additionally, data mining has made it possible for companies to
accurately target customers by obtaining personal user data and creating customized advertisements.
With these technological tools, people must express concern and take their privacy more seriously.
First this chapter defines privacy as access others have about other individuals. There are harms when
people have too much information about others, but there are also harms with too much privacy. For
instance, some benefits of privacy are that people are free to express their ideas to others or be
themselves. Some disadvantages of too much privacy are that some people engage in immoral
behavior without getting caught. Like the right to life, liberty, and to own property, my wonder if there
is also a right to privacy. Warren and Brandeis claim that people have a right to be left alone and that
the press oversteps its boundaries. Additionally, Judith Jarvis Thomson strongly believes that privacy
rights are a violation of other rights. Throughout this chapter, most authors agree that privacy is a
prudent right which state that there must be some privacy right since they would benefit an entire

and with the help of his friend he improved in making animated movies. Later, Jeff Katzenberg, David

Red Mangroves
Mangroves are trees and shrubs that grow in saline coastal habitats in the tropics and subtropics
mainly between latitudes 25° N and 25° S. The saline conditions tolerated by various species range
from brackish water, through pure seawater (30 to 40 ppt), to water of over twice the salinity of ocean
seawater, where the salt has become concentrated by evaporation (up to 90 ppt).[1][2]
The many species of trees and shrubs adapted to saline conditions are not all closely related, and the
term mangrove may be used for all of them, or more narrowly only for the mangrove family of plants,
the Rhizophoraceae, or even more specifically just for mangrove trees of the genus Rhizophora.

Shrimps and mud lobsters use the muddy bottom as their home.[10] Mangrove crabs mulch the
mangrove leaves, adding nutritients to the mangal muds for other bottom feeders.[11] In at least some
cases, export of carbon fixed in mangroves is important in coastal food webs.
Mangrove plantations in Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and India host several commercially
important species of fish and crustaceans. Despite restoration efforts, developers and others have
removed over half of the world s mangroves in recent times.

Of the recognized 110 mangrove species, only about 54 species in 20 genera from 16 families

Demonstrating convergent evolution, many of these species found similar solutions to the tropical
conditions of variable salinity, tidal range (inundation), anaerobic soils and intense sunlight. Plant
biodiversity is generally low in a given mangal.[1] This is especially true in higher latitudes and in the
Americas. The greatest biodiversity occurs in the mangal of New Guinea, Indonesia and Malaysia.[12]

Tony The Tiger
Tigers are one of the fiercest species in the jungle, known for being courageous, strong, ambitious, and

traits of the tiger I always wondered why people described themselves as the animal. Tigers have been
a great part of American culture, there is Tony the Tiger on the cover of the Frosted Flakes package,
Tigger the energetic tiger from the animated series Winnie the Pooh , there is even two famous songs,
one by a band named Survivor called Eye of the Tiger and another by famous pop singer Katy Perry

two types of screens that it could possibly be. During this period cell phones were not created so that
is out, computers were not invented yet so that is another no, but there were screens for doors and
screens from a television. I am going to go with door screen because as the protagonist is a mother she
had duties to fulfill at the house, and sitting watching tv was not going to get anything accomplished.
As Aunt Jennifer is washing dishes, and tidying up the house for her hard working husband, she looks
outside from her depressing life and looks at her pride and joy, her children. Going back to the
meaning of tigers with their courage, ambitions, and strength the protagonist has none because she
gave it all to her children. You can tell that Jennifer has pride in her children from the words that are
being used in the first stanza, chivalry , and do not fear , they are strong, and they will continue to give
great joy and love. By the actions, and thoughts of Aunt Jennifer there you can see how she really
feels about her everyday life, by using psychoanalytical criticism you can see that she loves being a
mother to her children, but hates being a

A Contract Of Employment Contract
A contract of employment is a type of a contract used in labor law to attribute rights and
responsibilities between parties to a contract (Blum, 2007). On the one end stands an employee who is
employed by an employer . A written employment contract is a document that someone and their
employee sign which sets forth the terms and conditions of the employment relationship (Tepper,
2011). Many rules, exceptions and considerations apply when dealing with employment contracts.
Suppose that the Fabulous Hotel hires you as head chef under a two year employment contract. After
two years, another hotel wants to hire you. However, in the original employment contract you signed
with the fabulous Hotel, the following paragraph appears: The below signed agrees not to work as a
chef for another hotel in the same metropolitan area for a period of two years after leaving our employ.
First, it is crucial to know and understand which law governs the employment contract. According to
Seaquist, contract law is governed by the common law or the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
(Seaquist, 2012). If the contract handles the sales of goods, it is governed by the UCC (Seaquist,
2012). If the contract handles anything besides the sale of goods (such as real estate, insurance,
personal services like employment, etc.) then it is governed by the common law (Seaquist, 2012).
When a business or employer hires an employee to join the staff, the employee enters into a contract

