Armando Christian Perez, otherwise known as Pitbull, was...
Armando Christian Perez, otherwise known as Pitbull, was born in Miami, Florida on January 14,
1981. At a young age his parents divorced and he was raised by his mother until she found out about
his drug dealing business. Once his secret was revealed his mother placed him in the foster system and
he then grew up with a family in Roswell, Georgia. He went to school at Coral Park High School,
where he graduated and made the tough decision to not continue on to college. Pitbull persued his
rapping dreams until he was noticed by a famous rapper and from there his career really began. Pitbull
is most prominent for his rapping, but he has also played parts in many movies and has developed his
own school. Rapping was a key component as Pitbull ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Popularity from rapping and acting provided Pitbull with enough money to establish a school system
based on developing the future generation for jobs that they will be need in. The school is built just
outside the neighborhood that Pitbull had used as a drug dealing area in his youth and it is focused in
the areas of sports medicine. His goal is to try and motivate the children that live in this area because
he had never had anything to inspire him as a child. The school he created has been dubbed SLAM
(Sports Leadership and Management) Charter School and its curriculum features regular classes like
algebra and English, but the examples in these classes will relate to sports. The school has been both a
hit and a miss in many people s eyes as they all voice their opinion of this radical school. Some say
that Pitbull has no place in academics and should remain in the areas that he is successful in. However,
the evidence points to benefits of this school. Nearly three thousand students applied for the limited
spots in this school and all are excited to attend a school that will have classes that focus on the sport
that they love. The creation of this school may land Pitbull a place in history if it proves to be
successful because music changes over time, but everyone must learn and

War of Words: The Effect of the Media on the Iranian Hostage Crisis and the Formation of the Social

On November 4, 1979, a group of five hundred Iranian student protesters and members of the Muslim
Student Followers of the Imam s Line raided and overtook the United States Embassy in Tehran,
taking sixty six Americans captive. Of the more than sixty hostages, only fourteen were released
quickly, leaving about fifty two Americans held as prisoners for the remainder of the crisis. Both the
then President of the United States, President Jimmy Carter, and the Iranian demonstrators initially

Although, the demonstrators were not only supporting the overthrow of American influences and their
overstepping of boundaries in Iran, but also in actuality supporting the Iranian Revolution and the
Islamic Revival throughout the Muslim World. The United States, who for years had played a
significant role in Iran s political and economic affairs, despite supporting and economizing off of core
values that the Iranian and Islamic community believed to be immoral and corrupt, as well as planning
secret missions to overthrow Iranian politicians for economic gain, had actually given Iran a long list
of reasons to expel them and their influences from their social and political sphere, unlike the
otherwise simplified reasons presented to the American people through the media. The Iran Hostage
Crisis not only represents the first real conflict that the United States of America had with radical
Islamic militants, but shows the great influence that the media has on portraying and forming the
social identity of various peoples and historical events in the minds of its viewers. It also shows how
the media can be used to manipulate the public s minds through the creation and use of propaganda to
change the course of history and to in turn benefit itself as a country. In order to better understand how
skewed the depiction of the events in Tehran were in the media, it

Catholic Theatre Vs Modern Theatre
Theater, especially realism, is suppose to show real life experience.,but real life experiences can also
be seen as a metaphorical theatrical performance. Some of my daily activity seem like a theatrical
performance, but one occasion that has the strongest elements of theater happens every Sunday. The
Catholic mass, which is a holy tradition for every catholic worldwide, has many theatrical elements
that accept the ideas of theater that we learn in class like audience interaction, liviness, use of literary,
visual, and heard experiences. This tradition also differ from an actual play by the use of belief and
disbelief. Similar to a theatrical performance, a catholic mass contains liveness that gives it elements
similar to a play. Similar to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The set of this play is built beautifully like majestic castles with columns, glass windows that let in
color, and different artwork that is appeasing to the eyes. The background in itself is a piece of art
crafted by many artist. The use of statues to show the different saints and virgins and to help the
audience imagine Jesus crucified, which is not hard to imagine especially when there is a huge statue
of it right there. The robes of the priest and alter servers are the costumes of these actors. The color on
the priest s robes as well as the frabric vary with the liturgy season causing certain colors to be
associated with certain religious holidays. The church also uses the fire to symbolize the holy spirit
and the eucharist to symbolize Jesus Christ, which is similar to how Ibsen uses the Christmas Tree to
symbolizes Nora in the play A Doll s House. The music of the choir or the band serves the same
purpse as an orchestra, which is to enchance the mood to the viewers. They play lively music to bring
joy during a day that might be celebratory like christmas or more sad holiday like Good Friday. Unlike
a theatrical performance, the mass uses all the senses that products tend to use. The smell of incense
causes the audience member to associate memory of church to this partiucular aroma; perhaps, a
director might use

Education Is An Important Factor
In our society today, education has become an important factor in our live. The ways we have
increasingly progressed over the many years have influenced our perspectives of what education really
is. Although education is thought to mean acquiring knowledge obtained from textbooks and school, I
believe that it is one of a broader sense; allowing not only students, but everyone to expand their
experiences, thus creating what Spayde and Kagen would consider real world education. In my
personal point of view, I have found myself being engrained the ideology of education being all about
the 4.0 grade at school, taking the Advanced Placement Classes, and being accepted to the best Ivy
League schools. Growing up, society as well as my parents ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

A huge part of education is learning by the experiences we acquire outside of our classes. It becomes
simplified into the informal education we get from other. As Hart has described, students are
struggling with the world that they live in today, for our education system is not preparing students for
the outside world, rather, it focuses on specific areas that society believes to be important. This leads
to a lack of general knowledge, thus creating students educated in some sense, but ignorant in the
other. Newman believes that the need for a diverse field in education, allows students to be surrounded
by different interests; learning and assisting one another. Students are able to understand the material
without fully going in depth with the information, and by doing so; they are able to grow and form
their own opinions. By allowing such education and providing a well balanced education, people are
able to become more knowledgeable and well rounded. The primary purpose of any education is to
produce intellectual people, one who are understanding, and opinionated about the world they live in.
Similar in thought to Newman, Spayde believes the education doesn t thoroughly allow you to
understand the concepts of life. He believes that there are many other factors out in the world where
you can pick up such knowledge along the way. It is the people that you surround yourself with that
allow you to become much more

