This document provides technical instructions for replacing toner cartridges in various printer models. It lists contact information for AXTECH offices around the world and then provides 14 steps with accompanying photos detailing how to disassemble a toner cartridge, empty the waste hopper, clean components, replace the drum and refill with toner. It concludes by comparing specifications of different OEM cartridge types.

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

A tale of scale & speed: How the US Navy is enabling software delivery from l...sonjaschweigert1
Rapid and secure feature delivery is a goal across every application team and every branch of the DoD. The Navy’s DevSecOps platform, Party Barge, has achieved:
- Reduction in onboarding time from 5 weeks to 1 day
- Improved developer experience and productivity through actionable findings and reduction of false positives
- Maintenance of superior security standards and inherent policy enforcement with Authorization to Operate (ATO)
Development teams can ship efficiently and ensure applications are cyber ready for Navy Authorizing Officials (AOs). In this webinar, Sigma Defense and Anchore will give attendees a look behind the scenes and demo secure pipeline automation and security artifacts that speed up application ATO and time to production.
We will cover:
- How to remove silos in DevSecOps
- How to build efficient development pipeline roles and component templates
- How to deliver security artifacts that matter for ATO’s (SBOMs, vulnerability reports, and policy evidence)
- How to streamline operations with automated policy checks on container images
Climate Impact of Software Testing at Nordic Testing DaysKari Kakkonen
My slides at Nordic Testing Days 6.6.2024
Climate impact / sustainability of software testing discussed on the talk. ICT and testing must carry their part of global responsibility to help with the climat warming. We can minimize the carbon footprint but we can also have a carbon handprint, a positive impact on the climate. Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.
Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:

Step 3
Remove the primary charge roller (PCR)
from its clips and set it aside. Note that
Notes this roller is similar to the 5P in that it has
a much more pliable covering than the
harder PCRs found in the LX and PX car-
tridges and is easily damaged.
(See Photo 3)
Photo 4
Step 4
Remove the two wiper blade screws with
a Phillips screwdriver. Now, using needle
nose pliers, grasp the upward angled
edge of the wiper blade lifting upwards
and out.
(See Photo 4)
Next, clean the wiper blade with a damp
cloth (or, wiper blade cream) and set it
aside. The waste hopper can now be
emptied and vacuumed. In doing so, be
careful not to damage the recovery blade.
Step 5
Reassemble the waste hopper by following the above steps in reverse order. Put the
wiper blade back in and tighten the two screws gently. Wipe all toner from the PCR with
the damp cloth and dry it with the soft, lint-free cloth. Put the PCR back into its clips.
Install a new drum (or, a clean OEM drum) and both axles. Set aside with the drum cov-
ered.
Photo 6
Step 6
Examine the toner hopper. There are gears
at one end and the bias connector at the
other. One screw on each end holds the
end caps. Both caps can be removed if
you’re curious, but only the non-gear end
needs to be taken off. With this end facing
you, remove the screw.
(See Photo 6)
Photo 7
Step 7
Remove the end cap from the waste hop-
per and clean old conductive grease from
the contact spring and plate. Set the end
cap aside and remove the small white plas-
tic mag roller bushing.

Step 8
Grasp the mag roller with your right
hand, while holding the toner hopper Notes
securely with your left. Lift it upwards
and to the right.
(See Photo 8)
Photo 9
Step 9
Remove the large white plastic bushing and
drive gear from the left. Then remove the
two screws from the doctor blade and lift
the blade out.
(See Photo 9)
NOTE: Avoid breaking off the small locat-
ing pin on the left.
Photo 10
Step 10
Remove the fill plug, empty out any
remaining toner and vacuum, making
sure not to damage the lower mylar strip.
Clean all toner from the mag roller clean-
er. Insert seal.
(See Photo 10)
NOTE : The black square guide in the seal
exit slot may be removed to facilitate seal
installation, and then reinserted.
Photo 11
Step 11
Re-install the doctor blade on the waste
hopper and insert and tighten screws.
Drop the drive gear back into its slot-
with the notch on the flat area facing to
the left.
(See Photo 11)
Now, put the long white plastic bushing
on the left end of the mag roller by
grasping the right end of the mag roller,
lay it down into the hopper and slide the
shaft into the white plastic guide on the
left. Turn the mag roller until the flat side
of the shaft matches the flat area of the
gear, and insert into position.

Step 12
Hold the toner hopper in one hand with
your thumb on the shiny area of the mag
Notes roller to keep it in position. A funnel will
help you fill the hopper from a toner bot-
tle.
(See Photo 12)
Step 13
Replace the fill plug. Put the small white plastic bushing on the right end of the mag
roller. Now place the end cap over the plug and align the “D” shaped hole with the
mag roller shaft by turning the mag roller gear on the other end. Insert and tighten
the last remaining screw.
Photo 14
Step 14
Finally, fit the two halves together, align-
ing the springs on the toner hopper with
the positioning pins on the waste hopper.
(See Photo 14)
Align the matching holes on each end by
pressing the springs against their seats,
and insert and press home the locking
pins.