Persuasive Speech On Domestic Violence
ONE STEP TOWARDS JUSTICE:
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Right now, right at this very instant, a silent war all across the nation is being waged. A violation of
humanity, a crime that is least prosecuted, and a great threat endangering the lives of thousands of
women and children daily. Of course, I am talking about harsh reality of domestic violence. We live in
a time where domestic violence is kept a taboo subject, a shameful secret that shouldn t be let out. We
know it s happening, and even hear or see the events. But who s taking action?
I can stand here and give you a list of statistics about this issue, but is that all it is? A statistic? Sadly
enough, people look at this endless crime as just a figure or percentage, we re shocked at first but
nothing more. So today, I am taking the first step, a step towards justice, a step to end the struggle, and
a step to save our nation.
And yes, I m not anyone special, I don t study the topic, nor am I a survivor of domestic violence
myself. But I m here to tell a story. I m here to make a change. And I m here to encourage all of you to
do the same.
I m going to share an experience I had. Something that I ve regretted and hated myself for since,
knowing that help could ve been sought earlier. A few years back, I was catching up with a family
member and noticed a faint bruise on her face. Naturally, I asked her what had happened but she just
brushed it off, told me it was nothing but a sport injury. Weeks progressed, and the bruises became
worse and worse, but I stop questioning. To me, she still seemed the happy go lucky girl I knew and
loved, the only difference were these markings. But let me tell you, sometimes the people who seem
happiest, are actually hurting the most. And this was exactly the case. Flashforward a few months, and
her partner was being trialled and charged under the case of domestic abuse.
Although there were so many signs, my ignorance restrained me from helping her help herself.
Needless to say, I was absolutely disgusted. And to this day, I still can t even begin the fathom how
anyone could possibly put their hands on someone they loved. To purposely harm their significant
other and act like everything is fine. And to the victims who have to live

Case Study On Infosys
Indian companies have finally woken up from their slumber to take cognizance of the stark correlation
between managing their succession plan and their financial turnover.
Infosys should receive a gold star to demonstrate how to fail at succession planning. Their
performance graph has been declining and they have lost their title of being the industry bellweather,
which clearly indicates that they have to deal with people who head the organization.
WHAT WENT WRONG ?
Infosys, through its life of 32 years, has always been led by one of the founders like Narayana Murthy,
Nandan Nilekani, S Gopalkrishnan and SD Shibulal.

2. In order to identify the internal candidates, they should first earmark some requisite competencies
To turn around the company, the new manager should be innovative, and expertise in high sales area
like cloud computing which allows clients to ditch bulky and costly servers for network based
software and storage in remote data centres.
Infosys, being a risk averse company, could not move up the value chain and should try to reverse this
trend by recruiting a leader who can take bold steps and calculated risks.
He should be able to fill the leadership vacuum created by the exodus of senior members, many of
whom were responsible for key business sectors and winning clients.
3. After identifying these competencies, they should identify the high potential employees.
This can be done by using 360 degree feedback. Though this is subjective, it has some effectiveness.
The benefit if this will be that the scarce resources will be directed at coaching those employees which
show maximum promise. This will enhance

Historical Context Of Le Corbusier
When considering the cultural and social aspects of a building, one must study the historical context of
its construction. In the 1920 s, European architecture was beginning to integrate traditional elements
with the new social demands for modern technology. Although many architects and engineers were
involved, Le Corbusier was the French architect who people today believe led this architectural
revolution in Europe. Few are aware of the fact that Pierre Chareau also played a significant role in
this modernist movement. Originally a furniture designer, the Maison de Verre was his first full scale
architectural project. Doctor Jean Dalsace and his wife Annie commissioned Chareau to design their

