This document describes a pendulum-operated hand pump. The pump uses a pendulum mechanism to alleviate the effort required to pump water compared to traditional hand pumps. The pendulum pump requires minimal effort as the user only needs to occasionally move the pendulum with a small force, rather than applying large force continuously. The pump has components like a frame, reciprocating pump, springs, lever, ball bearing, and pendulum. It works by using the oscillating motion of the pendulum to drive the reciprocating motion of the piston via a lever, pumping water with less human effort than a traditional hand pump. The pendulum pump reduces farmer workload and saves electricity compared to electric pumps.