Doing Gender
In this essay I discuss that doing gender means creating differences between girls and boys and
women and men.... (West Zimmerman 2002:13) I am concentrating on the female perspective, how
societyputs forth expectations of what is natural or biological even though, in some cases, it can be
quite demeaning and degrading. I am using some examples from the local media and also a few
childhoodexperiences that have helped me to now strongly suspect that the quote from Simone
Beauvoir (1972) One is not born a woman, but rather becomes one most likely has quite a bit of truth
to it. There is continuing controversy about the differences between girls and boys, men and women,

The Purchasing Power Parity ( Ppp ) And I Will Divide This...
Introduction:
A quote from Adam Smith s book shows the distinguishes between money and wealth : It would be
too ridiculous to go about seriously to prove that wealth does not consist in money, or in gold and
silver; but in what money purchases, and is valuable only for purchasing. This quote means the money
purchases seems to be more important than money itself, in other words, this view is consistent with
many economists who think the purchasing power is important. There is two type of fundamental
international financial relationships: first is the Purchasing power parity which occurs in goods and
services market, the second is the interest parity which occurs in the money market. Both relationships
state the association among interest rate, inflation rates, and change in exchange rates.
In this paper, I will only focus on discussing the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) and I will divide this
paper into four sections. In section 1, I will come up with the definition of PPP and other theories
behind it. For section 2, I will briefly introduce the absolute PPP and relative PPP and empirical
evidence on PPP. Section 3 explains empirical test of PPP in practice and the problem of PPP. For the
last section, there are conclusion and remarks.
Section 1: Understanding Purchasing power parity
In this section, I will define the purchasing power parity and other theories behind PPP.
WHAT IS PPP?

Similarities Between The British East India Trading Company
The Dutch East India Trading Company and the British East India Company had several similarities
between the two. An obvious similarity was the fact that they were both trading companies that were
located within east India. Some other similarities include that they both traded raw materials. Another
similarity between the two was that they had people work on farms for them in order to get their cash
crops. Adding to the cash crops, many farmland would be taken over by cash crops. In doing so, the
cash crops brought great success and wealth to each of the trading companies; however, it also
brought the same difficulties to the people. People would have much of their farmland taken from
them in order for the plantation of cash crops. This would ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It s trading posts were set up along Bombay, Madras, and Calcutta. After the collapse of the Mughal
Empire, the British East India Trading Company began to increase in success. As it continued its
growth, the British government began regulating it. For the most part, the British government did not
interfere with the East India Trading Company. The British East India Trading Company was
extremely useful when it came to raw resources. India was able to produce the resources needed by
the British. In addition, they created their own railroad network. With the railroad network, they were
able to transport their products. The railroad network had been a huge step up for the British East
India Trading Company. They were now able to transport plantation crops such as tea, indigo, coffee,
cotton, jute, and opium. Trade with many of these crops was because of international events. For
example, if a resource was limited at the time, India would make a large profit off of it if they could
provide it. In the end, the British East India Trading Company made life in India better. It led to the
modernization of India which allowed them to catch up with the rest of the

The Production Of Automobile Production
According to Amighini and Gorgoni (2014), Automobile production is one of the operations in the
manufacturing segment of production that is highly spatially disintegrated, characterized by
production activities that are broken down into different units and take place in various countries in
the world. The production processes are highly dispersed. Amighini and Gorgoni (2014) explain
reasons for the dispersed nature of the production system. The automobile industry has been made to
implement modern sourcing techniques stemming from the growth in leading edge inputs in
contemporary cars, such as computer and electronic facilities, according to Amighini and Gorgoni
(2014). The varying level of technology advancements and innovation has ... Show more content on

The automobile industry has experienced different progressions. Marukawa (2013) makes reference to
the World Motor Vehicle Statistics. According to the World Motor Vehicle Statistics, gathered by the
Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, some countries that had a vast collection of automobile
corporations in 2010 were the United Kingdom, which had 21 automobile manufacturers, and
Malaysia, which had 26 automobile manufacturers. However, China had to a greater extent the highest
number of automobile manufacturers in the world, according to the World Motor Vehicle Statistics.
According to Marukawa (2013), an important characteristic of the Chinese automobile industry is the
magnitude of small scale producers. Marukawa (2013) discovered that car and engine production are
mostly vertically fragmented in China. Research by Marukawa (2013) showed that firms that want to
enter the industry could outsource production inputs such as engines and design, which minimizes the
entry restrictions for new firms in the industry. The minimization of entry restrictions, and the rising
demand for automobiles in China favored entry into the automobile industry, according to Marukawa
(2013).
Research by Marukawa (2013) discovered that in the 1990s, corporations that belonged to the
government had the ease of protecting domestic markets through governing the operations of the
domestic producers. However, households have now become the primary consumers of cars, and as a
result,

