German front lines on the Cherbourg Peninsula.
The American paratroopers were from the 82nd Airborne Division and from the 101st Airborne

1944 to launch the paratroopers. The paratroopers were sent in first so that they could drop under the

tortoise, he wanted to go with the birds. But, how was he going to do that? Well, he had to look for a
way to fly so he decided to borrow feathers from the birds with the trick that he was going to be their
spokesperson. But then, things changed as got they got to heaven. The tortoise told the officials that
his name was All of you, so when all the foods and gifts came, the officials said this is for all of you,
and the tortoise claimed everything for himself. The birds got so angry they all left him stranded in
heaven except for the Parrot. The tortoise sent a message through the Parrot to his family to bring out
all the soft things in his house so he could land on them, but the Parrot still enraged told his family

In the short story, In the Penal Colony by Franz Kafka, we are introduced to a horrible device that is
used to torture and execute prisoners. This apparatus does this by repeatedly writing the word of the
law that the condemned person had broken into their flesh like a bizarre tattoo artist made of pain and
blood. It is both sickening and fascinating to read the account of how this machine operates from the
character named the Officer as he describes in gross details just what this monster of metal does to
someone. But, why would Kafka write about these grisly details of blood and torn flesh? It was a

In this lab experiment, an unknown metal carbonate went through a chemical reaction with 1.0 M
barium chloride, forming products of barium carbonate and an alkali metal chloride. The unknown
alkali metal carbonate also went through a chemical reaction with 1 M hydrochloric acid, forming an
alkali metal chloride, with liquid water, and carbon dioxide gas as products. A final flame test was
done to reveal what the unknown alkali metal was. Once all molar masses were calculated, the masses
