This paper is to discuss to design and fabrication of a manual spring rolling machine by a simple mechanism arrangement for the production of closed and open coil helical springs. This machine is operated by manual method. This machine produces closed coil helical spring of different diameter and different length. Rolling is the process of bending metal wire to a curved form. The article in the shape of round is made by spring roller shaft. Rolling operation can be done on hand or power operated rolling machine. It can make a spring from a shaft. A shaft is a rotating machine element which is used to transmit power from one place to another. A bearing is machine element which supports another moving machine element. Guider is used to guide the raw material (spring wire). This guider moves on the shaft automatically. This self-movement is achieved by the lead of spring. Handle is used to operate the rolling machine manually, without electric power frame is carries an all parts of the machine, it is made up of mild steel. A work holding mechanism is used to hold the mandrel; it is attached to the main shaft of machine. Mandrel is fitting in the work holding mechanism, the mandrel’s outer diameter is known as internal diameter of the spring.

The abrasive particulates on the cutting wheel influence the quality of cut. The surface finish, and the temperature raise during the cutting processes is governed by various parameters such as size of the particulates, its shape, roundness of edges at the particulates and strength of the bond between particulates and resins. The composite parting-off wheel is superior to that of commercial counterparts. A composite parting-off wheel was fabricated using powder metallurgy technique. The composite powders were prepared using an ingeniously designed and developed horizontal axis ball mill. The parting-wheel was able to cut metals bars such as aluminium, copper and mild steel with relative ease. It was found out that the mechanical properties such as compressive strength, hardness and tensile strength was better than conventional abrasive wheels. The cutting ratio was superior to the abrasive wheels and CZT was lower in comparison

It is most frequently used in various industrial processes such as bending a sheet to make cylinders or to make various shape such as “V shape”. There are many kind of bending machine that can be found in the market such as press brake bending machine. Roll bending machine, and folding bending machine. In this paper design a bending machine specially for the bending a sheet metal is given. There is no proper small scale bending machine for bending a sheet metal having thickness up to 2mm is manufactured. In this paper all the necessary criterion of small scale bending machine to be considered such as roller bending type to be used, the design of the bending machine, the method of assembly the machine parts and the consideration of material need to be bend. Novel Design and Model of Punching Machine Driven By Electromagnetic ActuatorIDES Editor
The greatest challenge faced by an engineer is
to overcome the energy wasted due to friction in any
mechanical process. In a conventional punching process,
mechanical or hydraulic force is used to operate the punch
which involves large amounts of metal to metal contact in the
drive system components, as well as inaccuracy in the control
of the punching forces at the micro level. This paper introduces
the basic construction of an Electromagnetic assisted punching
machine to carry out the punching operation. The punching
force is generated by an electromagnetic coil wound around a
metal core. Since the proposed design replaces Mechanical or
hydraulic drive with an electromagnetic actuator, the setup is
capable of perfectly controlling the force generated by the
controlling the power supplied. The micro punching setup is
designed to punch small parts at a precisely controlled rate of
power consumption and thus the process becomes a low friction,
high efficiency process. After successful fabrication, the setup
was tested and the punching force produced was validated.
The punched samples were further analyzed optically for any
defects such as burring and those results were documented.

applications. Also the time taken on these separate machines that is the overall lead time decreases by making them power

Abstract Metal Spinning is process of sheet metal on the lathe machine is an excellent means for quickly prototyping round hollow metal shapes. A uniform force is applied on sheet metal by rotating the metal and its mandrel at very high speed, thus the sheet metal is deformed evenly without any type of defect like wrinkling or warble. In this paper presenting the manufacturing the hollow cone and frustum form a thin circular disc through step development (120deg. - 90deg.) of mandrel while volume of circular disc remains same. It is analyzed by experiments that the surface finish is poor by applied the feed by cross slide. Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