Affirmative Action Goals
There are various goals to affirmative action. It can depend on the group that has been oppressed or
discriminated in the past. President Kennedy introduced this to redress the discrimination that
constantly happened due to the civil rights movement. This sought to guarantee the same opportunities
that the minority groups were excluded from. This was a temporary measure; its purpose was to level
the playing field for any American citizen. With affirmative action s there were bound to be
backlashes, one example of the Bakke case in 1978. Just as it was intended to level the efforts of
minority s, it brought controversy to the supreme court due to the manner the affirmative action was
considered. There are many reasons to this being why the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There have been many instances that the action has been taken or considered that it isn t fair to that
white worker. The reason being so is that conservatives say that it was or is a free ride on the
American system. Many whites and minorities support affirmative action but at the expense of white
worker will the white people accept? That s where controversy begins.one instance is the case of Allan
Bakke he at the time was much more classified to get in Davis school. The averages were 2.88 GPA
and average admissions test scores of 46 in verbal, 24 in math, 35 in science and 33 in general
knowledge. This case itself has bought a mixed result after the supreme court had decided a 5 4
decision. This brought a change in attitude on how to accept admissions from different races or
ethnics. Those goals may back fire to those who its intended to protect. The chances that created in the
education level back fired. In the Bakke case and Wygant vs Jackson Board of Education. The
opportunity give minorities to keep their job even if they had less seniority. They laid off those who
were thought it was necessary to be laid off. This provisions were sought to preserve those minority
teachers and in the process to hire more of the minority teachers while laying off those teachers who
had more seniority when necessary. The verdict of the Supreme court was that the layoff was
unconstitutional due to violating the Equal Protection

The Three Key Elements Of Freud s Tripartite Personality...
Personality is the distinctive and relatively enduring way of thinking, feeling and acting that
characterises a person s responses to life situations. (O Brien 2011:103) The three key elements of
Freud s tripartite personality structure are the id, the ego and the superego. These three elements are
used in almost every decision a person makes on a day to day basis. The structure is mostly compared
to an ice berg with a small bit of the ego being above the water which would be the conscious and the
id and the superego being underneath the water and unconscious. The id and the superego are also
portrayed as the devil and the angel respectably. According to Zhu, (2012) his theory smashes the
rationalistic myth of human are rational animals through the reveal and emphasis of ego.
The first of the structures is the id. The part of the mind in which innate instinctive impulses and
primary processes are manifest: (oxford dictionary) we are born with the id in order to survive, it

The Qin Dynasty And The Chinese Empire Essay
Before the Qin Dynasty, China was composed of a network of city states that were loyal to the
Chinese king. The seven Warring States had their own institutions that were run by aristocrats. The
Qin Dynasty took initiative to expand their territory and to unite the Chinese empire together. Through
their ruthless military techniques the Qin Dynasty was able to conquer the city states in China. The
Qin Dynasty ruled from 221 BCE 206 BCE; during their regime, Emperor Qin s primary goal was to
unify the Chinese people. Even though the Qin Dynasty was a short lived empire, it played a major
role in unifying the Chinese empire and provided a foundation for succeeding regimes through a
centralized government, standardized systems, and through infrastructure. Even though the Qin
Dynasty deprived the civilization of education, it created a strong bureaucratic system that limited
feudal power and developed a cooperative population. Each Warring state followed a different
political system, before it was conquered by Qin. The First Emperor, Qin Shi Huang, felt it was
necessary to legitimize his power to unify the city states and for a cooperative population. In the Qin
Dynasty, the institution of emperor had a special meaning in China as the repository of imperial
legitimacy (Feng 2013, 249). In other words, the first emperor was given the title of being a mythical
ruler that had godly powers and is the righteous leader of the empire based on the Mandate of Heaven

Endogenous factors
The endogenous factors that determine the extent of a xenobiotic metabolism are age, sex, species,
pathology, genetics and cofactor availability. The age of human or an organism play a vital role in the
metabolic capacities towards xenobiotics, neonates and fetuses have lower metabolic activities than
children and adults. For example, CYP3A4 is a key xenobiotic metabolizing enzyme, and
developmental process affects its expression. The xenobiotic enzyme, CYP3A7 is mostly a fetal
enzyme, while CYP3A4 has limited expression in fetuses and does not meet adult expression after
birth(Croom, 2012). Sex is less vital as a factor that determines the metabolism in humans than in
other organism like rodents, that greatly exhibit sexual ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As doses shift from low to high, the relative importance of individual enzymes involved in the
metabolism may also shift. For example, at the high dose, oxon formation correlated best the CYP3A4
activity, while at the low dose, oxon formation correlated best with the higher affinity enzyme
CYP2B6. Nutrition plays a role in metabolism(Croom, 2012). Poor nutrition limits the available
energy for metabolism. Metabolizing enzymes require cofactors and micronutrients that may be lost
with inadequate nutrition. Food itself can change the amount of xenobiotic available for metabolism
by affecting its solubility, as well as by altering gastric emptying and bioavailability(Croom, 2012).
Oral exposures involve first pass metabolism, where the bulk of the blood collected from
gastrointestinal tract first passes through the liver before being transported to the rest of the
body(Croom, 2012). For xenobiotics with significant dermal absorption or significant exposure
through inhalation, this can dramatically increase the amount available in the circulation and if the
target organ is capable of bioactivation result in significant toxicity in that

Dbq Valley Forge
Valley Forge was the military camp in southeastern Pennsylvania, approximately 20 miles northwest
of Philadelphia, where the American Continental Army spent the winter of 1777 78 during the
American Revolutionary War. Ultimately this was our housing for the toughest of the tough in the
most important battle for Americans alike. Freedom. And we wanted it bad. So bad enough we ditched
England and made it so far to valley forge. And in modern day we awe at the bravery of these solders.
But one. Everlasting question still lingers, would you stay or quit?
During the hot summers of the war the cabins were at minimum five degrees hotter. But we will set
that aside from the fact that these solders were mad. Sad. And frankly out of it. See they haven t been
able to stop general Howe as he marched his army into the capital of Philadelphia. And this loss was
making Washington s army in order. All of that coming from the back round essay. And Washington
also was running out of food water and mainly all there supplies. And when word got back to congress
about this mayhem. Congress thought it was rancid and untruthful. In other words congress didn t trust
him.

