A 37-year-old male presented with sudden onset proptosis in the right eye over the past 12 days. Imaging revealed a large macrolobulated intraconal/extraconal mass in the right retroorbital region, exhibiting fluid signal levels with acute/subacute stage hemorrhage and minimal post-contrast enhancement. Lymphangioma is a benign, probably congenital vascular tumor that slowly grows and may not become clinically apparent for months or years. The mass affects the orbit and can be associated with similar extraorbital lesions.