As you walk through the typical Parisian entrance door of 31 Rue Saint Guillaume in the stylish sixth
arrondissement of Paris, you find yourself standing in front of a large glass box. Although one could
argue that the Maison de Verre is an interruption in the continuity of the Haussmannian buildings of
the neighbourhood, it is still hidden away and shielded from the public eye. It may look like the odd
one out, but it reflects the personality of Chareau himself as many architects today consider him as an
outsider . It must be remembered that the Maison de Verre, although an overall individual achievement
in the eyes of modern architecture, was a collaboration between Pierre Chareau and Bernard Bijvoet, a
contemporary Dutch architect who kept a low and modest profile in relation to the buildings he
contributed to. In addition, the skilled metalworker and craftsman Louis Dalbet contributed to the
fabrication of the mechanical toys. Although it received initial criticism for its controversial nature,
the Maison de Verre is a unique and significant contribution to 20th century architecture. Since its
construction, the Maison de Verre has proven to be a touchstone for architects throughout the world,
including Richard Rogers, Renzo Piano, Jean Nouvel, Glenn Murcutt and many others

This lead Phil to do outrages this suck as steal money and drive on railroad trucks not caring about his life and who he was. Jean Paul Sartre said, Life has no meaning the moment you lose the illusion of being eternal. Life had no meaning to Phil once he knew he would be stuck living the same day. When Phil didn t live for himself life becomes dull, boring and lonely, he had to deal with the consequences of this inauthenticity. Phil came to realization that if he could not change his life today maybe he could change other s. In the beginning Phil lived life inauthentically, he lived for society and followed what society thought had power. Phil did not change in a second even his first few days experiencing Groundhog Day over and over he still lived for society. Phil went out of his way to flaunt his money and make advances to sleep with women, two things in society s view men must have to be liked or have power. When Phil begins to realize this, he becomes lonely and commits suicide everyday knowing he still must relive Groundhog Day, instead of living a miserable life Phil decides to do good deeds from changing tires to saving lives. He began to have good faith, he became authentic. He lived for himself not society he began ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

For the solutions, identify the solute and the solvent. a) Cloudy pond water heterogeneous mixture, this is because it is cloudy, solute is dirt particles in the water there is clay and humus. b) Apple juice is a homogeneous solution, water is the solvent there are organic acids, sugars and gums c) Rain water is a homogeneous mixture, rainwater is nearly a distilled water. The mixture is not cloudy and no separate particles are visible. d) 14 karat gold in jewelry homogeneous mixture, in this case the gold is the solvent, as it is 14 parts gold, and pure gold is 24 karat leaving the other 10 parts of other metals. Gold is the solvent and the other metals are the solutes in this case. 43. which of the following substances is or are likely to be very soluble in water? Explain your reasoning. a) Gasoline (octane, C8H18) is not soluable, this is because gas is not polar. b) Methanol (CH3OH) is the most soluable, it will make a solution with water. This is due to the OH for H bonding, the polarity of the molecule and the size being the smallest alcohol. c) Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) is very highly soluble in water because of the CO3 2 , polarity, and the high ionic character of the bond. 44. About 40 different authors contributed to the writing of the Bible, over approximately 1500 years. The authors were kings, fishermen, priests, government officials, farmers, shepherds, and doctors. The unity of the Bible is due to the fact that it has one author, God Himself. The Bible is God breathed (2 Timothy 3:16). Human authors wrote what God wanted them to write, and the result was holy and perfect Word of God (Psalm 12: 6; 2 Peter 1:21). The Bible is divided into two major parts: the Old and New Testament. In short, the Old Testament is the history of a people, and the New Testament, the history of a man. People was the way God brought the Man Jesus Christ in the world. Jesus is the central figure of the Bible. Indeed, the whole book is about him. Old Testament predicts His coming and sets the stage for His entrance into the world. The New Testament describes His coming and His work to bring salvation to our sinful world. The country got her banished by her own sister and now. Now the country was calling her to be its leader. Her first thought was to tell Celestia right away. She needed to find out what her sister thought of it the proposal, but then she started having second thoughts. Celestia would never allow her return to go back there. Why would she ever let her return? It had destroyed their friendship. There was no way she could tell Celestia about this. At the same time, Celestia was her sister, and Luna couldn t let something as important as this go untold. She could tell her sister about the letter, but that could reopen past wounds, or she could ignore the letter and forget she ever got it. If she ignored it Celestia would eventually find out. Finally, she decided she would have to talk to her sister eventually, and decided to go ahead and get it over with.