Women In The 1990s
On the other hand, certain women have prospered in getting positions of power. As a matter of
example, one of the best efficacious women in German government in the 1990s is Rita Süssmuth, she
managed to be the president of the Bundestag. Moreover, in the sector of business, Birgit Breuel
assumed the control and power following the murder of Detlev Rohwedder in the year 1991 of the
agency, the influential agency charged with denationalizing and ensuring privatization of the former
East German economy . Additional powerful and noticeable German women in the mid 1990s were
like: the manager Public opinion institute o Allensbach; Elizabeth Noelle, and Marion von Dönhoff
who became the coeditor of Die Zeit. Hitherto in spite of such progress, women still had the
responsibility to go out and achieve. A time had come that the women were to scramble for the limited
opportunities with their men. German needed skills and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Some of the women even succumbed to death due to such vice and ended up losing three things at a

thousand women aborted. Of the entire figure indicates that the one hundred and twenty five thousand
women represented the number of lives lost in a bid to get job opportunities . The situation was very
disastrous to the economy. The law on abortion continued to work in force in both the Western and the
eastern Germany even after the unification. The legislation that appeared pleasing to the women to
combat their counterparts was killing more of the females in the coming generations besides the
males. However, before late the law was

The Latest Cycle Of Trade Negotiations
Introduction The Doha Development Agenda, referred to as the Doha Round, is the latest cycle of
trade negotiations among World Trade Organization member governments and was officially launched
at the WTO s Fourth Ministerial Conference in Doha, Qatar, in November 2011. Following eight
rounds of multilateral trade talks since World War II, the Doha Round is the first that is explicitly
geared toward facilitating the induction of developing countries into the global market and
effectuating economic growth as a result. Bullet points on the agenda include reductions in tariffs and
farm subsidies, as well as liberalizing trade in services through lowering taxes and regulatory barriers
that impede cross border trade in services such as ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This essay will clarify these misconceptions that have impeded the progress of the Doha Round.
Developing Countries Can Benefit From Their Own Reforms A prominent misconception is that trade
liberalisation in rich countries harm the growth of agricultural industries in developing countries.
Essentially, agricultural industries in developing countries suffer due to Europe depressing the world
price while keeping out efficient suppliers such as Brazil and Thailand, and also it destroys prospects
for some of the least developed countries (LDCs) such as Mozambique (Oxfam, 2002). Import
Barriers Discourage Exports Barriers to trade in developing countries can hinder their economic
growth by inducing disincentives to export. Tariffs on imports create a bias against exports by
lowering the domestic relative price of exports, changing wages and rental rates that are absorbed by
the export sector, and increasing the cost of imported intermediate inputs used by export sectors
(Tockarick, 2006). Hence, import protection can function as

tribal dance and song were praises to the gods or just to rejoice in happiness. Though Africans also

Merlin s Resident Forest In Arthurian Myth
Moving on, though Geoffrey s description of Merlin s resident forest is picturesque, it must be noted
that the forest in Arthurian tradition held demonic elements, the ancestral spirits, and the forces of
nature... The Medieval society existed in a microcosm anything outside the boundaries of said society
existed the dark and unknown this was the land of monsters. In the Vita, this is where Merlin chooses
to reside, and in Robert s Merlin, Merlin becomes one of these spirits himself:
[Gawain] continued the quest for Merlin, going all through the realm of Logres and at length to Little
Britain. As he was riding through the forest at Broceliande, he heard Merlin speaking, but could not
see him. / Merlin said that he could never come ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Yet another element exists in Merlin s sojourn from society. For example, upon seeing an old
companion recover from being a wild man tanks to a magical fountain in the forest, Merlin instructs
the man to act in service to God in tank for his recover, upon which the man replies Reverend father...
I shall joyfully stay in the woods with you, and worship God with my whole mind. Merlin, in
Geoffrey s account, continues to serve God, and as state before, espouses wisdom even through his
madness. Perhaps instead of a demonic spirit, Merlin can be understood as a hermetic saint. Neil
Thomas, for his part argues that Geoffrey... must have had to adapt recalcitrant material (which, to
judge from the analogues, portrayed Merlin as a sinner in some sense or other) so as to be able to write
a vita in the technical sense of a saint s life. Geoffrey spun Celtic and Christian tradition in such a way
as to portray Merlin in a saintly light, yet it would be imprudent (as Thomas suggests) to ignore all the
material that casts Merlin as a sinner. Regardless, Merlin s duality is again evident leaving the
audience perplexed on whether to believe in conventional understandings of monstrosity, or to believe
in Geoffrey s narrative

Persuasive Essay On How To Stop Bullying
Bullies can be found in every school. However, they can be hard to spot. That is why teachers and
students should always be on the lookout for bullying, and not hesitate to stop it if they discover a
bully. In this situation, Martha is being teased by people that seem to be her friends. What is said
doesn t seem to be teasing, though. The jokes hit too close to home and are extremely hurtful.
However, we are not positive this is a case of bullying. If I were one of the bystanders in this type of
situation, I would try to stop the bullying, because the teasing could get worse as time goes on, Martha
might not be able to stop the bullies on her own, and I would want someone to help me if I was being
bullied. The first reason I would try to stop Martha s bullies is because the teasing could get worse as
time passes. The comments are already hurtful, but they could become something even more serious if
no one intervenes. For example, when you first get clothes, they are not usually very comfortable,
because they re tight and haven t been worn. But the more you wear them, the more comfortable they
get, and eventually you ve worn them so much you need new clothes. This could be the case with
Martha s bullying. The more the girls bully Martha, the more comfortable they get with teasing her.
Eventually, they ll buy new clothes , which represents them adopting a harsher form of bullying. Then,
the process will start all over again, and the bullying will get worse and worse.

