Through the Test Tube, we hoped that the Carbon Dioxide given off would travel through the tube and
turn the Lime Water (used as an indicator) into a milky colour. Without much surprise it did and we
could conclude that the Yeast did give off Carbon Dioxide, much like our previous experiment
(Carbon Dioxide given off by the Yeast causing the Dough to rise).
Conclusion: From our results I can safely assume that my Hypothesis was correct for both
experiments and I can now, for sure, say that Yeast does cause Dough to rise. Other than stating that
obvious fact, not much can be said for the first experiment other than we proved Yeast is extremely
important for making the Dough rise. Without the Yeast giving off Carbon Dioxide, the Dough wouldn

For our Alcoholic Fermentation experiment, once again, my Hypothesis was right on the mark. The
Fermentation caused by the Yeast created heat, warming up the tube. Also it turns the sugar into
Alcohol and simply smelling the Test Tube, after the experiment, can also prove this as Alcohol has a

The aim of this assignment is to compare and contrast two theories or theorists of counselling from
psychodynamic, humanistic or cognitive behavioural traditions and also to assess their strengths and
weaknesses. This essay will focus on exploring the contrasting ideas and approaches of Carl Rogers
who is a key figure associated with the person centered approach and Fritz Perls who developed
Gestalt therapy. Although they are both regarded as humanistic counsellors, they share a very different
approach when working with clients. I have chosen to analyse these two theorists because of their
contrasting styles, in particular my curiosity was sparked after viewing both Perls and Rogers sessions

Before I was a mathematics major, a tutor in college for math and physics, or even a high school
graduate, I was a gang member. I belonged to a local street gang in my community since the age of
fifteen. I have survived, seen, and done things that people only see in movies. I got involved with
gangs at the young age of eleven. Growing up in my neighborhood I didn t really have a choice I got
raised into it, I became a product of my environment influenced by the streets.

Abstract
This paper examines the Dinosaurs of the Jurassic Period. The paper considers the holistic view of the
Jurassic period in addition to the Dinosaurs that roamed the Earth during this period. Finally, historical
consideration evidence leading to the demise or disappearance of the dinosaurs. Analysis is based
upon research conducted from ten academic reference sites. The paper provides an understanding of
the different species that lived during the Jurassic period and the environmental and climatic

concrete conclusions regarding the climate during the Jurassic times, we do know that the forests
flourished and the dinosaurs grew larger than ever before.
Research has shown the flora distributions of the Jurassic period indicate a wide array of ferns,
ginkgoes, conifers, bennettitaleans and cycads, many of which still exist today (Palmer, 2002). In the
Jurassic life, the conifers were the most variegated of the large trees, and among those were the
ginkgos. Ginkoes carpeted the mid to high northern latitudes, and podocarps, a type of conifer, were
particularly successful south of the Equator (Unknown, n.d.). The ostensibly palm like cyads were
very diverse and abundant; so much so that the Jurassic period could also be referred to as the Age of

Annie depends on her mother to show her how to live life. An example of Annie s dependency on her
mother shows when she states the only way I could reach the water was to climb and get on my

character Percival King Leary appropriately as he treated his dear friend Manny Oz very poorly.
Although Leary made many mistakes in his friendship with Manfred, he manages to redeem himself at
the end of the novel. In this paper, I will explain how Leary betrays Manny, how he feels guilt
throughout the entire novel, and finally, how he manages to redeem himself in the end. Leary