When the northeastern Siberia and northwestern Alaska were connected due to low sea level, Homo sapiens migrated to Alaska. When the glaciers melted after 2000 years since their arrival in Alaska, people were able to travel to rest of the United States and eventually to South America. On their path to South America, humans led to extinction of 34 out of 48 genera of large mammals in North America and 50 out of 60 genera in South America (Harari, 2015). Barnosky et al. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... With agriculture came domestication. Domestication is defined as humans changing the environment and the ecosystems within the environment in order to make the Earth safer for humans and to gain more beneficial and productive goods and services (Kareiva et al., 2007). Domestication can be categorized to two big branches: domestication of plants and domestication of animals. Humans facilitated domestication of plants through agricultural practices. Through artificial selection, humans chose domesticate plants with traits that are most advantageous for humans survival, usually those that yield the most food (Young, 2016). When these traits are selected repeatedly, domesticated crops resulted in differing both physiologically and morphologically from its ancestor species. Domestication suggests enlargement of plant structure. Bigger plant structure prompts an increase in abundance and likelihood of herbivores that may feed off of these domesticated crops. Increase in seed size also negatively correlates with toughness of seed coat. This relationship indicates that more parasites are able to prey on these weak domesticated crops (Chen, 2015). Shang et al. (2014) also establish a specific example and write that humans have purposefully domesticated cucumbers without the bitter taste, which protected the species from herbivores. Without the bitter taste, the cucumber species is now defenseless against herbivores ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Horror of War Exposed in Erich Maria Remarque s All Quiet on the Western Front Erich Maria Remarque s All Quiet on the Western Front is one of the greatest war novels of all time. It is a story, not of Germans, but of men, who even though they may have escaped shells, were destroyed by the war. The entire purpose of this novel is to illustrate the vivid horror and raw nature of war and to change the popular belief that war has an idealistic and romantic character. The story centers on Paul Baümer, who enlists in the German army with glowing enthusiasm. In the course of war, though, he is consumed by it and in the end is weary, broken, burnt out, rootless, and without hope (Remarque page #). Through Baümer, ... Baümer has grown accustomed to it. War is the cause of death like influenza and dysentery. The deaths are merely more frequent, more varied and terrible. He has rid himself of all feelings and thoughts. His emotions lie buried in the earth along with the soldiers who fell prey to them. His dullness protects him from going mad at the sight of a slaughtered comrade or butchered friend. He wants to live at all costs so every expression of his life must serve one purpose and one purpose only, preservation of existence, and he is absolutely focused on that (page #). The cost of life is the death of his emotions; his survival depends on it. Every shell that falls, every shot that fires, a soldier must face the possible certainty of death. To Baumer, death carries hand grenades, a bayonet and a rifle to take away what he has long protected his life. Whenever he looks into the eyes of an enemy soldier, he does not see a man, but sees death staring back at him. He has no choice; the enemy cannot and will not coexist with him. It ... Even though some other theories like low fat diet were supported in the history, more facts and evidence prove that low carbs diet is the best way to solve the problem. Moyer uses pathos, ethos and logos to persuade her audience to against carbs, and choose low carb diet in her article Against The Grains. Pathos is the strategy that is used in some sections of the article to appeal to audience s emotions. Moyer promptly attracts readers attention by starting the article with her own experience of weight loss. She says she lost 15 pounds because of the wheat free diet (Moyer 2). It may let readers (especially who are obese, and looking for an efficient way to lose their weight) excited about this fact, and curious about how and why wheat free diet helps with weight loss. Follow this simple process to get your employees ready to deal with multiple emergency fire situations. Make Sure Your Suppression System Meets Code There are a variety of different safety codes that your fire suppression system must pass before it is considered safe. These codes are set up by the NFPA and vary depending on the type of system and the situation you use. Check out these guidelines to get a feel for whether or not your fire suppression system is currently up to code. For example, one section of codes deals with the practices necessary for the properties protected by sprinkler and standpipe fire suppression systems. These ... Inspect Your Exterior Doors for Damage In an emergency evacuation situation, you don t want poorly constructed or maintained exterior doors trapping your employees inside. Take a few minutes to inspect important aspects of the door, such as the hinges, the latch, and the knob. Questions to ask when inspecting your doors include: Do the hinges move easily or haltingly? Is there any catch in the latch or any trick you need to use to get it open? Does the door handle move easily or with difficulty? Is the door too heavy for weaker employees to move? Does it swing inward, potentially preventing people from escaping in a panic? If the answer to any of these questions is problematic, it may be time to either get your door repaired or replaced. After all, you don t want an inward swinging door dooming your employees to a death by fire. Bring It Together With a Fire Drill Conducting fire drills is the best way to check how prepared your employees are for an emergency. In this type of affinity chromatography, dyes