The Little White Bird By J. M. A Brief
J. M. Barrie wrote about a typical boy based loosely on the Llewellyn Davies family. Barrie could not
have known how the world would change when he introduced Peter Pan in 1902 s The Little White
Bird or that Peter Pan would be adapted over and over one hundred years later. He could not have
imagined the psychiatric term for men the Peter Pan Syndrome being a phenomenon. Barrie simply
told a story by using characters and life events and creating a children s story of fantasy. Peter Pan was
not traditional in the sense that it tapped into the child at the heart of every human young and old.
Barrie was a visionary as well as a writer as he saw brilliance in tragedy and wrote about what human
desires to remain youthful and act from an untainted point of view without restrictions. He supplied
the child and adult with fantastic escapades of fear and violence, escape from responsibility and shows
death as only one more adventure. Barrie met the Llewellyn Davies boys Barrie while he was running
away from all his own losses, perhaps he just wanted to keep running and take them all with him.
Adaptation Finding Neverland
Finding Neverland delves into the relationship between J. M. Barrie and the fatherless Llewelyn
Davies family that led to the story of Peter Pan. Cultural codes set times and places are established
through the setting of London as well as the time presented. The setting is in London in 1904 where

Essay about The Lincoln Assassination
John Wilkes Booth, born May 10, 1838, was an actor who performed throughout the country in many
plays. He was the lead in some of William Shakespeare s most famous works. Additionally, he was a
racist and Southern sympathizer during the Civil War. He hated Abraham Lincoln who represented
everything Booth was against. Booth blamed Lincoln for all the South s ills. He wanted revenge. In
late summer of 1864 Booth began developing plans to kidnap Lincoln, take him to Richmond (the
Confederate capital), and hold him in return for Confederate prisoners of war. By January, 1865,
Booth had organized a group of co conspirators that included Samuel Arnold, Michael O Laughlen,

Seward. Herold would accompany Powell. All attacks were to take place simultaneously at
approximately 10:15 P.M. that night. Booth hoped the resulting chaos and weakness in the government
would lead to a comeback for the South. The Presidential party arrived at Ford s at about 8:30 P.M.
Armed with a single shot derringer and a hunting knife, Booth arrived at Ford s at about 9:30 P.M.
Joseph Burroughs, a boy who worked at the theatre, held his horse in the rear alley. Booth went next

Lincoln s bodyguard, John Parker of the Metropolitan Police Force, had left his post. At about 10:15
P.M. Booth opened the door to the State Box, shot Lincoln in the back of the head at near point blank

UML to Java Executable Code Generator Sai Priya Anumula, California State University, Fullerton
Abstract Automatic Code generation from UML diagrams gains much interest lately in software
design, because it has many benefits as it reduces the effort to generate code and moreover automated
code is less error prone than writing code manually. However, major challenges in this area include
checking consistency of UML models, and ensuring accuracy, maintainability, and efficiency of the
generated code. In this paper we discuss a tool called UJECTOR,which is used for automatic
generation of executable java code from UML diagrams. UML diagrams like class diagram, sequence

UML activity diagrams are used to provide code completeness and user interactions. Activity
diagrams are referenced in sequence diagrams. 2. RELATED WORK 2.1. Enterprise Architect It
converts Class or interface model elements into code. It generates code in various languages like c, c#,
c++, java, Visual Basic, Visual Basic. NET, Python, PHP, and Action Script. In this Class and interface
elements are required to generate code. 2.2. Eclipse UML Generators It bridges the gap between UML
models and source code. Eclipse does this by extracting data from UML models to generate source
code or by reverse engineering source code to produce UML models. 2.3. Rhapsody This tool
generates C++ code from UML object and state chart diagrams. It also takes message sequence charts
(MSC) as an additional input. The tool takes STATEMATE representation of state chart as an input
and generates C++ code. 2.4. dCode This tool generates Java code from UML object, activity and state
chart diagrams. From an analysis of the existing code generation tools for UML diagrams, we
conclude that: The completeness of the generated code is a big issue The generated code lacks object
manipulation The generated code lacks user interaction The existing work lacks understandability All
the UML based code generation tools use older versions of UML in code generation process instead of

Energy Sources Of Renewable Biomass
I. INTRODUCTION
As an abundant, inexpensive, and renewable as well as environmentally friendly (i.e. CO2 neutral)
energy source, biomass energy has been a particular focus of researcher and policy makers as well as
industries around the world (Chen, 2003). Renewable biomass presents an important research area for
energy source, considering the current global crises of exhaustible sources of energy. Bioenergy is the
4th largest source of energy in the world, and it does not contribute to the global warming through
emissions of CO2 or any other green house gases. Biomass pyrolysis has witnessed exponential
growth in its research and has been investigated extensively in the last few decades, first in the form of
fixed bed reactors and later in the form of moving bed reactors (fluidized bed, auger bed etc). As the
combustion of solid biomass is analogous to the combustion of other solid fuels, such as coal and
waste, essentially the same technology is applicable to all solid fuels, although modifications are
required to handle the high content of moisture and volatiles typically associated with biomass fuels
(Duffy Eaton, 2013). In this paper, which reviews the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of
fixed/moving bed solid gas reactors, biomass pyrolysis, gasification and combustion has been the
focus of the study. Combustion of biomass in the presence of carrier gases like N2 etc has been
extensively studied, with focus being on the numerical or CFD models which have

Conflict Between A Register Nurse And A License Practice...
As human being we all think, feel, behave and perceive life in different ways as we all have different
expectations. Conflict is part of life and it can be part of any situation. Especially in nursing field
where working as a team is highly emphasized, every member of the team collaborate together in
order to meet patient needs and improve patient outcomes. That being said, nurses have to collaborate
with coworkers that have different social groups, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. This paper will
give a synapsis about a disagreement that happens between a register nurse (RN) and a license

She make the assumption that LPN has completely ignored her. The issue was approach from a
criticizing angle that immediately lead to a defensive response by the LPN. The RN did not asked the
reason why this LPN was not able to help the patient but she jumped in the conclusion that the LPN
was not helping her in purpose. Furthermore, in this tensioned situation it seems like there is process
conflict between two of the nurses. Huber, 2015 defines process conflict as a conflict pertains to issues
of duty and resource delegation, such as who should what and how much responsibility different
people should have (p. 172). This confusion between the team members it is revealed sentences when
the RN tells the LPN that it was your job, you are assigned to Mrs. J. And the LPN responds to here
that I do my own work and part of yours. To better assist patient in medical field, nurses might
collaborate and work in team. The RN is fully competent in delegating the appropriate tasks to LPN or
UAP, yet she has to make sure to transmit her tasks by using clear communication, being concise on
what she wants to be completed, and within what time frame the task has to be completed. She can
delegate certain tasks to other staff members such as LPN or UAP; however, she is accountable for
what happens to the patient. Both the nurse delegator and the delegate must agree in the task and

