Human Resource Management

➾ Prepare/ maintain updated documentation of the candidate (Appointment letter, Offer Letter, Extension letters,
Relieving letter, etc.)
➾ Participate in modifying HR and office related policies and communicating the same to employees across the
hierarchy
➾ Work on Web based Leave Management Systems (SQL Database) and ERP Management Systems (SQL Database)
➾ Issue ID card to 5 location employees, visiting card for all employees
➾ Set up medical health insurance for employee/ family across company, bank account for new recruits and existing

Payroll Administration
➾ Accountable for Payroll Generation of new joinees as well as existing employees (whenever required)
➾ Manage annual salary revision based on market benchmarking
➾ Collaborate with various support teams in preparing/ maintaining monthly payroll by collating information from
concerned departments
➾ Manage reimbursement, salary slips. Ensure compliance to labor laws in resolving payroll, salary, leaves, PF related
issues. Update payment status to finance for payouts by presenting detailed reports and MIS
➾ Monitor monthly attendance & leave, maintain updated employee details for processing of salary
➾ Track CTC records of existing employees as per minimum wage, CTC revision as per minimum wage notification
➾ Coordinate activities related to exit formalities, processing of full and final settlement
Compensation & Benefits Management
➾ Implement various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees
➾ Make monthly order of Sodexo Meal coupons as per eligibility.
➾ Prepare the IOM for Variable part as per eligibility.
➾ Design salary structure aligned to organizational requirements and prevailing industry trends
➾ Revaluate and implement employee’s benefits rules as per changing requirement and market trend
➾ Negotiate with insurance companies pertaining to various types of insurance & medical coverage to employees

Performance Management
➾ Conduct performance appraisal across the organizational hierarchy and set up framework for authenticating
performance appraisal systems linked to reward management
➾ Define/ implement policies related to increment, incentive & other remuneration policies
➾ Set up performance appraisal, performance-linked bonus, performance-based reward system and performance
contracting system using various tools like KPI and Balance score card
➾ Prepare Self-Assessment forms as per appraisal category
➾ Prepare Group/Department/Branch-wise Score Sheet
➾ Prepare self-assessment sheet , calculate individual score/ incentive and draft increment letter
Employee Relations / Employee Welfare Management
➾ Participate in employee engagement and CSR activities (group outing/ picnic and year end party); national festival
celebrations, conduct internal seminars and events
➾ Enhance employee satisfaction by implementing various employee welfare schemes like easy loans, Mediclaim and
insurance. Implement sports, games and other cultural activities aimed at team building
➾ Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies and processes
➾ Efficiently handle employee queries on Leave, Policies, Attendance, resignation, clearance, etc.
Organization Development/ Change Management
➾ conduct employee satisfaction survey/ organizational climate surveys for performance
➾ Set up processes/ systems for streamlining employee communication, employee retention, grievance handling,

Shop & Establishment
➾ Laison with govt. offices and courts for any dispute & Legal cases.
➾ Ensuring the renewal of 3 Companies Shop Act registrations on yearly basic.
➾ Prepare/ submit ESIC-Online declaration form, Monthly challan, half yearly return, PF calculating and challan
➾ Maintain updated salary register; prepare statutory compliances, F&F, Bonus Register, Gratuity, policy, tax
calculations of individual employees, disbursement of Form 16
➾ Ensure to complete the all statutory & compliance formality by contract vender (Housekeeping, Security, Electrician
etc.)
Leave Management
➾ Ensure to allocate statutory leave time to time in employees in AMS.
➾ Verify the availed leaves by employees as per policy.
➾ Responsible for prepare the data of earned leave for yearly encashment.
➾ Daily in/out report for supervisor.
Quality Management
➾ Interact in QMS & ISMS, internal and external audits under quality management.
➾ Monitor implementation of control documents for from the Joining to exit of employee.
➾ Understand requirements, design formats, deploy formats, follow up with Business development Team, Client
Services Department, and Quality team and validate data.
➾ Supervise the maintenance of employee personnel records.
➾ Initiate and conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for
corrective/disciplinary actions.
➾ Represent the management at meetings that involve employee benefits, compensation and discipline issues.

Database Management
➾ Responsible for maintenance and back-end support of Employee’s Information System Software (oracle/ open source
ERP)
➾ Manage and maintain a computerized database of personnel, ERP database, HRM Software as well as Time &
Attendance Management.
Business Visa Processing
➾ Designed & Implemented Overseas Travel Policy and Visa Application Policy & Procedure.
➾ Taking care of visa processing of UK, USA & Schengen (Germany, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands etc.) visa for the
employee who often travels abroad for business purposes.
➾ Preparing visa petition and supporting documents for Visa appointment process for different countries.
➾ Scheduling interviews with consulate online by completing online forms & guiding the employees for visa interview.
➾ Handling cases from embassy & responsible for getting Visa Approval Notice back after the visa Interview.

Group Medical Insurance
➾ Taking care of Group Medical Insurance of those employees who are not covered under ESI.