compose the group of ligands than are employed in the technique (Hage et al., 2012). The initial motivation for scientists to investigate more about dye ligand affinity chromatography was given after the interactions that took place between Blue Dextran, a Cibaron Blue and dextran conjugate, which is used as a void marker in size exclusion chromatography, and particular kinases. Until then, only purification of various proteins by size exclusion chromatography with Blue Dextran, like for example, erythrocyte pyruvate kinase, phosphofructokinase, glutathione reductase, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Sulfonic acid groups are responsible for molecules in order to be soluble enough in aqueous media. Another crucial characteristic is the negative charge of these groups at all pH values. Carboxyl, amino, chloride, or metal complexing groups can be part of these dyes, but in most of them nitrogen both in and outside on aromatic ring can be included (Denizli and Pişkin, 2001). The most popular dyes used for the purification of proteins are triazinyl based reactive dyes. The synthesis procedure is mainly based on Cyanuric chloride or (1,3,5 trichloro sym triazine). In particular, the fact that electronegative atoms are present is the reason for the three carbon atoms to be characterized as extremely positive, and as a result they are very sensitive to nucleophilic attacks. The attachment of chromophore molecules to this is extremely simple and so dichlorotriazinyl dyes can be also formed (Denizli and Pişkin, 2001). A characteristic example of this category of dyes is the Procion MX series (from Imperial Chemical Industries). These series can also react later with aniline, sulfanilates or other nucleophilic substituents in order to produce monochlorotriazinyl dyes like for example Cibacron (from Ciba Geigy) or Procion H (from ICI).The exact position of the sulfonate group on the aniline ring is the main characteristic that helps scientists to distinguish the two series, as in Procion H series it ... The Transportation And Grocery Gaps Of San Diego Listening to Sierra s answer, this customer s plight embodies the interconnectivity of the transportation and grocery gaps that San Diego suffers from within areas in need. Though luckier than most to have his own means of private transportation, this one particular customer was compelled to drive a great distance to provide healthy juice for himself, a product that he would otherwise be unexposed to without his car. As Gottlieb and Joshi highlight in their book Food Justice, the link between the two aforementioned gaps grow wider and wider, feeding off each other and intensifying the imbalances already existing (48). Therefore, an overabundance of fast food filled the gaps between the market and the domestic areas, looking to attract high volume of in transit customers on busy roadways, pushing nutrient food options further and further from dense urban population. As a result, fast foods are purchased to conserve time, gas, and other expenses encountered to simply achieve a journey to the grocery store. Even those stores that are nearby lack truly nutritious options, and heavily advocate for non healthy diets to become daily habits over the wholesome alternative. Under those circumstances, local markets like Stehly Farms are far from accessible to a great deal of the San Diegan population. • 22. Literature Review On Safety Culture CHAPTER TWO: LITERATURE REVIEW 2.1 Safety Cultures in the Workplace Safety culture in an organization can be described as the product of individual and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies and behaviour patterns that determine the commitment to, and the style and proficiency of, an organization s health and safety management (Hughes and Ferrett 2016: 67). As such, organizations that embrace a positive safety culture are characterised by communications that are founded on mutual trust, through shared perceptions of the importance of safety, and by confidence in the efficacy of preventive measures (Hughes and Ferrett 2016: 67). Hale (2000) reiterates the same notion by adding that safety culture is not only a component of organizational culture, but also has an impact on the safety level within the organization. Safety cultures in the healthcare There has been a lot of focused attention on patient safety by policy makers, practitioners and academicians in the last few years (Brennan et al, 1991; Wilson et al, 1995; Vincent et al, 2000) stemming from studies that have indicated the existence of problems with patient safety (Mannion, Davies and Marshall, 2005: 23). Various safety problems that have been noted in the health sector can be argued to be caused by common cultural influences. First, is the problem of blame culture that is prevalent in most health institutions (Mannion, Davies and Marshall, 2005: 23). Pearn, Mulrooney and Payne (1998: 11) describe the ... The word privacy means the access the media, companies, or strangers may have about someone. There are countless ways in which technology compromises privacy. Sometimes people can control private information, but oftentimes individuals have no control over it. Additionally, data mining has made it possible for companies to accurately target customers by obtaining personal user data and creating customized advertisements. With these technological tools, people must express concern and take their privacy more seriously. First this chapter defines privacy as access others have about other individuals. There are harms when people have too much information about others, but there are also harms with too much privacy. For instance, some benefits of privacy are that people are free to express their ideas to others or be themselves. Some disadvantages of too much privacy are that some people engage in immoral behavior without getting caught. Like the right to life, liberty, and to own property, my wonder if there is also a right to privacy. Warren and Brandeis claim that people have a right to be left alone and that the press oversteps its boundaries. Additionally, Judith Jarvis Thomson strongly believes that privacy rights are a violation of other rights.