Exercise Increases The Intelligence Of Humans
Now a days everywhere you go people are idolizing human fitness and exercise. The majority of this
generation eats right, lifts right and obsesses over their image. The average person is going to strive
for a great body, and great intelligence. But who ever said you can have both a great healthy body and
intelligence? I do, the human brain is the most complex and unique organ in the body. Some even
consider it a muscle. Similar to muscles, your brain can be trained and worked for better functionality.
There is a direct connection between exercising and increased intelligence in humans. In this paper I
will be backing up my claim that exercise increases the intelligence of humans. By exercise I mean
aerobic physical activity. Physical activity is better known as cardio, it is when your body requires
pumping of oxygenated blood by the heart to deliver oxygen to working muscles. By intelligence I
mean cognitive ability, memorization and academic achievement. Humans, meaning the entire general
population, not a specific sample of the population. I will also being offering a counter argument,
stating that intelligence does not increase human intelligence. Then, I will be evaluating the two
claims, applying reason, and utilizing the four tests of an argument and taking advantage of my critical
thinking skills to validate my claim. Lastly, I will be concluding and synthesizing my argument. A

  • 2. Armando Christian Perez, otherwise known as Pitbull, was... Armando Christian Perez, otherwise known as Pitbull, was born in Miami, Florida on January 14, 1981. At a young age his parents divorced and he was raised by his mother until she found out about his drug dealing business. Once his secret was revealed his mother placed him in the foster system and he then grew up with a family in Roswell, Georgia. He went to school at Coral Park High School, where he graduated and made the tough decision to not continue on to college. Pitbull persued his rapping dreams until he was noticed by a famous rapper and from there his career really began. Pitbull is most prominent for his rapping, but he has also played parts in many movies and has developed his own school. Rapping was a key component as Pitbull ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Popularity from rapping and acting provided Pitbull with enough money to establish a school system based on developing the future generation for jobs that they will be need in. The school is built just outside the neighborhood that Pitbull had used as a drug dealing area in his youth and it is focused in the areas of sports medicine. His goal is to try and motivate the children that live in this area because he had never had anything to inspire him as a child. The school he created has been dubbed SLAM (Sports Leadership and Management) Charter School and its curriculum features regular classes like algebra and English, but the examples in these classes will relate to sports. The school has been both a hit and a miss in many people s eyes as they all voice their opinion of this radical school. Some say that Pitbull has no place in academics and should remain in the areas that he is successful in. However, the evidence points to benefits of this school. Nearly three thousand students applied for the limited spots in this school and all are excited to attend a school that will have classes that focus on the sport that they love. The creation of this school may land Pitbull a place in history if it proves to be successful because music changes over time, but everyone must learn and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

