accounting. Checking and sending advice to make statutory payments like PT, TDS, LWF and PF (monthly/quarterly).

 On-Boarding Management - Through our Onboarding Management offering, take care of all pre and post joining activities

 Compensation & benefits Analysis – Closely work for making salary structure time to time, defining CTC structure, guide
Recruitment team to play with CTC structure and preparing offer letters.
 Manage and Build Relationship with Employees- Resolve employees’ queries timely, calls initiated periodically and manage
hr helpdesk to build employee confidence. Address and guide for majoractivities of employees, like PF UAN generation, online
PF transfer, Income tax savings etc.
 Annual Appraisal/Increment letter – Fully responsible for annual Increment letter calculation / automated Increment letter

Managing these transitions in a seamless manner.
 Separation management - Separation or exit management in itself is a combination of complex sub processes, like No dues
clearance, full and final settlements, Exit Interview etc. Manage all these processes in a hassle-free manner.
