Kamagra Oral Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate Jelly)
manufactured by Ajanta Pharma is used
to treat Erectile Dysfunction also known as
ED or "male impotence".
ED is a sexual dysfunction characterized by
the inability to get to develop or maintain an
erection of the penis firm enough for sexual
intercourse. Kamagra Oral Jelly is a
generic form of Sildenafil Citrate Jelly and
restores impaired erectile function by
increasing blood flow to the penis, resulting
in a natural response to sexual stimulation.

➢The recommended dosage of Kamagra Oral
Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate Jelly) is orally once a
day, with or without meals. This medicine is
to be taken, as needed, approximately 1 hour
before sexual activity.
➢The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg
once per day (Any 24 hour period).

Kamagra Oral Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate
Jelly) has to be stored at controlled room
temperature i.e. from 20°C to 25°C (68°F
to 77°F) with excursions permitted
between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F).
Keep this as well as all other medicines
away from children and pets.

Patients must not use Kamagra Oral Jelly if sexual
activity is inadvisable due to their cardiovascular status.
Patients must seek emergency treatment if an erection
lasts for more than 4 hours.
In addition Kamagra Oral Jelly must be used with
caution in patients predisposed to priapism.
Patients must stop taking Kamagra Oral Jelly and seek
medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or
both eyes, which could be a sign of non arteritic anterior
ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
Kamagra Oral Jelly should be used with caution, and
only when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks, in
patients with a history of NAION.
Patients with a "crowded" optic disc can also be at an
increased risk of NAION.

Patients should stop using Kamagra Oral Jelly and
seek immediate medical attention in the case of
sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
Drinking alcohol can temporarily impair the ability to get
an erection.
Caution is advised when Kamagra Oral Jelly is co-
administered along with alpha-blockers or anti-
hypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to
hypotension.
Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged
erection can occur at higher Sildenafil Citrate
exposures.
In patients taking strong CYP inhibitors, such as
Ritonavir, Sildenafil exposure is increased. Decrease in
Kamagra Oral Jelly dosage is recommended

Contraindications
Kamagra Oral Jelly is contraindicated in patients
with a hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate or any
other component of this medication.
Administration of Kamagra Oral Jelly to patients
using nitric oxide donors, such as organic nitrates
or organic nitrites in any form is contraindicated
as Kamagra Oral Jelly was shown to potentiate
the hypotensive effect of nitrates. Administration
of this medicine when undergoing therapy with
Guanylate Cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as
Riociguat is also contraindicated

➢Kamagra Oral Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate Jelly) can include
headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, nasal
congestion, diarrhoea and rash.
➢Inform your doctor as soon as possible in case you
notice any of the following symptoms: unusual heart
beat, urinary tract infection, blood in the urine, changes
in vision such as blurring, a blue colour to your vision or
a greater awareness of light, persistant headache or
fainting and bleeding from the nose.
➢Seek immediate medical attention in case of the
following rare Sildenafil side effects such as signs of
allergy (shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty
breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other
parts), chest pain, sudden decrease or loss of hearing,
seizures, fits or convulsions are observed.

In studies conducted with healthy
volunteers of single doses of Sildenafil
Citrate (Kamagra Oral Jelly) up to 800
mg, adverse reactions were similar to those
seen at lower doses but incidence rates
and severities were increased.

In cases of overdose of Kamagra Oral
Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate Jelly), standard
supportive measures must be used as
necessary.
Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate
clearance as Sildenafil is highly bound to
plasma proteins and it is not eliminated in
the urine.

15. Kamagra Oral Jelly During Pregnancy

has been classified by the US FDA as
Pregnancy Category B.
This medicine is not indicated for use in
women.
There are no adequate and well-controlled
studies of Sildenafil in pregnant women.