War of Words: The Effect of the Media on the Iranian Hostage Crisis and the Formation of the Social Identity of Radical Islamic Extremists Katherine Brislin HST 111 Pr. Fought April 18, 2015 On November 4, 1979, a group of five hundred Iranian student protesters and members of the Muslim Student Followers of the Imam s Line raided and overtook the United States Embassy in Tehran, taking sixty six Americans captive. Of the more than sixty hostages, only fourteen were released quickly, leaving about fifty two Americans held as prisoners for the remainder of the crisis. Both the then President of the United States, President Jimmy Carter, and the Iranian demonstrators initially believed that the situation in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Although, the demonstrators were not only supporting the overthrow of American influences and their overstepping of boundaries in Iran, but also in actuality supporting the Iranian Revolution and the Islamic Revival throughout the Muslim World. The United States, who for years had played a significant role in Iran s political and economic affairs, despite supporting and economizing off of core values that the Iranian and Islamic community believed to be immoral and corrupt, as well as planning secret missions to overthrow Iranian politicians for economic gain, had actually given Iran a long list of reasons to expel them and their influences from their social and political sphere, unlike the otherwise simplified reasons presented to the American people through the media. The Iran Hostage Crisis not only represents the first real conflict that the United States of America had with radical Islamic militants, but shows the great influence that the media has on portraying and forming the social identity of various peoples and historical events in the minds of its viewers. It also shows how the media can be used to manipulate the public s minds through the creation and use of propaganda to change the course of history and to in turn benefit itself as a country. In order to better understand how skewed the depiction of the events in Tehran were in the media, it ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Nyna held my hand, leading me into the back garden of the castle. Leaving me with a view of the back of her blonde head. Kat, aren t you supposed to follow my every wish? She turned around, letting go of my hand to walk backwards to talk to me. I may be your servant inside the castle, but in private I m so much more. I gave her a sly smile. But that doesn t mean I think this okay Nyna rolled her lovely blue eyes. My brother is a drunk. Do you really think there are Shadows in the garden? When it came into focus I saw a mutilated, burned body reaching out from me. Mother. I shrank back, shaking the tiredness from my body, replacing it with cold fear. No, I whispered, my hands coming to my mouth. My mother s body. My poor, beautiful, mother, who was unjustly raped then burned, haunted my dreams most nights. I would wake up in cold sweat, tears streaming down my cheeks, but this wasn t a dream. I couldn t wake up. A voice in the back of my head was screaming, Shadows! It s not real! It s not mother! Call light, call something. My body ignored it, my conscious ignored it. My mother s body was moving closer to me, and with each step I took one away. You let this happen, Katinka. Some of my daily activity seem like a theatrical performance, but one occasion that has the strongest elements of theater happens every Sunday. The Catholic mass, which is a holy tradition for every catholic worldwide, has many theatrical elements that accept the ideas of theater that we learn in class like audience interaction, liviness, use of literary, visual, and heard experiences. This tradition also differ from an actual play by the use of belief and disbelief. Similar to a theatrical performance, a catholic mass contains liveness that gives it elements similar to a play. The robes of the priest and alter servers are the costumes of these actors. The color on the priest s robes as well as the frabric vary with the liturgy season causing certain colors to be associated with certain religious holidays. The church also uses the fire to symbolize the holy spirit and the eucharist to symbolize Jesus Christ, which is similar to how Ibsen uses the Christmas Tree to symbolizes Nora in the play A Doll s House. The music of the choir or the band serves the same purpse as an orchestra, which is to enchance the mood to the viewers. They play lively music to bring joy during a day that might be celebratory like christmas or more sad holiday like Good Friday. • 7. Education Is An Important Factor In our society today, education has become an important factor in our live. The ways we have increasingly progressed over the many years have influenced our perspectives of what education really is. Although education is thought to mean acquiring knowledge obtained from textbooks and school, I believe that it is one of a broader sense; allowing not only students, but everyone to expand their experiences, thus creating what Spayde and Kagen would consider real world education. In my personal point of view, I have found myself being engrained the ideology of education being all about the 4.0 grade at school, taking the Advanced Placement Classes, and being accepted to the best Ivy League schools. Growing up, society as well as my parents ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... A huge part of education is learning by the experiences we acquire outside of our classes. It becomes simplified into the informal education we get from other. As Hart has described, students are struggling with the world that they live in today, for our education system is not preparing students for the outside world, rather, it focuses on specific areas that society believes to be important. This leads to a lack of general knowledge, thus creating students educated in some sense, but ignorant in the other. Newman believes that the need for a diverse field in education, allows students to be surrounded by different interests; learning and assisting one another. Students are able to understand the material without fully going in depth with the information, and by doing so; they are able to grow and form their own opinions. By allowing such education and providing a well balanced education, people are able to become more knowledgeable and well rounded. The primary purpose of any education is to produce intellectual people, one who are understanding, and opinionated about the world they live in. Similar in thought to Newman, Spayde believes the education doesn t thoroughly allow you to understand the concepts of life. He believes that there are many other factors out in the world where you can pick up such knowledge along the way. It is the people that you surround yourself with that allow you to become much more ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 8. Doing Gender In this essay I discuss that doing gender means creating differences between girls and boys and women and men.... (West Zimmerman 2002:13) I am concentrating on the female perspective, how societyputs forth expectations of what is natural or biological even though, in some cases, it can be quite demeaning and degrading. I am using some examples from the local media and also a few childhoodexperiences that have helped me to now strongly suspect that the quote from Simone Beauvoir (1972) One is not born a woman, but rather becomes one most likely has quite a bit of truth to it. Her parents had the latest mod cons shipped out from the USA and her bedroom was decked out with hot pink shag pile carpet and a white fourposter bed with gold trimming and pale pink floral fabric, which flowed delicately in all the right places. My bedroom had the bare necessities, which was all I really needed or wanted. My bedroom was very basic with no signs of femininity and I was okay with that. I also didn t like wearing frills or lace. I thought it was rather lame . What I initially found very fascinating about Karin was thatshe had boobs , which she was particularly proud of, and I was very flat chested. I d never met anyone my age with boobs before. She convinced me that that s what boys like, and also emphasized the greatimportance of being liked by boys. She persuaded me to wear one of her old training bras and stuff it with tissues. I was so in awe of her that I complied. There were only a couple of older boys on the mission station and they were actually teenagers, so their approval of our maturing young bodies, well... hers in particular, was very important. • 9. The Purchasing Power Parity ( Ppp ) And I Will Divide This... Introduction: A quote from Adam Smith s book shows the distinguishes between money and wealth : It would be too ridiculous to go about seriously to prove that wealth does not consist in money, or in gold and silver; but in what money purchases, and is valuable only for purchasing. This quote means the money purchases seems to be more important than money itself, in other words, this view is consistent with many economists who think the purchasing power is important. There is two type of fundamental international financial relationships: first is the Purchasing power parity which occurs in goods and services market, the second is the interest parity which occurs in the money market. Both relationships state the association among interest rate, inflation rates, and change in exchange rates. In this paper, I will only focus on discussing the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) and I will divide this paper into four sections. In section 1, I will come up with the definition of PPP and other theories behind it. For section 2, I will briefly introduce the absolute PPP and relative PPP and empirical evidence on PPP. Section 3 explains empirical test of PPP in practice and the problem of PPP. For the last section, there are conclusion and remarks. Section 1: Understanding Purchasing power parity In this section, I will define the purchasing power parity and other theories behind PPP. WHAT IS PPP? Purchasing power parity (PPP) principle was first introduced by Gustav Cassell in the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 10. Similarities Between The British East India Trading Company The Dutch East India Trading Company and the British East India Company had several similarities between the two. An obvious similarity was the fact that they were both trading companies that were located within east India. Some other similarities include that they both traded raw materials. By January, 1865, Booth had organized a group of co conspirators that included Samuel Arnold, Michael O Laughlen, John Surratt, Lewis Powell (also called Lewis Paine or Payne), George ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... He held one final meeting with his co conspirators. He said he would kill Lincoln at the theatre (he had since learned that Grant had left town). Atzerodt was to kill Vice President Andrew Johnson at the Kirkwood House where Johnson resided. Powell was assigned to kill Secretary of State William Seward. Herold would accompany Powell. All attacks were to take place simultaneously at approximately 10:15 P.M. that night. Booth hoped the resulting chaos and weakness in the government would lead to a comeback for the South. Booth went next door to a saloon for a drink. He entered the front of Ford s Theatre around 10:07 P.M. Slowly he made his way toward the State Box where the Lincolns were sitting with Clara Harris and Henry Rathbone. Lincoln s bodyguard, John Parker of the Metropolitan Police Force, had left his post. At about 10:15 P.M. Booth opened the door to the State Box, shot Lincoln in the back of the head at near point blank range, and struggled with Rathbone. Booth stabbed Rathbone in the arm and jumped approximately 11 feet to the stage below. When he hit the floor he ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 30. Ob Essay UML to Java Executable Code Generator Sai Priya Anumula, California State University, Fullerton Abstract Automatic Code generation from UML diagrams gains much interest lately in software design, because it has many benefits as it reduces the effort to generate code and moreover automated code is less error prone than writing code manually. However, major challenges in this area include checking consistency of UML models, and ensuring accuracy, maintainability, and efficiency of the generated code. In this paper we discuss a tool called UJECTOR,which is used for automatic generation of executable java code from UML diagrams. UML diagrams like class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram are passed as input to the tool UJECTOR ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... UML activity diagrams are used to provide code completeness and user interactions. Activity diagrams are referenced in sequence diagrams. 2. RELATED WORK 2.1. Enterprise Architect It converts Class or interface model elements into code. It generates code in various languages like c, c#, c++, java, Visual Basic, Visual Basic. NET, Python, PHP, and Action Script. In this Class and interface elements are required to generate code. 2.2. Eclipse UML Generators It bridges the gap between UML models and source code. Eclipse does this by extracting data from UML models to generate source code or by reverse engineering source code to produce UML models. 2.3. Rhapsody This tool generates C++ code from UML object and state chart diagrams. It also takes message sequence charts (MSC) as an additional input. The tool takes STATEMATE representation of state chart as an input and generates C++ code. 2.4. dCode This tool generates Java code from UML object, activity and state chart diagrams. From an analysis of the existing code generation tools for UML diagrams, we conclude that: The completeness of the generated code is a big issue The generated code lacks object manipulation The generated code lacks user interaction The existing work lacks understandability All the UML based code generation tools use older versions of UML in code generation process instead of UML 2.x.Where as UML 2.x introduces new diagrams and features ... • 31. Energy Sources Of Renewable Biomass I. INTRODUCTION As an abundant, inexpensive, and renewable as well as environmentally friendly (i.e. CO2 neutral) energy source, biomass energy has been a particular focus of researcher and policy makers as well as industries around the world (Chen, 2003). Renewable biomass presents an important research area for energy source, considering the current global crises of exhaustible sources of energy. Bioenergy is the 4th largest source of energy in the world, and it does not contribute to the global warming through emissions of CO2 or any other green house gases. Biomass pyrolysis has witnessed exponential growth in its research and has been investigated extensively in the last few decades, first in the form of fixed bed reactors and later in the form of moving bed reactors (fluidized bed, auger bed etc). As the combustion of solid biomass is analogous to the combustion of other solid fuels, such as coal and waste, essentially the same technology is applicable to all solid fuels, although modifications are required to handle the high content of moisture and volatiles typically associated with biomass fuels (Duffy Eaton, 2013). In this paper, which reviews the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of fixed/moving bed solid gas reactors, biomass pyrolysis, gasification and combustion has been the focus of the study. Combustion of biomass in the presence of carrier gases like N2 etc has been extensively studied, with focus being on the numerical or CFD models which have ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 32. Conflict Between A Register Nurse And A License Practice... As human being we all think, feel, behave and perceive life in different ways as we all have different expectations. Conflict is part of life and it can be part of any situation. Especially in nursing field where working as a team is highly emphasized, every member of the team collaborate together in order to meet patient needs and improve patient outcomes. That being said, nurses have to collaborate with coworkers that have different social groups, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. This paper will give a synapsis about a disagreement that happens between a register nurse (RN) and a license practice nurse (LPN) in a forty bed medical surgical unit with sufficient staff coverage with RNs LPNs and UAPs. As the manager of this unit, while ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... She make the assumption that LPN has completely ignored her. The issue was approach from a criticizing angle that immediately lead to a defensive response by the LPN. The RN did not asked the reason why this LPN was not able to help the patient but she jumped in the conclusion that the LPN was not helping her in purpose. Furthermore, in this tensioned situation it seems like there is process conflict between two of the nurses. Huber, 2015 defines process conflict as a conflict pertains to issues of duty and resource delegation, such as who should what and how much responsibility different people should have (p. 172). This confusion between the team members it is revealed sentences when the RN tells the LPN that it was your job, you are assigned to Mrs. J. And the LPN responds to here that I do my own work and part of yours. To better assist patient in medical field, nurses might collaborate and work in team. The RN is fully competent in delegating the appropriate tasks to LPN or UAP, yet she has to make sure to transmit her tasks by using clear communication, being concise on what she wants to be completed, and within what time frame the task has to be completed. She can delegate certain tasks to other staff members such as LPN or UAP; however, she is accountable for what happens to the patient. Both the nurse delegator and the delegate must agree in the task and report back the completion ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 33. Exercise Increases The Intelligence Of Humans Now a days everywhere you go people are idolizing human fitness and exercise. The majority of this generation eats right, lifts right and obsesses over their image. The average person is going to strive for a great body, and great intelligence. But who ever said you can have both a great healthy body and intelligence? I do, the human brain is the most complex and unique organ in the body. Some even consider it a muscle. Similar to muscles, your brain can be trained and worked for better functionality. There is a direct connection between exercising and increased intelligence in humans. In this paper I will be backing up my claim that exercise increases the intelligence of humans. By exercise I mean aerobic physical activity. Physical activity is better known as cardio, it is when your body requires pumping of oxygenated blood by the heart to deliver oxygen to working muscles. By intelligence I mean cognitive ability, memorization and academic achievement. Humans, meaning the entire general population, not a specific sample of the population. I will also being offering a counter argument, stating that intelligence does not increase human intelligence. Then, I will be evaluating the two claims, applying reason, and utilizing the four tests of an argument and taking advantage of my critical thinking skills to validate my claim. Lastly, I will be concluding and synthesizing my argument. A study done by Kaycee M. Sink, M.D., M.A.S., of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
